• Barbara (7/5): Ajánlom az apartmant jó szívvel. Kényelmes egy pár napos római tartózkodásra. - Jó helyen van az apartman. Metró megálló pár lépésre. Számos más tömegközlekedési eszköz a ház előtt áll meg. Kisbolt, szupermarket 1 perc távban. Bár, Pékség nagyon közel. Kávéfőző és más főzéshez szükséges felszerelések voltak a lakásban. Picit koszos volt az apartman. A padló és a fürdőszoba sarkaiban hajszálak voltak. Nem volt semmilyen eszköz amivel minimálisan takarítani lehetett volna, ha például kiborult valami. Kevés volt a papírtörlő a konyhában. Utolsó napra már elfogyott. ( 4 napra mentünk, 8-an ) A wc papír is elfogyott. És a legkellemetlenebb pedig az a makacs dugulás volt, ami addig fajult hogy a wc tartalma a tusolóban jött fel. Ezt viszont gyorsan kezelte a szállásadó és nem az ő hibájukból történt.

• Ingrid (7/5): Goed verblijf maar enkel mindere punten. - 4 slaapkamers met telkens bijhorende badkamer. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren eerder klein, te weinig handdoeken voor de 5 nachten, geen reserve hiervan, kapotte douchedeur werd met gordijn opgelost in een al smalle douche. Onze kamer had een hard, smal bed met ondoordringbare laag waardoor veel zweten.

• Abel (1/5): Tranquila pero desepcionados. - Me gustó que estaba todo limpio y correcto, las explicaciones para acceder a la vivienda muy bien. Lo que no me gustó fue el ascensor que era enano y que nos dejamos unos auriculares de 300€ y desde la gerencia del alojamiento nos dicen que no han visto nada que miraran las cámaras las cuales no se donde estarán y que si han sido sus empleados no pueden saber nada. Dejamos el alojamiento perfecto todo recogido y limpio éramos una familia de 9 personas y que nos vengan con esto es increíble.

Uniche due pecche, sala da pranzo piccola, in 9 non si poteva decisamente stare e ascensore microscopico.che non abbiamo mai utilizzato.

• Sara VT (8/5): Buen apartamento para un grupo de amigos en Roma - En general el apartamento estaba bien preparado y limpio. Fácil para llegar con el bus. Habríamos estado más cómodos con camas individuales, también echamos en falta un poco más de papel wc.
• Christie (6/5): Convenient location but the hosts need to up their game on service and making sure the apartment is in working order. - The location was central and convenient to the metro, it had 4 bedrooms all with ensuite and was suitable for our group of 9 The heating wasn’t working in the common seating area and was too cold to sit in so we had no communal area and the host was unable to have this sorted during our stay, I feel in winter heating is a must. They also didn’t have supplies of extra pillows or blankets so we couldn’t even have a blanket to keep us warm. When we requested pillows we were told no we had enough to keep us comfortable. The apartment is also in a complex where people are living and they seems to not like guests, they weren’t happy seeing us arriving with luggage and were taking photos of us trying to take our luggage in the lift.

Cały apartament jest nowoczesny i bardzo czysty, kontakt z obsługą sprawny. Lokalizacja obok linii metra A stacja Manzoni umożliwia sprawny transport do stacji Termini (węzła komunikacyjnego), ale tez do głównych atrakcji turystycznych. W okolicy dostępny jest sklep spożywczy. Winda jest mała, ale to nie stanowiło dla nas żadnego problemu. Bardzo polecam.

Local shops provided us with everything we needed for the time we were there. I also think the contact with the agent - Giorgia - was fantastic. There was enough information and help when we needed it and a gentle communication to make sure we were content and happy. She was fantatsic. I'm not sure there was anything that needed to be better. Everything was clean, tidy, welcoming and perfect.

Lights bulbs were missing and bathroom showers doors were broken. Floor was not cleaned and had lots of dust and bed sheet and towels were not properly cleaned. This points were informed to his as well. So when we were leaving she send a person to do the apartment. This means she knew the problem before only. We need full refund

• Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and very affordable option for nine of us to stay in Rome between Christmas and New Year’s. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The communal area is pretty small, which we expected from the description and reviews. But it worked for our needs, and having four en suite rooms for our group was perfect.
• Jasmine (7/5): Really great place to stay for small family and convenient location. - The property had 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom had 2 beds, and all rooms had ensuite bathrooms. There was also a kitchenette and small dining area when you enter that was useful for a quick breakfast and putting extra belongings during your stay. The hosts had the heating on for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated as we arrived in the Dec/Jan timeframe The water temperature had to be adjusted/the water would get cold extremely quickly so we needed to take very quick showers. Additionally, the WiFi in the property only worked in 1 room, the remaining rooms had inadequate wifi despite being closer to the router. This was extremely inconvenient when we were trying to look up places nearby or check on our booking reservations as the phones/laptops did not connect. The hosts were receptive and usually could respond within a few hours time. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, and the dining space is crammed, so it's really only suitable for 2 people to sit at once. One of the things that was difficult was the fact that a family of 5 with luggage takes a long time to check in/check out because the elevators are extremely small and it's too far up to try to bring the baggage down manually via the stairs. So that was something we needed to account for when we had to leave.
• Lea-anne (8/5): Great modern, comfortable, easy living apartment. - We are a family of 5; with four bedrooms & bathrooms, everyone had their own space to retreat to after a long day of adventure through Rome. The property managers seemed to really care about us and checked in on us upon arrival and throughout our stay. They were responsive to any issues that arose. They also assisted us with navigating travel transfers which was gratefully appreciated. The apartment was modern and had a hotel feel to it. Our kids (all adults) were happy too. Easy access to the Colosseum and surrounds, a number of small convenience stores nearby and several good restaurants. There was an information booklet from the property managers that outlined the basics for tourists in Rome which was great. Added bonus, although very small, a lift, to help you get to the 4th floor.

Entry to the building was very easy and instructions to get to the apartment was very good. Perhaps the only thing we found would be a photo of the outside of the building with the rest of the instructions as we didn't find the main door easily at first.

• Andrew (9/5): Once moved in, brilliant for location and services. - The size of the apartment meant that for the first time since our holiday started, 3 weeks earlier, we had a room and bed for everyone. Others were deceptive in their description of the accomodation layouts. The proximity of the front door to: Metro - 30 metres. Tram stop - 20 metres. Coffee shop/ cafe - 2 metres. Mini market - 5 metres. Express mini market (bit bigger) - diagonally across the road. Countless restaurants within a short stroll in all directions. The elevator to the 4th floor, at the rear of the long corridor up a flight of stairs to get to, only accommodates 2 people at a time. We were a family group of 8, including a 4yo and a baby in a stroller. Logistically difficult and time consuming with 8 cases, 9 bags and a stroller, to reach. Once there though, no problems. Definitely not suitable to wheelchairs.

• Tomasz (9/5): Very comfortable and nice flat for a large group, in a great location. - Very large, comfortable and spacious flat. Each bedroom with a separate bathroom, which was important when travelling in a group of 9. Cleanliness, decor, furnishings flawless, everything great. Receiving the keys was easy, returning the same. Location very good, right by the metro station and a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. Nearby parking, grocery shops, lots of restaurants. These are not negative comments but observations: in the area it is difficult to find a place to park your car on the street, but there are large paid car parks. In front of the building there is not even a place to stop and unpack, but this is Rome so you can stand in the middle of the street and make a small traffic jam ;-) The lift to the fourth floor is small, yes for two people or one with luggage, so it took our large group a long while to get upstairs.
• Marianne (2/5): Lack of essentials and client service - We booked this apartment based on the positive reviews we read on booking. However after arriving from a long trip at 7pm in the apartment with our little children we were immediately disappointed. We did a self check in and we felt we had many questions that were unanswered. The soap dispensers were all empty. It would be nice to have at least a little soap to wash up after a long trip and until we buy other essentials. The bedrooms were infested by mosquitos. We realized one of the windows was left open. The bathrooms stinked. We realized all bath and sink plugs were missing that might have caused the fool smell in the bathrooms. We could never find the kitchen light switch. When we arrived the light was on so we could never turn it off. Some of the white towels had stains on them. I immediately texted Elena regarding these issues. She answered my message two days after saying she can send someone the following day at 16h to sort out these issues if I leave the keys. We were already out of the apartment so we wouldn’t go back as well as we would have checked out the day after so what is the use to send someone that late. Honestly, we had toured Italy during this vacation and that was our worst stay. I wouldn’t recommend booking this place unless the staff works on repetitive issues mentioned in many of the reviews.

There was not enough blankets for each bed, no hand soap in any bathrooms, no dish cloths or tea towels or dish soap to wash dishes communication could have been better we were promised the things that were missing but never received them. Receiving our damage deposit as promised within 24 hours after departure didn’t happen and was only received after contacting booking.com Construction on the apartment below started every morning before 8am and was loud.
• Heather (3/5): Great location but when there were problems with the property the owners did not sort them out resulting in a very stres - Excellent location The boiler broke half way through our stay and despite being repeatedly told it would be mended each day I asked, it was never mended which meant no hot water or gas hob for the rest of our stay (three days worth of cold showers and not being able to cook). The drainage of the showers was also less than ideal and when we flushed the toilet, the toilet roll came up through the shower. Again, we were told it would be mended but it was not. I repeatedly asked to be relocated and my request was ignored.

• Carl (10/5): A gem of design! - This flat is truly a gem of design. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the choice of colours to the furnishing of the rooms. It was a pleasure to spend time in such well-designed surroundings. The bathrooms are a real gem. The spacious showers with instant hot water pampered us every day. There is nothing better than a relaxing shower after a long day of sightseeing.
• Stacey (5/5): Pluses and minuses but if you want to go out at night and be able to get back in - this isn’t it! - The apartment was updated and each room had its own bathroom which was very convenient when you have 5 women traveling together and getting ready at similar times. The keys to enter the building didn’t work consistently. Thankfully most of the time someone who lived there was either coming out or in at the times we were entering and let us in. Otherwise we would try jiggling the keys multiple different ways for several minutes trying to get back in. I sent a message to the owner and they offered to contact property management for me and I responded that I would like that or some other alternative solution. They never followed back up. I called several times that day and no response. We wanted to go out late at night but didn’t feel comfortable doing so in case we couldn’t get back in the building. Additionally, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms - only 1 hand soap in the kitchen. I followed up with the owners and the response was sorry with no solution offered. When traveling you are very limited to the amount of liquids you can bring - didn’t think I would need to bring hand soap with me! There was only 1 room that was supplied with a blanket. The other 3 rooms only had sheets on their bed. So if you get cold out night - you’re out of luck! There is only one communal space and that was the dining area - no living room.

Very well-cleaned place with a beautiful equipped kitchen, and superb design (I just loved it!) The apartment is well connected to everywhere with the Metro (Manzoni station is just down the street) and also many buses. Colosseum is even in walkable distance, if you feel like walking. The bed is comfortable, the heating is good, and there was no noise heard from the street. Nicole is a great host, very attentive and friendly. She helped us with the organization of transport to the airport and with all the necessary information about Rome. Everything was great, I can only recommend this accommodation and would book it again anytime. Grazie mille!

Very close the city center, clean rooms, quiet place, on the middle of the touristic places. It was both my husband’s and my first time in Roma, and Nicole couldn’t has given us a better experience; everything was perfect! She is a true professional. Her warm hospitality, combined with an excellent protocol in everything, makes you feel very comfortable at the apartment. Thanks for her great management and accompaniment during my stay.
