• Ita (3/5): - Nuestra experiencia en Villa Palominos fue muy negativa, ya que al llegar encontramos la casa en condiciones de limpieza muy deficientes, con suciedad en la barbacoa, mesas, horno y hasta moscas muertas en las camas. Avisamos a la dueña con fotos y vídeos e intentamos irnos, pero no aceptó ningún acuerdo ni devolución, por lo que tuvimos que quedarnos. Además, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismos gran parte de la casa para poder estar cómodos, lo que hizo la estancia aún más desagradable.

• Andreas (1/5): Bitte nicht mehr im Januar vermieten! - Diese Unterkunft ist für eine Vermietung im Januar absolut ungeeignet. Die Gasflaschen im Katalytofen war nach 3 Stunden leer abgesehen davon dass sie so gut wie nichts gebracht hat und wir unseren ganzen Aufenthalt bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur verbracht haben. Unter diesen Bedingungen bringen auch die angebotenen Wärmflaschen nicht wirklich was. Obwohl wir einen längeren Aufenthalt geplant hatten sind wir nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.
• Facundo (10/5): El lugar más tranquilo - Buscábamos un lugar retirado para pasar el Fin de Año, lejos de los fuegos artificiales que le afectan mucho a mi perrita. El lugar fue perfecto para eso! Está muy alejado de todo, y algo escondido entre montañas. Solo se escuchaban los pájaros y un arrollo que está próximo. En cuanto a la casa: tiene dos habitaciones, una con dos camas individuales y en la otra, una de matrimonio, además un sofá que puedes abrirlo y es tipo sofá cama. Los colchones eran cómodos y descansamos muy bien. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y el patio está equipado con comedor exterior, una barbacoa algo pequeña pero so eres apañado te resuelve, unos sillones y hamacas, de modo que si el día esta soleado lo puedes pasar realmente bien. La casera fue tremendamente amable con nosotros y tras dejar la estancia me preguntó si había sido de nuestro agrado, me parece un gesto bonito. El termo es muy pequeñito, en verano igual te apañas, pero en invierno te tienes que duchar muy rápido porque te quedas rápido sin agua caliente. No llega a que se duchen dos personas. Pero no hay nada perfecto.
• Laimonas (1/5): - After spending a week here, we are very disappointed, as the accommodation did not match the description or the photos provided. This caused us significant discomfort, especially since our work requires reliable internet and appropriate living conditions. Here is a summary of the main issues we have documented through photos and videos: The apartment is furnished completely differently from the photos – visually less cozy, darker, and with fewer amenities. The terrace was cluttered and dirty – we had to clean it ourselves. The property was generally unclean: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and cabinets were dirty and smelled unpleasant. There was a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the apartment, especially when opening wardrobes and cupboards. The washing machine did not work (we have a video), so we had to wash clothes by hand, which took several hours. Water pressure was extremely low (video provided), making it nearly impossible to shower or wash hair. The oven and stove were faulty – the oven would trip the circuit breaker, and some stove burners did not work. The internet connection was extremely poor, which made it impossible for us to work. We had to leave the property and drive down the hill to get signal. We encountered many insects in the house: centipedes, earwigs, spiders – even on dishes, bedding, and door handles. Kitchen was poorly equipped – no kettle, toaster, grater, blender, proper bowls or functional pans. Drawers and cupboards were stuffed with miscellaneous items, which made it impossible for us to unpack.
