• Paweł (9/5): Decent apartment for a reasonable price - Apartment equipped with all basic things. Quiet and peaceful area. Terrace very sheltered from the sun so you can hide from the heat. The nearest beach is very nice and relatively quiet. You can easily get everywhere by city bus, although you can also walk on foot.
• Marian (8/5): Lovely stay, plenty to see and visit in Split centre. - The property was clean, and the owner was very helpful. The local bus service to the centre of Split took about 10 mins, the bus stop was just across the road from the property. The area of the property had local super markets, and plenty of bars. A little hard to find the property, our taxi driver was very helpful and contacted the owner and made sure we arrived safely.

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Was a perfect stay! The property had everything you need and was very comfy and spacious. There is a variety of food and public transport close by as well as a 10-15 min walk to the beach. The hosts were amazing and so nice! Would absolutely recommend!
• Dmytrii (5/5): Not great, not terrible - Location is nice, close to the downtown, lots of groceries and supermarkets around. Jelena is a sweet person you can contact here anytime. There is a good WiFi (strong signal 24/7). There are 2 adorable cats to pet (if you love cats)). The main problem with apartment is cleanliness - there was a big spider sitting on the wall in the bathroom when we first entered it (photo attached), also some dust around WC, we had to clean it ourselves a little bit, one of the towels had a rusty spot on it, but the main problem was the shower - the drain was blocked and the water was standing while you took the shower, we informed the owner and heard “Ah yeah, the problem with the shower”, nothing followed. We also spotted some cat fur on one of the blankets (a little bit). And last (but not the least) issue worth mentioning is a total lack of soundproofing - we could constantly hear that someone is present in our bathroom, but it was just an illusion which made us feel like living in haunted house - the walls between bathrooms are very thin and sometimes you can hear creepy sounds coming from your bathroom when no one is there in fact and lights are off. That’s not a bad apartment, but lots of things can be improved.
