Марина менеджер отеля всегда на связи , очень отзывчивая и доброжелательная . Номер двухместный без балкона очень уютный, брали на три дня. Все в номере чисто, постельное белье и полотенца белые и приятные . Рядом находится станция метро, электрички . На первом этаже булочная со свежей выпечкой . Я обязательно порекомендую этот отель друзьям!! В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся в этот отель .. не совсем удобная стеклянная перегородка между комнатой и ванной. Немного создаёт дискомфорт

• Huriye (7/5): Good location but no hot water when you want. - Location is wonderful, everywhere is close. There is no reception but you can get in to the hotel when you want. Hot water. Too complex to have hot water. Always push the buttom and after that 15 minutes, only you can get the hot water. Your shower decision depends on push the button time.

• Mariana (6/5): - The room as very big, the bed was comfortable and the space felt clean. The location was great, just 2 minutes walking from the center and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms have 0 insulation, you can hear people coming and going, and you can even hear your next door neighbor open the tap in their room. There is some sort of disco next door that made it impossible to sleep before 1.30am on Saturday. If you are a heavy sleeper it should be fine, but if not do consider it.

• Jürgen (10/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Empfehlung - Die Unterkunft liegt äußerst günstig, um Athen zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, das eine mit der individuellen Dachterasse. Frühstück ist auch sehr besonders, allerdings sollte man ein wenig Zeit mitbringen.

• Carmiz (9/5): Excellent hotel in a perfect location - A great hotel in a fantastic location close to everything! We stayed for 3 nights and loved being able to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping street. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a handy kitchenette. Special thanks to the friendly staff who arranged a late check-out for us until 9:00 PM (for a fair price) because of our late-night flight. It was incredibly helpful.

• Ioannis (10/5): Διαμαντι στο Κέντρο - Ενα διαμαντι στην μέση του κέντρου της Αθήνας. Ειναι τόσο κοντά από όλα. Απο το Μοναστηράκι, την Ερμου και το σύνταγμα. Η διαφορά είναι ότι βρίσκεται στην πλατεία Αγίας Ειρήνης, που είναι ίσως το καλύτερο σημείο για το κέντρο. Ο χώρος άψογα διαρυθμημένος. Επίσης υπάρχει μεγάλη ασφάλεια όσον αφορά τις πόρτες και τα παράθυρα, κάτι το οποίο δεν είναι δεδομένο στα υπόλοιπα καταλύματα της περιοχής. Η πόρτες δουλέυουν με κάρτες. Διάβαζα κάτι χαζά για ζεστό νερο κτλ, δεν ισχύουν. Μια χαρα δουλευούν όλά. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος. Το κατάλυμα ανταποκρίθηκε περισσότερο από τις απαιτήσεις μου. Η υπεύθυνη(Μαρίνα) ηταν απόλυτη εξυπηρετική και μας βοήθησε σε ότι θέλαμε. .

Downstairs cafe is so cute. They have elevator if you need to use for upper floors. The room has mini refrigerator and air-condition.

I was able to reach it directly from the airport by a single metro line, and it’s only a one-minute walk from the station to the hotel. My room was very clean and well organized, and I had a comfortable stay. The owner, Marina, was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for both its location and service.

• Steffan (2/5): Niet doen. - De ligging was perfect. Bij aankomst 21:15 lopen zoeken naar het pasje van de kamer. Vervolgens naar mijn kamer 303 gegaan. Vanaf de 2e verdieping rook alles naar wiet. Vervolgens de kamer open gemaakt en wil ik hem vanaf de binnenkant op slot draaien, dit was niet mogelijk slot was kapot. Eenmaal op de kamer een enorme droge lucht. Badkamer was niet schoon overal haren. Vervolgens werd er om 07:00 door iemand op de kamer geklopt. Schrik je wakker want je deur kon niet op slot. Dit Vervolgens gebeurden ook om 09:00. Totaal geen fijn verblijf gehad tot ik om 11:00 uitcheckte. Letterlijk pasje kunnen inleveren geen vraag hoe was het..

• Laureen (10/5): Perfect location - This hotel is located in the middle of everything!! We arrived with time to explore Athens in length. We did a tour of all the ancient ruins...saw the Acropolis at night...awesome!! The hotel is contemporary and our room was big and had everything we needed. Staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Loved people watching from my balcony 😍 The Cafe in lobby wasn't open longer.

• Arton (10/5): Great location in Athens and a wonderful stay at Dogpound Hotel. The host - Marina was incredibly friendly and welcoming - Located in heart of Athens - 3 mins walk to metro station. Next to Ermou street which is full of shops and coffees, very clean, different and delicions breakfast, and one of the friendliests hosts ever - Marina.

Rooms could be more soundproof, could hear other guests walking through the halls, but that’s the ONLY improvement I could make.

• Miriam (10/5): מצויין סך הכל. - המיקום היה מושלם על רחוב ראשי, 100 מ מכיכר מונטסראקי. מרינה שקבלה את פנינו, יצאה מגידרה לעזור ואפילו שידרגה אותנו. אפילו נתנה לנו לייט צ'קאאוט בחצי מחיר. המקום נקי ומזמין. א. הבוקר טעימה אך דלה, בכל זאת הסתדרנו. החדר שקבלנו היה דופלקס עם מטבחון, מרפסת וחדר ארוח אבל דרש עלייה במדרגות לא נוחות ובגללן גם הכניסה והיציאה מצד אחד של המיטה היה פחות נוח.

The second two nights when we returned from the island, we were given a bigger room which was very good. The person at the desk was terrific!.. I thought the price was okay, but was much more than I expected with exchange rate. Next time I will go direct and not through booking.

Sağa sola dönüşlerde yanınızdaki hissettirmiyor. 102nolu oda cam yalıtım çok az, dışarındaki tüm ses odanın içindeydi. Aynı şekilde kapıda da yalıtım sorunluydu odasına giden diğer konukların sesleri adımları hep hissediliyordu. Banyonun transparan kapı olması hiç estetik değil maalesef.

Excellent central location to bars, restaurants, railway station and importantly, the Acropolis! The bed was super comfy and the apartment itself was spacious for a city centre. Balcony was a bonus More so an 'even better if' than a dislike...if we have to be picky... Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

• patrizia (6/5): Compliant for Booking.com not for the hotel - The Hotel Manager was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central. No frills accommodation but very comfortable. I woul book it again but for a lower price that I paid. At the time of reservation, Booking.com did not clearly informed this is not really a hotel and breakfast was initially indicated as included but then it was not. The hotel is located in a buzy side strret so luckily I managedd to get an interior room so no issue with the noise, but the front rooms can be noisy My room was cozy, small and dark. After 4 pm street access is closed and no staff present tlill 8 am so you enter the buiding with a badge. No issue with all this if it is said at the time of booking. The main issue is the price which was too high for what I got: Booking charged 130 Eur per night while for the same dates the hotel would have charged max 110, more acceptable. I wanted to make a formal complint and ask Booking.com to refund the difference but I figured it would have been a waste of time. I will jusrt avoid booking with Booking.com in future. Actually I had tried to contact Booking after booking as I saw on Google a picture of the outside of the facility and sensed this was not really a hotel. I got no response and my trip was upcoming so I just hoped for the best. Also, I was nor able to book on the hotel website where I would certainly got a lower price as confirmed by the hotel staff during my stay. So to recap, this is a good choice once you know what to expect and for a lower price than what Booking chraged. So overpriced by Booking and with no sufficient description of the facility. Here is the compliant I did not write before. Booking should refund the price difference, at least 20 Eur per night.
• FRANCESCA (7/5): A cheap option in a very central Athens location - Lovely staff and central location. Our first room basically did not have a window and gave onto the lift which made it feel quite dark and stuffy.
