• Montebove (3/5): - La posizione è eccellente Abbiamo avuto una stanza all' interno di uno studio dedicato alla reception,la cui scrivania era di fronte alla nostra porta,a due passi! La stanza aveva due porte- finestra che davano su un balcone frequentato da tutti.Nessuna privacy!!! Il bagno in condivisione lo abbiamo trovato sporchissimo. Ancora adesso ci chiediamo dove fosse la presa per accendere la luce in camera... Insomma per nulla piacevole.

Всего в мини отеле три комнаты, два санузла, укомплектованная кухня, кофемашина. Ежедневная уборка. Редкая для Италии чистота и комфорт за адекватные деньги.Район не туристический, но от этого места доехать до Треви 30 минут, то есть укладываешься в один единый билет 100 минут на общественный транспорт В небольшой удаленности если больше плюсов, чем минусов: нет толп туристов, тихо , чисто, зелено, супермаркет близко, до аутлет или воскресного рынка порта портезе ближе, ближе от до аэропорта. 10 прекрасных дней в этом месте сделали мой тур волшебным Для меня нет минусов. Если в Рим, то ищите меня здесь))

• Nikita (9/5): - Чисто, красивый район. По описанию было понятно, что туалет/ванна находились в одном номере, но по факту ванна относилась к двум номерам. И чтобы пройти в ванну, нужно выйти в общий коридор, где тебя могут все видеть. И комната, в которой стояли 2 стола с компьютером для персонала,типа офиса, тоже была ровно за дверью нашего номера, конфиденциальности почти никакой. По фото и по описанию, этого не понять.

• chiara (7/5): - Ottima la pulizia, il letto comodissimo. L’acqua calda arrivava in meno di un secondo. Ha l’ascensore, super comodo. Quartiere silenzioso e lontano dal traffico romano. Check-in veloce. Per chi rientra la sera tardi, l’unica possibilità è prendere un taxi o un mezzo a noleggio poiché la metro non è vicina.

• Rachit (10/5): Best stay in Rome, Highly Recommended! - Absolutely great homestay. This is a fully furnished home, with all required amenities. The kitchen especially has everything you can ask for. Lots of food items available at no extra cost, like milk, bread, fruits, cakes, tea, coffee, etc. And also pasta and ingredients available for self cooking. Please note that this is REALLY HELPFUL for travelers and makes a big difference. All other amenities available as well like washing area, dryers, and anything you could ask for. Very well furnished home with great interiors and balcony. The host is very sweet and helpful. Best stay experience in Italy. Highly recommended. The homestay in itself is great, but the location is bit uncomfortable. It is quite far from any major train or bus station. If you need to go towards the airport, do take at least an hour extra because it's tough to get any major public transport from here. No other issues.

• Elif (6/5): Great place, but better know italian, and not be in the way - I loved the neighborhood, it was beautiful and the flowers smelled incredible. I loved the house, it was well equipped for accommodation, and its location was great. The staff I saw face to face didn’t speak English, and I felt unwelcome by some of them. I was given the impression that I was in the way of the maid and when I tried to ask her she seemed upset. The first few nights I was by myself and I was so comfortable, though initially I struggled to get in, I emailed and rang the bell many times and eventually a very nice person let me in. The key didn’t seem to work initially, also, I had to have them come check them. I actually felt very uncomfortable after my interaction with the maid I decided to leave one day early. I felt like I should just stay in my room and not be out of it while there were staff in the house, but my room was too small to just stay in the whole time. In the neighborhood when I needed to buy some things from the store and stuff I was either helped with enthusiasm or complete displeasure, so I wish I spoke Italian. Overall I would recommend the place for great accommodation, but my experience didn’t feel like I was welcome during the day.

I have no complaints, there was offer to have some food for breakfast if needed, the kitchen was very well equipped, all was taken care of and comfortable. The staff don't speak much english, but with the translator and some broken italian on my part it wasn't a problem at all. The balcony as well as the area were very calm, the only point I'd make is that the location is quite a way out of Rome. And the buses don't run great as far as timing is concerned. Something to be aware of. However if you don't mind using a lime bike or a scooter, you're in the centre of Rome in around 10/15 minutes. If you don't mind this, I'd highly recommend the stay.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - Everyone was extremely nice and helpful; the room was spacious and even had a terrace . Overall, the room had an Italian vibe as a tourist would imagine it. The neighborhood was a bit rough. The shared bathroom was quite incontinent if several families were staying at the same time.

There were two things I didn't like so much about this accomodation: 1) When I arrived I came into such an uncomfortable situation, because there is no sign that tells you are on the right spot. Not on the building not even on the doorbells. So I had to doublecheck the adress. When I realised I'm on the right spot, then I had to call on the phone mentioned in the reservation on Booking, because I had no idea how to get inside, while the door was locked. (it was about 5 pm) After some telephonical navigation I finally got in. 2) The breakfast was kind of a poor one. I mean there were only separately packed sweet pastry, some fruits, yoghurts, jams etc. No ham, cheese, salami, eggs and stuff like that. So only the sweet-eater could be satisfied.

• Edupavanatti (9/5): Great Stay in Rome - We had a wonderful stay in Vacanze Romane, the staff is super friendly and the property offers a great value for the money spent. The room we stayed had all the facilities described and the beds were extra comfortable. Our booking even included a generous breakfast for all guests. Definitely recommend it! Although the property is well located, it's a bit far from the city center, which must be taken into account if you're looking for visiting Rome's famous attractions. Despite this, it does have several public transport stations nearby.

• Avik (7/5): A good value for money but not if you arrive late in Rome - The house was really clean at all times, including the shared bathroom. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. It was value for money. The location is quite some distance from the city center. It takes some time to reach the property from the main parts of Rome, even by car. The public transport situation nearby is also not optimal. Also, I would not recommend this property if you are arriving in Rome late at night. They don’t have any option to collect your keys from a safe deposit box. Someone needs to be there to hand over the keys and then they start pestering you for extra money simply because they needed to stay.

Fresh fruits and yogurts were included in the price. The kitchen was well equipped. The transport from the airport was well organized by the host and the host provided me with a useful map. The breakfast contained mostly sweets. The location is quite far from the Metro lines. The walls of the room were very thin, so all the noises from the neighbours could be heard. The bathroom and the balcony were shared. The members of the staff didn't speak good English.

Selection of sweet pastries in room for breakfast and use of the kitchen, including fridge & coffee machine. Large bowl of fruit & selection of yoghurts which were complimentary was a really nice thought. Be aware that Roma Trastevere is a 20 minute walk & Basilica S Paulo metro is a 25 minute walk. But worth it for the price of the room!
• Chen (9/5): Amazing hotel and amazing staff - I like everything about it, maybe just the location is a bit far but with this price in Rome I really cannot complain :) you will need to transfer one bus in general to get to the tourist destination but it is no hassle. You have a lot of options for buses in Rome :) The staff is really really nice and the place is extremely clean! I would recommend this place if you are coming to Rome!

Please have a machine to accept payment through cards as tourists like us donot prefer to carry cash as it is inconvenient.. Also Booking.com can take this city tax also along with hotel booking to avoid such inconvenience… A board mentioning Vacanza Romane can be put outside at street to make it more accessible& distinguishable as we faced issues in locating the stay.. However, on arrival at room, things were well organised and we had a pleasant stay..
