• Mccudden (1/5): - Location Cleanliness of the room, other guest toe/finger nails on the carpet, dust everywhere doesn't match the photos, lamps didn't work, lift didn't work, shower was cold in my room and the shared facilities there was no pressure the water was simply dripping out the end, no central heating on in the room so was freezing all night. Lastly, problems with the tv no volume on the hdmi port so I was stuck with normal tv 😕. I would suggest if you stay here, book the lodge as I've stayed there and it's 💯 value for money, hence why I returned but don't think I will be back. I would suggest a better policy for dealing with problems as the numbers they provide you dont get a response in less than 24 hours, which simply isn't good enough for most working professionals all in all very disappointed with my stay this time.

• Carol (5/5): Good price for basic accommodation. - Location, WiFi, sink in the room. Hot water. Good clear communication. Price. Use of lounge area. Kitchen available. Close to food outlets. Only saw 1 other person inside the building. View from window over the river but wished the river was cleaner. Unclean smell, probably due to the age of the building. Untidy car park and area around the building.
