- Phil (9/5): It had everything we needed - Comfortable well equipped cottage. Excellent location for wedding and coastal visits. Unfortunately we didn’t realise the fridge was turned off ( there was ice in the freezer on arrival) for over 24 hours and it wasn’t obvious where to turn it on.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - The property was lovely, clean and spacious - we were attending a wedding at the hall which was literally next door, added bonus of seeing the peacocks roaming around in the morning Nothing everything was perfect

- Andrew (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location is excellent to use as a base for visiting local attractions by car as we did eg Lindisfarne holy island, Bamburgh Castle, Craster for The Jolly Fisherman, Seahouses Harbour for boat trips etc etc We enjoyed the stay however I would recommend the proprietors consider installing a tv in the main bedroom and dare I suggest a king size bed also in the main bedroom.
- Peter (4/5): The cottage looks lovely from the exterior, however interior doesn’t match . - Nice garden in a nice setting . Interior is tired , and weird design , dark Green walls and ceiling in main bedroom . Not as shown on the original picture . Which show the previous decoration. I note no pictures of the interior are now displayed on the booking.com site I’m not surprised. The deception is the only remaining picture shows the exterior shot which looks so nice , however the interior does not match cottage . I’m perplexed how the score is 9
