• Kontogiwrgi (5/5): - Ωραία η Τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και στο μετρο, πολύ ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και το μπάνιο καθαρό. Το σπίτι δεν ήταν καθαρό όπως θα έπρεπε στις πάνω γωνιές έχει αράχνες και το πάτωμα δεν ήταν καθαρό με αποτέλεσμα να σκουπίσω με μια σκούπα που δεν λειτουργούσε και σωστά ! Επίσης δεν είχε απορροφητήρα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις, η τηλεόραση δεν είχε κεραία όπως και το τηλεκοντρόλ σταματήσε να λειτουργεί!

• Minea (8/5): - Ubicación. Tenía de todo. Limpio. Muy apañado. Céntrico. Sótano reconvertido en piso turístico. El agua de la ducha no estaba caliente.
• Cardinali (8/5): - L'appartamento è ben curato e fornito di tutto. L'edificio in cui si trova lascia a desiderare, un po' decadente e la zona sembra trascurata e un po' sporca. Di sera però la zona si anima di locali e luci e la musica e l'allegria cancellano i difetti. Comodo il supermercato a 100 metri e logisticamente comodo visitare la città anche se si è a piedi (in 15 /20 minuti di raggiunge la zona di Acropoli e Agorà). L'appartamento è in zona seminterrata e ovviamente manca luce e visuale. La questione fognaria poi è stata un colpo: non sapevo che in Atene non si potesse gettare carta igienica nel water a causa dei tubi fognari piccoli e ci siamo dovuti un po' abituare... Superato il primo impatto ci siamo comunque adattati.
• Ελενη (10/5): - Φουλ εξοπλισμένο δωμάτιο, καινούργιο ,πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο. Κοντά στη στάση μετρό και ο οικοδεσπότης κατατοπιστικότατος και εξυπηρετικός στο μέγιστο. Αγαπήσαμε πολύ τη βεράντα 🙂 Με μεγάλη χαρά θα επιστρέψουμε, ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Το self check in βοηθάει πολύ , αφού δεν είχαμε προκαθορισμένη ώρα άφιξης, όποτε και μας εξυπηρετησε άψογα. Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας δεν είναι ο,τι καλύτερο, όμως ο χώρος μέσα σε αποζημιώνει.
• vanessa (8/5): Muy Tranquilo - Lugar cerca del metro, tranquilo ,cerca de un supermercado, bares cercanos (pero no sé oye nada ) Buena ubicación y buena estancia. Estuvimos 5 días muy bien.Tiene terraza , aire acondicionado muy IMPORTANTE! Y todo lo necesario . Cuando llegamos teníamos 1 botella de agua fresquita en la nevera cafetera cápsulas de café y sobre de té 😊👌buena comunicación con el anfitrión Calidad precio correcto! Por decir algo ,falta un extractor para cuando cocinas el humo no quede dentro de la estancia . El edificio deja un poco que desear nada que ver con la estancia .

• Vladimir (10/5): Hospitable, professional, clean, modern and comfortable. - 5 minutes by car from the center of Athens, there is no noise in the surroundings; it is a quiet neighborhood—free parking in front of the entrance of the building. There is a market 1 minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped with extras, such as pans, plates, cutlery, coffee machine, olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, etc. Everything was ideal, you have hot water at any time. It is unfair for me to say bad words about the hosts.
• Karen (7/5): Good - The apartment was small-ish (more studio than apartment) but reasonably well equiped for a short stay. Good working AC. Close to several lovely restaurants. Unfortunately we did not use the outside area as it was littered with rubbish, and looked like it had not been cleaned or used in a while. Sad because this was probably the best feature and the reason we rented the apartment! The entrance to the apartment isn't great and the apartment unfortunately had an odiferous smell every time we entered it - likely the drains.
• Teodora (10/5): AMAZING! - Everything! An amazing location, amazing comodities and really nice hosts. We loved the room, it was very clean and the bed was very clean. The kitched had everything we needed. The bathroom was small, but well kept. The Wifi was really fast. There was a parkign on the street right outside our room, so we could keep an eye on our car. It was around 10 minutes to the Monasteraki and Acropolis, so we usually walked. Also, there was a big market on the corner of the street, where everything was available. We will definetly come again!

It was a 8 minute walk from the metro, 1 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and amazing Greek restaurant and about a good 30 minute walk to tourist centre of Athens, ie. Agora. It was extremely clean and tidy. Everything appeared new and the kitchen was well equipped. There was an outdoor space for drying clothes and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighbours were quite noisy and banged the front door and used the lift thought-out the night.
• Amber (10/5): Friendliest host ever! - Had the most amazing stay! The apartment was wonderful! We enjoyed that it was in a quieter area and that we could experience Athens like a local. The host was amazing and very accommodating to our needs to check in earlier and check out late. His friendliness was really what made this apartment great!

Friendly and helpful owner as well! Staying with a pet was crucial for this trip therefore we were happy to find such a good place to stay that included this option.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and we were happy to use the washing machine, having been on the road for over a week already. We weren't very impressed with the surroundings in the beginning, but it wasn't so bad. There are some very nice cafes and restaurants not far away. The elevator is very noisy.

Despite assurances from the owner, the area and building looked very rough and not a place that we would feel comfortable walking around at night
• Casper (1/5): THIEVES KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE AND ARENT AFRAID TO PREY ON UNCAUTIOUS GUESTS - the studio itself is nice everything else is an ordeal THIEVES TRIED TO GET IN ON THE FIRST EVENING. i usually dont leave booking reviews but people need to be warned of this lousy excuse of a place. The immediate area can only be described as slums. The studio is in an obscure basement in the commune block. It seems the main door can be easily accessed by potential thieves, sneaking in after other tenants. We had some people (2 young Arabs) trying to lure me to open the door to the studio by ringing the bell multiple times at 10pm and HIDING from the visor (near the sides of the door/could still see them only because the visor is a fisheye) ON THE VERY FIRST EVENING. Very uncomfortable experience... Clearly people living in the abandoned buildings with planks instead of windows, which are everywhere around this studio know that there are European tourists checking in this exact location. Reported incident to the studio owner who showed an unprofessional attitude, scoffing the issue off and accusing me of prejudice/making it up to waive the costs. Sigh... We literally packed up, left on the SECOND day and found a hotel. Unless you like unpredictable adventure and like to expose yourself to risk, stay away from ridiculous places like this.

• Britt (8/5): Tidy, clean location with a good interior. - I really liked the interior of the place! The walls were nicely decorated and everything was very clean and tidy. There was a working airconditioning and the bed slept good. I liked that there was a table to eat your food at. We where staying at the -1 floor, which I didn’t know. There was no view from the window. For me it wasn’t a problem soundwise because I sleep trought everything but my boyfriend kept heering everyone walk by. Also the location is not super centrail. To get in the heart of the city, you need to walk around 20/25 minutes.
• Gianluca (7/5): Nice apartment but.. - Restored apartments with all new stuff. Like a big part of Athens buildings this is dilapidated and to be honest we didn’t feel very safe sleeping in. The apartment is fully restored on the inside, but common entrance and other apartments looking like they will fall in minutes.. Not too far from bus stops and metro but during summer is quite hot so we often choosed to take a taxi to reach the center, reachable in 20 minutes walking.

It was a little further out than we realised, not too far of a walk but tiring in the heat if you aren’t used to it. But that’s due to our lack of research and preference to be a little closer, everything else was great :)

• Juraj (8/5): Very good - Great communication with the host, automated check in, very clean room and nicely decorated. It is nice and cold in the room, even without AC. Not soo apperent from the pictures, but the room is in basement, meaning when you want to let some air in, you have to open the small window directly on street level. The street is not busy so it is not too bad. But the ventilation still is not great. There is a weak fan in the bathroom, but still most of the moisture will end up in the room. There are handy electric blinds on the window, so you mostly have to decide if you want some air or privacy.

• Davorka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment looks just like the pictures, everything is new and comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay. It is located in the basement with a terrace. The neighborhood is safe with nice cafes that live at night. Parking is free in the narrow street in front of the building. You can barely hear the elevator due to the poor soundproofing of the entire building. Accepts dogs and thanks for that! All communication with the owner is through the application. Everything is perfect!
