- Meg (7/5): Enjoyable, convenient, fun stay at a small hostel :) - Free breakfast, super chill vibes and great location near downtown! Staff was amazing and the place was very comfortable. There was no soap in one bathroom, towels could use a good bleach.

- Genevieve (8/5): Good for heavy sleepers - Location was convenient. Breakfast was basic: coffee/tea, some bread and 2 eggs you make yourself. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lockers under the bunks are convenient. Mattresses are very comfortable. Even with earplugs, I hardly slept. The AC was cold but loud and cycled on/off all night long. Bad luck - one roommate was a snorer. My room was right opposite the kitchen and some people were up at 5am to go to work - they didn't talk loudly but the kitchen sounds and smells woke me up.

- Benjamin (10/5): Very comfortable and homey stay. - Very comfortable and affordable stay. Large kitchen space, free wifi, nice outdoor patio space and laundry. All rooms had AC units, reading lights, small fans, outlets with multiple ports, usb and usbc ports. Convenient location with restaurants in walking distance. No complaints.

- Serhii (10/5): Nice calm place - The owner is very nice. There're a few dorm rooms in the house, kitchen and a backyard with a table where you can have dinner. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed. There're supermarkets in 500 meters. Owner puts a single coffee pod per person for breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast, but more coffee could be nice.

- Robert (7/5): Hostel pricing and accommodation in a town that has few options like that - Free milk, coffee, eggs, juice and fruit. Comfy living room area. Convenient central location. Nice bright decor. Some window trim, drywall and baseboards needed patching and painting. It’s disappointing that some previous guests have caused clumsy negligent damage. I fix that stuff so I notice it.

- Jackiandre (7/5): Sweet & well organized but hot in the summer - I'm 53 years old but I travel a lot and stay in hostels from time to time. This was easily the prettiest one I've ever stayed in. The owners have put a lot of thought into what people might need and how to organize everything. The staff person I interacted with was lovely. A cute llama keychain was gifted at check in. It was HOT. I was there in early July and the indoor thermostat readings were consistently in the 30C range. I am unable to rest in temps like that so I slept in my car all three nights. (I tried the first night and woke up around 4am with a massive migraine from not breathing properly in the heat. I moved to my car then.) Luckily, there are some off-street parking spots available and it felt safe enough. If you can manage temps like that, then go for it. This is a sweet place with a lot to offer. But I personally would not return in the summer months. I understand a/c is a huge ask in a hostel but pulling the blinds during the day, keeping the doors and windows closed during the day and open at night would bring some relief. The other suggestion I have is leaving soap in the washroom for handwashing. I only have to cart my soap with me when I'm staying at a hostel (a few days a year) and so I would often forget it, necessitating touching the taps, doorknob, and light switch with germy hands.

- Singh (10/5): Super cozy and wonderful stay in Vernon - Its super clean and cozy. Friendly staff especially "Danny". He is a wonderful person and very helpful. Only one thing i felt missing was a handwash in washroom. Overall, it was quite a pleasant experience for me.
