- Laszlo (10/5): - Kenyelmes agy, tisztasag, zart parkolo. Minden tokeletes. Hiányzott egy kávéföző.
- Miklósné (10/5): Nekem tetszett - Konyha: felszereltsége (volt minden, ami néhány napos tartózkodás esetén szükséges lehet), picike étkező asztal 3 székkel, TISZTA!. Fürdő: (zuhanyfülkés) kicsi, van minden (törölközővel, foly.szappan a mosdónál + hajszárító) TISZTA! WC helység: rendben volt, kicsit szűk, TISZTA! Nappaliban: kanapé (ha kell plusz fekvőhely), magas nagyszekrény (válfás, polcos), sík TV, sok-sok nézhető csatornával, udvarra néző nagy ablakok, TISZTA! Háló: kétszemélyes ágy,, kisebb sík TV ugyanúgy sok TV állomással. Itt, hűtő-fűtő klíma, amely megfelelő beállítással, esetleg a másik helységet (nappali) is "eléri", jó az elhelyezése. Itt is ablak az udvarra. Innen nyílik picike terasz helység, amely körbe-ablakos. Az Apartman elfoglalása, elhagyása jól szervezett, önállóan végezhető (kódok). Parkolás a zárt udvarban, ingyenes. A szállásadó elérhető(!), mindenben segítőkész, udvarias, türelmes. A szállás elhelyezkedése közlekedés szempontjából is kedvező. Egyszerűségével NAGYSZERŰ szállás, ajánlom! nincs ilyen

- Bordas (8/5): - 2 klassz tágas szoba. Földszinti lakás, kényelmes ki ès bepakolás. Nagyon kicsi a wc. Nincs WC papír tartó. Ez apróság viszont nagyon idegesítő.

- Zakar Béla Gábor (10/5): Igényes, családbarát szállás Szegeden - A kedves szomszédok. Szép, rendezett lakás. Egy tál cukorka (a gyerekek két nap alatt felfalták az összeset). Hűtő, klíma. Minden jó volt. Máskor is megyünk! Igazából ilyen nem volt. A kulcs átvételnél történt egy hiba, nem értük el a szállásadót, de a szomszéd tudta az anyukájának a számát, így meglett a kód kulcsboxhoz. Tanulság, időben, már akár előző nap el kell kérni a kódokat.

- Marianna (9/5): :) - A szállásadó kedves és készséges, mindig elérhető, segítőkész. Minden rendben volt, egy olvasólámpának örültem volna, egyébként minden volt, tiszta, kényelmes, az ágy szuper, minden rendben működött, a wifi kiváló volt. Minden rendben volt.

- Nastia (1/5): - Nothing. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL! When we arrived, we found a different family staying in the apartment. They refused to open the door or acknowledge the situation. The hosts arrived shortly after, but instead of facilitating our move-in, they allowed the other family to remain. (That family had mistakenly booked the same apartment for the same dates next year and showed up early, whether by accident or not) The hosts offered us alternative accommodation of significantly lower quality (not even an apartment, but small rooms with a shared common area). We were not offered any compensation, nor did the hosts follow up to check whether our stay was satisfactory. Unfortunately, we had already been traveling for a long time when this happened and had more travel ahead the next day, so we had neither the time nor the resources to push for a smoother resolution.

- Nikolay (10/5): Excellent and quite apartment - Loved the apartment and the area. It's very quite, walking distance from the center. There is a big super market right across the street. So, it was perfect for our needs. The parking is in the closed area around the buildings which is nice. There was plenty of space to park on the street as well.

- Slobodan (9/5): Great location and a value for money - Close to the tram/bus station and to the local store. Center is only couple stations away, and ZOO is couple minutes away by foot. Owner is communicating relatively fast. Sound isolation is so good that we could barely hear anything from outside, even when the trams are passing by. I cant say I didnt like it but I can say that bed pillows are waaayyy too soft and there was no soap at the dispenser in the toilet. But this is not that important as much as rest of the stay which was great.

It was necessary for us because we had no other options. Despite sending messages to the owner and pointing out the problem, it was not resolved and we didn't receive any response or explanation.

- Gabor (10/5): Good value for money - air-conditioning (one device but it cooled down the whole flat), spacious rooms, parquet floors enough room to keep clothes and stuff, cooking facilities, stove, normal size fridge with freezer, separate toilet property on the ground floor free parking in front of the house tram 2 min away friendly host Both beds are rather small for 2 people even if one is a child. More plates would be useful.

- Julie (9/5): Superb - Spacious living area & bedroom. Clean and tidy apartment. Good location. The shower nozzle handle needs to be fixed to the wall. There was nowhere to put it while showering. Shower slow to drain so standing in ankle-deep water during a shower. No heating to the apartment.
