• Monika (1/5): Okropny zapach i brud - Zapach, utrzymujący się 2 dni okropny zapach i brud. Tam brudno było wszędzie, nawet ściany. Brzydziłam się pójść pod prysznic - w załączeniu zdjęcia

• Claudia (8/5): Helle Wohnung in der Nähe vom Reumannplatz - Ruhig gelegen, da im Innenhof. Gute Lage, da Nähe Reumannplatz (U-Bahn Station, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 8 Minuten zu Fuß). Helle Wohnung (nur Bad und WC ohne Fenster). Betten bequem. Fön, Waschmaschine + Handtücher vorhanden. Im 6. Stock, aber Aufzug vorhanden. Netter Kontakt zur Vermietung, haben sich schnell zurück gemeldet. Es riecht ein bisschen muffig, liegt aber wahrscheinlich am Alter des Gebäudes (Wohnung ist renoviert), ich hab eine sensible Nase 😉
• Nikola (9/5): preporuka - recommendation - Apartman je malo bolji nego na slikama . Izuzetni je mirno i tiho. Jedina zamerka što se vrata od zgrade otvaraju pozivom na broj telefona . To radi odlično. Na uputstvu jasno piše da je pozivanje tog broja besplatno, ali to ne važi ako imate broj od operatera koji je van EU . Tako da me je to koštalo 15 € . The only complaint is that the door of the building is opened by calling the phone number. It works great. The instructions clearly state that calling that number is free, but this does not apply if you have a number from an operator outside the EU. So it cost me €15.

• Arielle (7/5): Bien dans l ensemble mais des choses à améliorer - Bien chauffé. Proximité du métro. Relativement propre. Bonne literie. Immeuble calme. La douche qui fuit. Des objets cassés ou dégradés (lampe de chevet, rideau douche, porte manteau entrée). Le manque d accès au code wifi. Une petite cuillère pour 4 personnes. La machine à café inutilisable. L absence d écumoire. Le lavabo de la salle d eau qui s écoule difficilement. Le mode d ouverture de la porte d entrée a l immeuble. Le manque de torchon, de balais et de pelle. L absence de tire bouchon. Aucun pichet. Pas de lampe de chevet. Les draps sales des anciens locataires entassés dans le placard d entrée.

• Işıl (8/5): Giriş-çıkışta telefon araması zorunluluğu - Tertemiz, konforlu bir daire. Mutfak ekipmanı yererli. Tava, tencere, bardak, çatal, bıçak, bulaşik deterjanı var. Temizlik malzemelerinin tutulduğu oda açıktı ve ekektrikli süpürge ve mop var. Çamaşır kurutma askısı da var. Çamaşır makinesi deterjanı yok sadece. Yiyecek, içecek hiçbir şey yok. Yemek yapmak için yağ, tuz, baharat, çay, kahve vb. almanız gerek. Yakında lidl ve interspar market var. Tek sorun blok giriş ve çıkışında telefon araması yapma zorunluluğu! Çok saçma bir sistem. Telefon hattımız yurtdışına açık olmadığı için arama yapamadık. Birilerinden istemek zorunda kaldık. Çıkmak için otomat varmış ama ev sahibi söylemedi. Kendimiz keşfettik. Anahtar olmaması büyük sorun. Sorun yaşadığımızı söyleyince de cevap alamadık.

• Joke (7/5): - Alles in één, huiselijke sfeer Bedden waren prima, rustige omgeving Te weinig handoeken voor 3 personen, voor 1week, maar 3 handoeken, wat niet staat aangegeven in de beschrijving, staat 2 badlakens per persoon, dus zou eigenlijk 6 moeten zijn, ook geen theedoek en keukendoek aanwezig, en afwasborstel. Meer nauwkeurigheid /aandacht is wenselijk Geen persoonlijk contact! Deur openen met deurcode, dmv telefonisch, of via wattsapp, alles online!!
• Santosh-Kumar (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und der Betreiber vom Haus war auch sofort zu erreichen wenn wir Fragen hatten! Danke wir - Es war Sauber und genügend Platz für 5 Personen ! Beim Eintreffen im den Wohnung Top sauber und groß helle Zimmer 👍aber es war sehr warm bei Anfrage ob wir ein Ventilator bekommen haben wir sofort bekommen 👍! Was nicht gut war das wir selber Tolletenpaper kaufen mussten und sauber machen mussten es wurde nur die Erstversorgung gemacht 3 Rollen Tolletenpaper war da und Seifen Handtücher !
• fangju (6/5): - The apartment was not clean- there was a broken mirror and it left pieces on the floor. The floor has not been vacuum, and felt like it hasn't been moped for a long time. The shower drain was blocked. After contacting CityHome, they sent someone to fix the drain, but no one has come to remove the broken mirror or clean the floor. On the other hand, the beds/sheets/towels were clean. The apt was big and quiet, and convenient to transportation and grocery stores.
• Rasha (3/5): Poor - It's near of the centre No facilities available like There is no soap for the washing machine, and when I shower, the bathroom is filled with water that collects under the sink, and there is no mop to wipe the floor, or a broom, or an iron.
• Justyna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice and we liked the location. Close to the stores and underground parking. There was no cutting board.
