• DIEGO (10/5): Comoda, semplice e piacevole! - L’appartamento e’ comodo e moderno con i spazi ben divisi ed un buon terrazzo. Lo staff della reception e’ molto qualificato e disponibile per spiegare la Struttura dell’appartamento e per risolvere in modo semplice ed efficace ogni piccolo problema che si puo avere nei giorni residenza e di convivenza con gli altri vicini. Tutto ok !

• Mireia (4/5): Decepcionante - Mi experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante. A la llegada, el alojamiento estaba sucio, y adjunto fotos que lo demuestran. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, algo que considero básico e imprescindible. Las instalaciones son bastante cutres y el apartamento está muy poco equipado. No había prácticamente nada: ni cafetera, ni escoba, ni mocho… detalles mínimos que marcan la diferencia y que aquí brillaban por su ausencia. Eso sí, quiero ser justa y destacar que me ofrecieron un apartamento superior al que había reservado, lo cual es un punto positivo. Además, el personal fue en todo momento muy simpático y amable, algo que se agradece mucho. Otro aspecto positivo es la terraza, que es amplia y agradable. Como apunte importante, hay gatos por el recinto del hotel. A mí personalmente me encantó, pero puede ser un inconveniente para personas con alergias, ya que aunque no se acerquen demasiado, están presentes. En general, creo que hay bastante margen de mejora, especialmente en limpieza y equipamiento

• Зелёный (9/5): Комфортное жилье, но будьте готовы к залогу на карту - Отличная квартира за свои деньги. Всё соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Внутри чисто, уютно и тихо. Никаких проблем с заездом и выездом не возникло. Рекомендую! Кондиционер работал только на холод, это не комфортно для тех людей которые предпочитают вечером находиться в тёплой квартире. Есть депозит о котором сообщают после оплаты и депозит только на карту.
