Guest Reviews

- Jon (10/5): - Easy to find and good location for the centre of town Easily accessible for anyone. Quiet location
- Joe (10/5): - Very clean and new
- Ben (10/5): Really pleasant place to stay, thank you! - Immaculately clean, really thoughtfully set up Nothing
- Simon (9/5): - Great location centre Bicester. Nice n quiet set back off main road. Had pretty much everything I needed in the property and it was modern and clean and done to a high standard.
- Christopher (9/5): - Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Pretty good location inside a quiet courtyard.
- wendy (9/5): A great little place to stay - The location was excellent and the accommodation had almost everything we needed.
Loved the additional heating and the small welcome pack.
We loved the key access. Strong smell on arrival, possibly over-kill on cleaning products.
Duvet felt thin and cheap.
Noisy neighbours/thin walls!
- Tseveendulam (7/5): Otherwise it was a pleasent stay. - Location is good, close to everything in the town. The wall is too thin or poorly soundproofed—we can clearly hear our neighbors talking
- Michael (10/5): -
- Paul (2/5): - Clean Noise and location
- Matthew (4/5): Microwave meals and homeless visitors ! - Bicester Courts rooms are finished to a high standard , the bed is very comfortable and bathrooms modern and fresh. That's the good part. My room was on the ground floor, the front door and windows directly onto the street so the windows are all privacy glass, which is great for privacy but does make you feel like you are in a prison cell especially if you are in the room during daylight hours. The heating thermostat in my room, number 5, didn't work and it was either on or off. The first night it was so hot I had to open the windows, however half way through the night I was woken by a homeless man trying to sleep on a small decked shelf outside the window bay. He even tried to open the window, not great at 3am on a Monday morning. The reason I chose the place was because it had a kitchen but all it has to cook with is a nutrient killing microwave, and don't get me started on microwave meals , no thanks! I did ask for the heating to be sorted , nothing happened , the management are very remote. I did ask for another room, they couldn't help, I did ask for my money back even offering an additional nights money as 24 hrs cancellation, they refuse saying i could leave but they wouldn't refund me any of the remaining 4 nights. So be careful , read the small print , don't get a ground floor room, and prepare for a week of eating out or 'cooking' horrible microwave food ... I won't be back, perhaps the homeless man will!

- James (10/5): - Excellent location to loads of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable and cosy. Perfect stay for us visiting Bicester village. The Irish pub down the road is brilliant and only a 2 minute walk. Check in was a little difficult but hosts was brilliant and helpful!
- farhiya (9/5): I had a wonderful time at the lodge cleaning wise 10/10.The staff were friendly, & ready to help - Very easy, all information were sent via email. There was no free car park to park my car overnight, all parking were pay parking around the area. Unless if you’re lucky enough to get street parking. Otherwise area is brilliant. ☺️❤️

- XI (8/5): - 距离购物村非常近,非常方便。有厨具和家电如微波炉,方便我们早起加热食物。 无法通风。或是内窗,或是无窗。
- Andrew (8/5): Good, will stay again - As well as what 3 words location it would be useful to put brief description of how to find the property. As a first time visitor wasnt sure how to find it.

- Narisse (10/5): Fantastic value for money and fabulous set up. - Superb location. The bed was the most comfiest I have encountered in a long while and I stay in Hotels and Travel accommodation extremely frequently due to work. Impeccably clean and had everything you could desire for a 'Home from Home' feel. The room itself was spacious and very quiet. A sound sleep and good coffee - winner all round.
Thank you. There honestly wasn't a fault with either the accommodation, location and friendliness of the hosts. Very secure WIFI.
Personally a Robe for lounging in once out the shower would be the only suggestion of preference and understandably this comes as an unnecessary outlay.
- Tony (7/5): - Nice staff and room Tv didn't work so a very boring couple of hours before sleep on phones
- Paul (8/5): -
- Hannah (10/5): Brilliant and convenient and comfortable - Extremely easy to find and access Nothing
- Charlie (7/5): Very good on paper.... - Very clean, easy access and very good communication from the staff Very low build quality of the properties in general meant every footstep from the room above felt like a bass drum, and you could hear every conversation in any adjacent property.

- jim (7/5): bicester court room1 - Nice clean room ,everything you needed for a short stay in Bicester as your right in the heart of it, Sadly the room was missing a long mirror for wife to check clothes as do make up and hair ,it only had a small mirror in bathroom ,there is a small alcove between the bathroom and kitchen area it could have one in there,I personally found the room lacking in natural light(my opinion not other)as the windows were frosted out and you could not leave open at night to sleep as people hang around bins to smoke and chat, shower door stiff to close when inside cubical, these are the things I found and others might find completely different. Room 1

Location is not safe at all
- Abdulwajid (9/5): Excellent value for money - Cleanliness was excellent location very good No window in room number 3 and the bed was small
- Abdulwajid (10/5): Would like to stay again whenever I visit Bicester village - Very neat and clean excellent value for money Room number 2 there wasn’t any problem
- Rob (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location to commute to Silverstone located at a reasonable distance from it.
City centre location with lots of amenities, restaurants, supermarket and a walking distance from Bicester Village.
Met the owner who owns a lovely café nearby and assisted me with storing luggage and made himself available for pick up even if his café was already closed
- Jaiye (8/5): Very good - The location and the neatness of the property is second to none. The accommodation was very good and at reasonable cost
- Fazil (5/5): Passable -
- Nkansah (5/5): Ok - Dust bins outside the apartment window was horrible.
- Randall (7/5): Good -
- Melissa (9/5): Brilliant stay. - Great value for money.
Super comfy bed and very clean.
Clear and simple instructions regarding location, access and available parking places.
Would 100% stay again. Not particularly a dislike, but I do think the kitchenette would really benefit from a small air fryer, it would increase self cooking options massively!
The tv in our room seemed to be having some issues with connecting to the smart features and ‘crashing’.
We turned it off via plug and the ‘normal’ tv features worked. So again not really a dislike.
- Debbie (8/5): Very good -
- Benjamin (5/5): Disappointing Stay – First Time, Last Time - The Kitchen facilities where suitable for my stay of four days so saved me having go out every day for food I was not aware the entrance and the property is quite exposed in the alley it’s suituated in. People passing by at night and wouldn’t recommend if your a woman who would feel uncomfortable with only a single door that opens outwards to a back alley area.
Far too hot, the air con unit just pushes air around, the door pulls in the heat as the sun beats down on it and cooks the room, with no window to open and the exposed space, you can’t leave the door open for air or to cool the room.
Blinds down! Again with it being quite exposed people can become aware your in the room, so as you need a light on constantly to see in the space as you approach people are aware your there.
Thin rooms, occupants above me I was very aware of, every clack, creek and flush was very apparent.
You must get discount from B&M? Everything is cheap and straight from the B&M bargain bin, the cutlery is thin and could bend easily, lamps by the bed I worry could break, sheets where that feeling when you accidentally chew aluminium on a Kirkstall you know that feeling, but imagine is on the back of your head, the table and chair won’t last long, clearly cheap and already look worng warped and scratched, if your a big person and many people are getting bigger you would damage or break these children’s playroom chairs.
Ants! A nest must be nearby, kept rubbish and crumbs away but with no cleaning facilities it was restored to ea damp cloth to make sure there was nothing to attracted them. While sleeping on the last day felt ants crawling on my legs, also found ants in my suitcase when I got home.
No information in the room pack about parking, found the long stay by asking a local in Starbucks on my second day, if you don’t know about it you wouldn’t find it as it’s tucked away from the main road.
Overall, I didn’t complain at the time because sucked it up. First time last time
- Rebecca (9/5): Very clean, easy to find, free parking in the market square between 6pm and 8am was very handy. -
- Blake (9/5): Great property.great location - Spacious and airy The green light above the bed . At night
- Greg (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oldricha (9/5): Good place to stay in Bicester - Cozy for 1 person, clean & modern All good
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and modern. Comfy clean bed, covers were very fresh - bathroom was immaculate
- Vajira (8/5): Very good - Good location and easy access to the town and other facilities. There is only small window near the door and very limited view.
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Great service from the staff very responsive and keep to assist
- Reece (8/5): Very good -
- Natasha_lohan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ella (6/5): Good for a short stay - The location for our visit was great, good long stay car park nearby. The apartment was finished to a nice standard with new appliances and very clean. The apartment only had one window which was to an internal corridor so no natural light. We didn’t use any of the appliances due to warning signs of the fire alarm being too sensitive and were cautious using the shower. One thing which was odd was that when lying in bed on the side closest to the window onto the corridor the light was on a sensor and even with the blind closed we were woken every time I rolled from one side to another as the light kept turning on every time without fail. There didn’t appear to be a sensor in the room so I don’t understand how this happened.
- Carol (8/5): Perfectly adequate - would I stay again - yes 👍 - Clean and big enough for me or for a couple . All equipment necessary inc tea/coffee and bottled water. Comfortable bed. Nothing I didn’t like - though for info I walked from Bicester village train station - max 10 mins. Postcode covered centre area of Bicester and I got lost so I rang and spoke to very helpful young man. Upshot is head to Market Sq and opp “side” of Kings head hotel look for “sort of” arch headed BCL 2 doors from Poundland and you’ve found it!
- Natasha_lohan (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Clean, well priced, good location. - Difficult to rate this anything other than great, clean modern rooms with comfy beds and facilities. Great central location. The emergency light in the room was on all nights and was too bright, really too bright this needs to be sorted otherwise everything else was good
- Imam (8/5): Very good -
- Spearman (5/5): Room spacious - Lile how much room there was. The fact there is a green light in the room that you can't turn off it made it hard to sleep also the light in the hall way was the same so with both these lights being constantly on it made the room light and really hard to sleep.
- Adrian (9/5): Superb - A very clean well maintained property Not much natural light
- Maku (10/5): Exceptional -

- Helen (9/5): Superb -
- Jon (9/5): Superb - clean modern fresh seems to be a congregation area for youths of a night time ......
- Natalie (9/5): Great stay - Very clean and great location for getting to the shops. Although parking isn’t included there is cheap parking available just a minute or two away from the property. At night the fire exit light is a bright green, we usually have the room pitch black so we noticed it but others maybe wouldn’t
- Gregory (8/5): Very clean, convenient and comfortable overnight stay. - Very clean, compact yet comfortable accommodation. Ideal for an overnight stay.
- Aimee (10/5): Beautiful apartment, perfect location. -

- Mary (10/5): Immaculately clean and breathtaking. - The room was presented exactly as advertised. It was spotless. One of the cleanest facilities I have ever encountered. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was very cozy. Excellent location to Bicester Village, with lots of shopping and food destinations within walking distance. Everything you would need was there. The staff were very pleasant. Keep up the good work. I recommend anyone going to Oxfordshire, to use Bicester Court. I didn't like that I had to leave. I will do it again if I have to get that far.
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Kane (10/5): Excellent place to stay - The room was presented exactly as advertised. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was very cosy. The staff were great and run a cafe that serves delicious food just down the road where they offer a discount to guests. Excellent location with lots of shopping and food destinations within walking distance.
- Nick (6/5): Pleasant - Room was spot on with a good location just near the town square. The staff won't give a Vat receipt at all as the business is a tax fiddle. Avoid if your staying for work or business.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (8/5): Very good - Good layout very clean everything you needed was there Bit of dark ally to get to it and missing manhole cover outside but that’s the fault of the local authorities or shop
- Vivienne (10/5): Great apartment - The property was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Perfect location for walking to Bicester village. The manager was accessible and helpful with directions.
