• Okki (10/5): Home away from home :) - I absolutely loved staying at Ayye Bungalows. Everything was just perfect - Yudi and his family are so kind, the location is amazing, the breakfast was DELICIOUS, and the rooms are so clean!! I ended up extending my stay here because I loved it so much, it felt like a little home :) I can't recommend this place enough! Nothing! It was perfect.
• Moa (10/5): - Jag och min kompis bodde här i tre nätter och hade en fantastisk vistelse. Vi fick hjälp med allt och lite till. Vi bokade Mt Batur tur som var billigare än andra ställen att boka på. De körde oss även till Lovina som var vårt nästa stopp. Man fick god frukost på balkongen varje dag vid den tiden man ville ha. Boendet låg centralt men avskilt. Vi rekommenderar!
• Sebastian (8/5): - The location is very good. Close to stores, spa and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the view of the room is also great. It is good for the price you pay. Maybe we had bad luck but the whole area didn't have electricity and water that day
• Anna Metrina (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Hinterhof in Ubud. Man ist schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker mit verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Leider konnte man sein Trinkwasser nicht auffüllen, aber das ist nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt.

• Ahmad (1/5): The bad experience in Bali, whatever - First, when we reach to the property, they give us different room than they charge extra 150k to give us another room, then we ask for the clean blanket. They says we don’t have it what we have that’s it then 11pm they cut the electricity and again they start 1:30am the owner behave very rude when we ask for the charger plug. This says we don’t have for you and you don’t have water in the room we pay for the the water extra. and they said you have to leave 11 otherwise we will charge you extra, but we go to sleep 2am because there’s no electricity we not got breakfast, if anyone need proof I can share his WhatsApp chat at least booking.com. Must notice that.

I booked last minute as I extended my stay in Ubud and this was the perfect location for me. Very accommodating and helpful with everything I needed. • Renata (9/5): Lovely place, great value for money!! - The location, the warm welcome and so helpful host, and the simple and delicious breakfast. This place made all the difference during my time in a raining Ubud, I wish I could stay longer. Wifi was quite unstable and the 4G also didn't work well, which makes it difficult sometimes doing simple things such as check the map and organize the day. Easy to resolve though, and I'll definitely come back!

• Mohamed (1/5): Dirty room. Non-supportive landlord. Noisy Kids - The room is too old; it is full of dust and spider webs. I have asked the landlord to clean it; he didn't pay any attention. Kids wake up in the early morning playing and making noise while sleeping. Honestly, it was a really bad experience. I could not sleep well for the four nights spent.
• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - I had a good stay here. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The shower was warm. In the morning, I had a small breakfast (like many places in Indonesia) that was enough to start the day. They ask if you can tell them the night before what you want to eat by filling out a note they leave on your table. They will bring it to the small patio in front of the room in the morning. If you like to do a tour or book a driver for example, they are able to help you with that. They have a small booklet with options of what's around. The host is very friendly and wants to help with everything. For example, when we went on the Mt. Batur sunrise trek and couldn’t have breakfast at the usual times, they made it for us when we returned. The location is in the center of Ubud and perfect for if you want to explore like (art) markets, go shopping or visit dances. It is also quiet because it is not right on the street.

The staff was kind and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked great once I moved upstairs. I found the upstairs room really comfortable and would recommend requesting one if available. • Elisa (3/5): Poor - Only the location is good even though you have no idea the Balinese compound is home to a bunch of homestay and you have to pull your suitcase right from the entrance to the back which is quite far though. This is a family compound consists of few homestay. Unfortunately, the initial room I was staying was given up to other guest. I stayed at the other room which has musty smell and the aircon was not working properly 😢 The worst part was construction project, around 7 am I heard the tiles cutting machine noise right outside my room :((( this should have been informed earlier though 😭😭😭

The staff, a family run business, were so very pleasant and very helpful. Yudik was so kind he even drove me to the doctors and back when I got sick, I was so grateful 🙏🏾 A great central location to stay with amazing staff. A very modest breakfast, but at that price it was still worth it and always delivered with a smile.

• Seraph (10/5): I enjoyed my time here and would recommend this stay to others. Hope to stay again next time - Close proximity to food and nightlife, many things to see. The staff were always contactable and ready to help, very friendly family. Transport services provided by Yudik were comfortable and he was a safe driver. Nothing I didn’t like, although I found breakfast options boring. I’d recommend adding butter for toast. A mini fridge would also be a useful addition.
• Marina (10/5): A beautiful seclusion in the heart of Ubud 📿 - As you leave the busy street and walk into this green oasis you feel welcome relief from the heat and noise. The staff are wonderful and so helpful, I slept peacefully the bed was comfortable and breakfast on the terrace was yummy! So glad I stayed at Ayye bungalows, it was more than perfect 🙏🏽 Nothing, I wish I’d stayed longer. Matur Suksma!

Location was good in the centre of Ubud everything in walking distance. Spacious room with a nice balcony. Aircon and fan worked well too. Plugs next to both ends of the bed too. Nothing we loved it :)
• Molly (8/5): Really nice stay, central location, nice owners 🤍 - - nice clean room, with private en-suite - good location, right in the centre but hidden away so quite - lots of options for tours, bikes, onward transport - breakfast which is brought to your room so can eat on balcony - owner is really really nice and helpful - only one issue which let down our stay a bit was that once we used the shower there was a really awful smell in the bathroom from the drains. It’s very common in Asia especially so we had got used to it but unfortunately this was very bad. We did tell the owner and he attempted to fix it but unfortunately wasn’t successful. Owner was very nice and helpful and tried to fix however think it will be a reoccuring problem

• Paislee (10/5): Best value for money house i have ever stayed. Modern and clean - We had an upper floor room, modern and clean. Lovely balcony set up with seating area and lounger. Such a good stay for the price and it included breakfast. Breakfast was basic no milk for coffee but ok. Owner was so helpful as my partner fell ill in the night and we had to extend our stay 1 more day which they accommodated. Would definitely go back here. Bed was also comfy. Perfect location as the house is set back away from the roads so peaceful nights sleep.

• Whitelaw (3/5): Staff is friendly, location is great if you don’t mind walking a ways down. Mold/mildew smell in room, no proper win - The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is great being off Hanuman though the place is tucked away only accessible by foot. The room smelled of mold/mildew very strongly. No proper windows to open other than the slider you enter from. Again the staff were so lovely it’s just that the room was unbearable due to the mold/mildew smell. The owner tried to say it was the sewage that smelled but I don’t think so.
