Guest Reviews
- stacy (10/5): Stacy and claire love this place. Highly recommend - Amazing hosts and at one with nature and animals. Best place weve stayed. It was perfect if you want a quiet retreat with good people.
- Hayley (10/5): Perfect hide away, small but perfectly formed - Loved being so close to the animals, opened the blind to see a roaster smiling back at me. The owners were lovely and the very thoughtful
- Connor (10/5): We had an amazing stay. I cannot praise these hosts enough. They even gave us a free night's stay . - The hosts went above and beyond Everything was perfect
- Steffen (10/5): -
- Susannah (10/5): - We loved the welcoming committee of Tony, Karen and the dogs. Easy to find. Beautiful countryside. Sitting on the patio with our morning coffee watching the ducks. Having to leave.

Enjoyed our conversations with Tony & Karen. Thanks guys very much.
- Stephen (10/5): A very beautiful and relaxing place to stay - It’s a lovely little farm with adorable farm animals and fabulous views. The owners, Karen and Tony, were very generous and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It was a bit hard to find and we found the narrow roads quite challenging to drive safely on.
- Millis (10/5): Exceptional - Very well organised, accommodation to a lovely standard, in really nice countryside setting, very helpful and friendly hosts.
- Newitt (10/5): Exceptional -

- Steph (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing place, relaxing and the animals were so friendly, host's were very lovely and welcoming, we had fresh free range egg's from the chickens and duck's and spent so much time just watching them and did feed them a little too.

- Ann (10/5): Lovely place, fantastic hosts! - I loved it there and didn’t want to leave. Karen and Tony go out of their way to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. In fact I had a puncture about 5miles away from the lodge and Tony jumped in his car and came out to rescue me. The lodge was so comfortable and stocked with milk from the local dairy, Welsh butter, fresh eggs from their own hens and a nice crusty loaf of bread as well as tea, coffee and sugar. The views are incredible, and so nice to see all the animals who were so well cared for. Karen and Tony are lovely people who take enjoyment from sharing this very special place with their guests. Well worth a visit. What didn’t I like - coming home!
- Burns (10/5): Comfy, clean accommodation with spectacular views - Very comfortable and clean accommodation with a 360 degree view of the Welsh countryside. Tony and Karen were excellent hosts, showing us around their smallholding with ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, rams and dogs and advising us where to go. The welcome pack including eggs from their chickens was also appreciated. Nothing - a very enjoyable stay.
- Matthew (10/5): Amazing stay can't wait to return - Very peaceful and amazing surroundings, very friendly and helpful hosts. Fantastic jumping off point to explore the area. This was our second visit and we already want to come back! Nothing it was absolutely perfect

The kitchen was equipped with all necessary supplies. The eggs and mostly the friendly hosts. Tony and Karen were very friendly they always provided advise and guidance on where are the best shops and they never failed in suggesting the best and amaze us Nothing serious I liked every bit of the holiday we stayed for 9 days

- John (10/5): fabulous place to get away and unwind in a cosy little lodge surrounded by a small holding of ducks, chickens and geese. - Great setting and lovely property.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceeded our expectations. Quaint, quiet and quirky! - Location great, very quiet with awesome views.
Although quite remote, mobile phone signal was excellent which is very important when travelling for work.
Good supermarket close by and loads of local produce.
Host could not be more helpful!
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - A dear little place for a short break. We stayed during that Arctic wind cold snap but stayed cosy by the fire. Our hosts were very warm and friendly and provided us well with good bread, butter, milk and eggs from their own birds, we got to try goose eggs too, very nice.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kye (10/5): Perfect. -
- James (10/5): Peaceful surrounding which gave us just the break we needed. Hosts were very nice, would stay again. - The hosts were outstanding, very welcoming and at the same time left us to enjoy the surroundings. Fresh eggs for the mornings too. A signpost by the entrance/roadside to the property would have made it easier to find. That said the hosts were on hand to provide directions.
- Tomáš (10/5): Nice and piece full location,Lodge is cozy, owners hospitality.Great rest. - I was so happy with the owner Karen and Gary.
- Charlotte (10/5): it was so beautiful from the moment we arrived the milk and the fresh eggs was so gorgeous, didn’t want to leave will be - everything it was perfect, the hosts were amazing nothing at all it’s was simply beautiful

- Catherine (10/5): I would recommend Molehill Lodge without hesitation - We liked everything about the place, Karen and Tony the hosts and the location. The Lodge is perfect for two and the flexibility to stay for just a few nights makes it an attractive stopover for those wanting to discover other parts of Wales. We enjoyed the animals including sheep, rabbits, chickens and ducks who happened to produce a real cabaret in and around the pond.
The sunset over the valley was beautiful. Nothing. If you are looking for a taste of countryside and Welsh hospitality, then you'll love Molehill Lodge.
- Aurika (10/5): Very nice and hospitable owners of the house - it’s very nice holiday and relax house.
