Falta de atención al cliente y dificultad para contactar rápidamente con alguien, sin recepción ni teléfono de emergencia (ya que es un piso turístico). Problemas de acceso por código sin soporte inmediato. La limpieza no era diaria, aunque correcta. La habitación era moderna pero poco luminosa. En general, no cumplió con lo más importante: poder descansar bien. Negative experience mainly due to noise from construction works in the neighbouring apartment, which made it difficult to rest. Poor customer service and difficulty contacting anyone quickly, with no reception or emergency phone. Issues accessing the room with the code and no immediate support. Cleaning was not daily, although it was acceptable. The room was modern but not very bright. Overall, it did not meet the most important need: being able to rest properly.

• Adrián Osuna Albalá (7/5): - Me gustó mucho la ubicación tan céntrica del alojamiento. La habitación cumplía correctamente con su función y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Además, había muchos bares y restaurantes cerca, lo que hacía la zona muy práctica y agradable. No me gustó que en nuestro caso, la habitación 402 tuviera el baño fuera de la habitación, en el pasillo. Aunque es cierto que era de uso privado exclusivamente para nuestra habitación, resultaba bastante incómodo. Tampoco nos gustó que el baño no contara con ningún tipo de ventilación, ya que había un olor constante a humedad. Se escuchaba todo desde la habitación de otras habitaciones y se hace un poco molesto ruidos desde bien temprano utilizando a cocina compartida y el personal de limpieza.

Badkamer heeft losliggende tegel, schimmel op muren, deurlijsten en plafond, te wijten aan onvoldoende afzuiging (niet krachtig genoeg). Hoofdkussens van zeer slechte kwaliteit.

The pillow in the room was damp, smelled damp as well. We let the owner know, he said he can’t do anything about the mold, then he said we can check out but as it was our only night in Malaga, we didn’t wanna spend it on looking for another accommodation on the spot. There was a broken tile in the bathroom right in front of the shower, anyone could cut their foot on it. You could hear a lot from other rooms but at 8 am a construction work started around us and that was it.

Me foi permitido entrar no quarto antes do horário de check-in, o que facilitou bastante! Pode ser que você precise deixar a água correr uns minutos até que fique quente o suficiente. Quando comuniquei o 'problema', me explicaram que isso acontece pois quando a água quente acaba, o aquecedor precisa de tempo até aquecer novamente. Mas depois que entendi que precisaria aguardar uns minutos, foi tudo bem.

Tambièn cuenta con mesa y sillas donde podès desayunar. Estaba muy limpio. La habitaciòn en la que estuve 404 tiene baño privado muy lindo, aire acondicionado, tv x cable, la señal de internet excelente. Cualquier consulta se las haces x whatsapp y enseguida te responden. La ubicaciòn es excelente! Me encantò. La ducha, no encontraba yo bcomo poner el agua un poco más caliente.
