• Pankaj (2/5): - The only thing good about this property is the location. The room was a mess, there were cob webs everywhere and insects coming out from everywhere around the skirting above the floor.

• M.f.M (4/5): Good location but quite pricey for no privacy. If you want a relaxing stay, book somewhere else. - The location is great - only about a 20 minute walk to the city centre. A decent sized room with a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, TV - so everything you need for two people for a few days. The host was friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable at all - especially not for the price! The "BnB" is situated underneath an operating sandwich shop, so one of the first things we heard in the morning was chatting between the shop owner and her friends or customers. The little "window" next to our bed was looking out to the hallway where we could basically watch customers (or at least their feet) waiting to pick up their sandwiches...not what I'd be calling privacy. And speaking of privacy: standing on the pavement outside the house, we could even see the glass door to the "BnB" from the street - and vice versa - see people walk past the shop while we were getting ready in the morning! My husband and I stayed in early January and had to sleep in our clothes each night because the radiators didn't work properly. This might be because the whole place seems to be under construction still...on the very first morning we got woken up early by construction noise from downstairs. Through the wafer-thin walls you'd hear everything happening on the creaking wooden stairs leading through the house like in a bad horror movie. The cleanliness was quite disappointing also, as there was more dust bunnies than there are coffee shops in Amsterdam.

• karima (5/5): - L'emplacement s'était bien..bien déservis et surtout il était pres de bus vers l'aeroport juste 8min à pied 🤪🤪 J'ai pas aprecié la chambre était froid et nous devons reclamer chaque fois le manque de chauffage parceque faisait tres froid pendant la periode de séjour
• Tommaso (1/5): Sconsigliato - Nulla Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa. La camera assegnata si trovava in uno scantinato: per raggiungerla bisognava scendere una scala fatiscente, poco sicura e per nulla curata. Inoltre la camera era situata sotto un locale su strada, quindi la porta d’ingresso della stanza era a favore di passaggio di molta gente, porta trasparente, affacciata direttamente sul passaggio: chiunque poteva vedere all’interno. Per avere un minimo di privacy sono stato costretto a coprire la porta con una coperta. La stanza non aveva vere finestre, solo una piccola apertura che affacciava su un’ulteriore rampa di scale che scendeva ancora più in basso. Risultato: camera completamente buia, senza ricambio d’aria e, a mio avviso, non a norma. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: capelli in giro, polvere evidente e asciugamani macchiati. Per finire, la camera era gelida. Nonostante il proprietario sostenesse che il riscaldamento fosse acceso, in due giorni non è mai uscita aria calda. Per il prezzo pagato e per la qualità generale, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.
• Ben (7/5): Great location! - Ticked the boxes, basic but ok for a couple of nights. Great location. Close to Vondel park and plenty of eateries and coffee shops. Bedding and towels could an upgrade.
• Gerard (3/5): Overpriced, stay at a hotel nearby the city center. - The location was relatively close to the city center. The property was overpriced for the amenities provided. Furniture was falling apart, the bathroom shower handle was broken. The property was filthy; there was hair stuck to everything in the bathroom. The toilet had not been cleaned. The outlets look like they've been punched into the wall.
