Guest Reviews
- travel&tour (9/5): Had a good time in Ghana. Historical. The World will know about it. - Breakfast was good, and so was the location, thanks. My room was very nice and beautiful. I had a whole new experience in there. I just love it. Thank you for hosting me I will recommend more people. Actually, I arrived there, and I was surprised by the beauty of the hotel; it is better than what I saw online. So what I did not like was minimal. Thank you
- Wilson (6/5): I had a great time at the mandarin given the shot falls i well reco - The rug in the room was filthy? There was no bath mat only a piece of rug which doesn't work on a week feet The staff did the best with what got to work with
Well I like the staff they were super 👌 nice. I couldn't ask for a nicer and helpful employee . I love ❤️ them all
- Pushpendra (7/5): - Location Small rooms
- Yewande (8/5): - The breakfast was very nice and d location was close to my conferey It was a nice exprrience
- SALIHU (6/5): The Mandarin experience - The location is beautiful ❤️ and serene, rooms are clean and reliable WiFi The noise of traffic at night because the apartment is too close to the road, there's no catering except for breakfast
- Aloysius (9/5): -
- Victor (8/5): - Cleanliness Nothing
- Pravesh Vaidya (1/5): - Breakfast is OK but location is not good. management not good. payment issue asking for extra money. reception response is poor.
- Solomon Attah (7/5): -
- Togar Alexander (1/5): Messy - Location Price doesn’t commensurate with outlook, no fridge, complimentary items, no restaurant service, pool was off etc

- Frederick (6/5): Pleasant -

- Udashen (5/5): Passable - It was clean and comfortable just a days stay. Soft bed chilling aircon. Littl details to be checked like aircon remote battery and TV worked but no signal.
- Deanna (4/5): Great location, good for short stays. Cleanliness should improve - Great location. Easy access! Comfortable bed Sheets dirty, carpet dirty, inconsistent room service. Unprofessional unclear staff communication. After payment was received I was asked to move rooms even though I was unaware when I checked in I wasn’t in the room I’ve booked. I stopped recieving complimentary breakfast for the last 5 days of my stay. Pool was unclean for the majority of my stay.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tangara (10/5): Exceptional - I was d'urine my stay
- Michaela (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Bad management should not be advertised as a hotel. It's a guest house where the staff are unprofessional. Breakfast was the worst service I've ever imagined. I have never stayed at a hotel where room service will be knocking at your door, interrupting your sleep just to serve breakfast, one 1 slice of toast, and a piece of omelette and sachets of coffee, drinking chocolate and sugar.
- Williams (5/5): Passable -
- Amoh (10/5): Exceptional -

- Marcenia (10/5): Far exceeds expectations! - I’ve stayed at a various locations in Ghana, including five star hotels. However, the Mandarin far exceeds my expectations, from the staff, to the hospitality and everything in between.
They go far beyond to accommodate their guests.
Thanks to the manager, the staff and the entire team for making my stay in Ghana a little easier after cancelled flights and very long delays.
My choice!
My hotel!
My friends!
The Mandarin! Everything was above standards.

- Charles (10/5): Awesome and A home away from home. - Writing will be an understatement, Visit and experience a 10/10 service from the hotel and it’s staff. S/O to the two ladies on day and the other guy on night….Super staff and always ready to assist at any time of the day…I will recommend always. Nothing…Super quite and splendid environment
