- Karen (10/5): Great location, value for money, will stay again! - Perfect location and the house itself is just gorgeous. Less than 2km from the main hotel in Garryvoe. Room was absolutely immaculate and very easy to self check in.

- Victoria (10/5): Lovely countryside stay in a beautiful home - Lovely space, warm and accomodating host and beautiful views surrounding the area. The nearby sites are limited for tourism but the beach is down the street - what more can you ask for!

The location near to Garryvoe beach and near to Shanagarry and Ballycotton. And 40 mins drive to Cork City Center. Our host are lovely. They are very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. I will definitely return again.

- Rachel (10/5): My children and I had a wonderful stay with Aishling. The house and room was beautiful and Aishling was an excellent hos - Beautiful house in a scenic location. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a wonderful view. Nothing - we were very happy!
- Michael (9/5): Delightful location, charming hosts, excited to see how they evolve to serve more folks! - Super convenient to water, easy to find, parking, clean en suite bathrooms in every room. It feels very new as a rental with a few things to figure out. We loved the take away breakfast, but with real silverware and basket that felt awkward to take- maybe using a nice plastic/recyclable option so it’s truly takeaway.
- Claire (10/5): We will be back - Aisling was so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for a lovely beach walk and not far in a car for a lovely pub lunch. The house was immaculate, clean and modern. A real find. Would 100% recommend.

- Cunningham (10/5): - This is a new build property and as such everything was in good condition and had relatively little wear.
Aisling met us at the door and had everything ready for us to settle in and make ourselves comfortable within minutes of arrival.
The view from the room, and the surrounding area are very enjoyable and will be lovely very in the summer months.
We didn't take up the breakfast offering, so cannot comment on this, as we had made other arrangements for this.
I would highly recommend this location for people looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

- Aaron (10/5): - We loved everything. The hosts were excellent and very welcoming. The room was amazing. Honestly, it is the best accommodation experience we've had over the whole UK and ireland trip. I wish I had the opportunity to thank the hosts. However, we had to get up and leave early yo start the day.
- Lillian (10/5): Nice retreat to get away from all noise - Aisling was very warm and kind. I also like the homey feeling.
- Douwe (7/5): Onpersoonlijk. - Bed en badkamer. Weinig handdoeken, Communicatie met gastheer en -vrouw zeer afstandelijk! Via booking.com terwijl ze beneden wonen... Ontbijt 10 euro pp bijbetalen en stelde niets voor.
- Mike (10/5): - Brilliant location, very near the beach and Garryvoe Hotel Perhaps a small dressing table with a mirror. Drinking glasses provided.

Very easy to find, the location was just what we were looking for. Our host gave us recommendations for dinner…the Salty Dog….wonderful!! Thanks so much…we will be back We couldn’t stay longer!

- Peter (10/5): Ein wunderschönes Zuhause am Meer 🐚 - Sehr schönes Ambiente, geschmackvolle
Einrichtung, schöne Lage nicht weit weg vom Strand.
Sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzerin.
- Kirsten (8/5): - Lovely modern facilities, great wifi, friendly host, easy parking. It was perfect as just a 1 night stop to break up our drive back to Dublin. Nothing major - The building itself seems more set up to be a B&B, however no breakfast provided/ kitchenette. Was perfect for us just stopping by but may not be suitable for travellers on longer stays.
- Laura (10/5): Super stay! - Super stay! House was stunning, rooms were clean and had everything we needed for the one night,
In perfect location to ballymaloe house, where we were attending a wedding,
Aisling was a fab host and very accommodating,
Nothing to fault.
- Anne (9/5): We enjoyed our short stay at Eastbury and would certainly consider it again if in the area. It is spotlessly clean and A - Eastbury is a beautiful new build property very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was not available but an “On the Go” breakfast was which is a very modern option. Tea and coffee also in room.

- pat (9/5): - Beautiful house...lovely comfortable room and bed. Top class ...highly recommend...maybe 10 min walk to garyvoe hotel...
- Garry (6/5): Not impressed - Not much Did not get offered breakfast and when taken to our room not even informed where the tea and coffee facilities were had to find them ourselves. Told to phone if we needed anything which was weird when in the same house.
- Kerstein (6/5): A bedroom with ensuite in a family home close to Ballymaloe. - The location and view was great. There was nothing in the description to indicate that the room was in someone's family home. The price was very high for only a room with bathroom. The bed was comfortable but I was only supplied with one pillow.
- Emma (10/5): Gem in Garryvoe, really pleasant stay - Beautiful house. Very tastefully decorated, bright and modern. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Great location for dining at Ballymaloe. We had a very positive experience and would recommend to others.
- Sioirse (10/5): Warm welcome, modern comfort and ideal location for attending wedding close by. - We couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough! Aisling was so helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll to Garryvoe beach and ideal for us attending a wedding in Castlemartyr Resort. Would happily stay again and looking forward to coming back and exploring further. Nothing.
- Sioirse (10/5): Warm welcome, modern comfort, and an ideal location for attending wedding in Castlemartyr. - We couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough! - Beverley (10/5): - Aisling was a very welcoming host. The room and property were beautiful; spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and the location was so quiet. Good shower. We went down to the beach, which was only a couple of minutes away and saw dolphins! Beautiful beach with people swimming.
We can highly recommend staying here. Nothing. Everything great.

Bellissima anche la posizione!

- Anna (9/5): - La casa és preciosa, i l’anfitriona molt amable
- John (9/5): Superb place to stay - Super place. Helpful hosts. So so peaceful. They didn't mention that they have a fridge available for guests and also if you open your windows at 3am the bird's dawn chorus is amazing. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Bit isolated so eat before you arrive. 10/10. Would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you. Nothing really. Could do with a sign outside.
- Adrian (5/5): House and staff very good...food and staying times very poor - Beautiful house and bedrooms Late check-in and very early check out
- Eleanor (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay here was fabulous lovely Aisling looked after us. The room was very spacious and bright. There was nothing we didn't like
- Richard (10/5): An ideal stay for relaxing, and exploring Co Cork and further afield - Eastbury house is a new build guest house, app a 25 - 30 min drive east of Cork city, and just 5 mins away from the main Cork - Waterford road (N25)
It is spotlessly clean, immaculately maintained and good value for money
The house is very easy to find and has ample parking space.
The location is perfect, only a ten minute stroll away from the beach, childrens play area and local restaurant (very good food and service)
Aisling, our host is extremely polite and could not be more helpful.
The area is very peaceful, quiet, clean and safe, the loudest noise is the birds singing in the morning and the waves lapping on the beach as you walk along.
I will be more than happy to stay here again the next time I visit Cork. Nothing

- Sally (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brad (9/5): Garryvoe - Aisling was very welcoming and helpful. Great spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. 10 min walk to local pub/restaurant. A wee bit further out in the country than expected, but that wasn't because the host was misleading. Lucky to get into the pub for dinner even though it was Monday night - suggest booking might be best as we didn't feel overly welcome.
