Rachel (7/5): Good - Clean, bright, nice decor,locality. No welcome pack, not even a pint of milk. Poor information, no cooker instructions or decent info on local attractions. No parking, minimal advice on parking. Some of the walls were damaged. Doors were difficult to open. Bath was very small, difficult for weaker people to manoeuvre up from. Upper bathroom sink too close to door, can hit it if not aware. Dangerous low steps in doorways, no warnings. Building work work next door very noisy, however the owner wasn't aware this would be happening. Would have been nice for owner to call and apologise in person.
