MARGARITA (10/5): ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ VALUE FOR MONEY ΕΠΙΛΟΓΗ - Εξαιρετική επιλογη value for money. Πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχες μέσα στο δωμάτιο (σιδερώστρα, πιστολακι μαλλιών, καφετιέρα), στο κέντρο της πόλης. Walking distance από το λιμάνι. -
Çisem (10/5): Amazing Holiday - Otel mükemmel bir lokasyona sahipti, merkezde ve sahile 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Toplam 9 kişi konakladık ve 3 oda aldık. Otel sahipleri inanılmaz ilgiliydi ve her dakika ulaşılabilirdi. Yaşadığımız her soru işaretimizde hemen whatsapp yolu ile bize destek oldular ve çok güler yüzlüler. Temizlik de 10 numaraydı hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Otelde mikrodalga, ütü, kettle, filtre kahve makinesi, buzdolabı, bardak, tencere Ocak her türlü imkan vardı. Uzun vadeli bir tatil planlıyorsanız çok kullanışlı. Kahve, krema, çay vb her şeyimizi koymuşlardı. Çok teşekkür ederiz her şey için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Bundan sonra sakıza her geldiğimizde bu otelde konaklayacağız ve tavsiye edeceğiz. Genel olarak sevmediğim bir şey yoktu, sadece saç kurutma makinesi yoktu bence olsaydı çok iyi olurdu, sadece bir öneri :)
kezban (10/5): Great holiday loation - First of all, the host was very friendly and welcoming. The location was spot on, right in the center. The flat was spotless clean and tidy. It was cleaned everyday as well. Even my teenage daughters loved it!

Vasilis (10/5): - Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, πολύ καθαρό και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετική! Συγχαρητήρια αξίζουν επίσης για την παροχή ροφημάτων (καφέ και τσάι) αλλά και σνακ καλωσορίσματος (αυτές οι μικρές κινήσεις είναι που κάνουν όντως τη διαφορά και δείχνουν το μεράκι των ανθρώπων που διαχειρίζονται το κατάλυμα). Τέλος, αξίζει να αναφερθεί η δυνατότητα να αφήσεις την βαλίτσα στο συγκρότημα των καταλυμάτων μετά το check out (π.χ. αν ταξιδεύεις την ίδια ημέρα). Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω!

There were a lot of complimentary gifts and the location, the room, the facilities everything was perfect! When I'm back in Chios, I'd 100% will be choosing this place again.

OZGE (10/5): Temiz, merkezi konumlu - Konumu süper. Yakın çevrede market vb tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak şekilde hizmet mevcut. Temizlik açısından ise gerçekten 10/10 puan alır. Mutfaklı apart bir yer olmasına rağmen her gün istisnasız temizlik hizmeti var idi. Mutfakta bulunan aletler üç öğün yemek için gayet yeterliydi. Çalışaların güler yüzlü ve yardımseverliği ayrıca bizi çok mutlu etti. Hatta check out yaptığımız esnada, apart sorumlusu Argyro hanım, elleri ile hazırladığı bir mandalina marmeladı ikram etti. Çok nazik bir davranıştı. Her anlamda çok memnun kaldığımız bu tesis, bundan sonraki tüm ada seyahatlerimizde tek tercihimiz olacak❤️

Tesisle iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı. Seyahat tarihimizde Chios çok soğuktu fakat odamızda 2 adet klima vardı ve ısıtma konusunda gayet yeterliydi. Her açıdan çok memnun kaldık. Σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

AHMET TURKHAN (9/5): - - First evening at the arrival I got the key from the locked key box easily, unfortunately the electricity did not work, but Yannis quickly solved the problem and next day I was relocated to the up floor to a bigger room without an extra charge, thank you very much for the quick response and kind attitude. - The location was very close to the seaside in a 5 min walking distance, very close to cafes and restaurants. - The room was equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and various teas, mosquito nets on the windows, clean bathroom and comfortable beds, smart tv with Netflix and YouTube channels. - I will surely stay again the next time I visit Chios. - The door of the room at the ground floor opened directly to the street, upstairs were more calm and with a safer feeling. Since the room is very close to the city center there may be some street noise during the daytime. - Other than that everything matched and exceeded my expectations.

Onder (8/5): Adanın merkezinde, temiz ve güzel - Konumu, temizliği, işleticilerinin yaklaşımı çok iyiydi. Adada kalabilecek en iyi yerlerden birisidir diye düşünüyorum. Banyosu biraz dar ve küçük. Bir de dışarıdan odaya çok fazla ışık giriyor perdeler kapalı olmasına rağmen .

Engin Janberk (9/5): Arabasız geldiyseniz burda kalmalısınız. - Sahibi,temizliği,konumu,rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Otoparkı olsa çok güzel olurdu,park yeri ararken zorlandım.

NARIN YALMAZ (9/5): İdeal bir konaklama - Merkezi konumda, temiz, yenilenmiş oda. Çıkış sonrası çanta bırakmaya izin verdiler. Sahipleri oldukça kibar teşekkürler. Oda kapısı caddeye bakan sokaktaydı bu beni ürkütmüştü fakat sokak güvenliydi sorun yaşamadım. Üst katlardaki sifon sesi çok fazla duyuluyordu geceleri uyandıracak kadar.

Stéphanie (9/5): Convivial et central - Yannis et Argyro sont très accueillants, agréables et accommodants, ils ont eu à coeur de me présenter l'île de Chios à mon arrivée avec les monuments et localités à visiter. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais bien conçue et confortable, en plein centre de la ville de Chios qui est animée avec de nombreux restaurants et bars agréables tout autour. L'île n'est pas très touristique au début de l'automne, à découvrir ! L'appartement où j'ai logé se trouve en plein centre et au rez-de-chaussée, à côté d'une rue où il y a un peu de circulation en début de nuit mais sans que cela ne représente une nuisance notable, et l'avantage est d'être proche des commerces et des restaurants.
Wratten (8/5): - The place was very central and everything was close by. The room was neat and tidy and the staff were very helpful with general questions and directions. I would definitely stay here again.

SEMA (8/5): - excellent location-restaurants and shops within 5 min walking distance room was clean, had kettle, iron, safe box, closet, microwave, soap, fridge, kitchen utensils etc., nice small balcony with 2 chairs owners very friendly and helpful bedroom door does not close because of bed size, shower a bit small and sink was small as well. But all was manageable

Tommy (10/5): Perfect stay in a modern apartment right in the center of Chios town. - Modern and sparkling clean apartment, right in the very center of Chios town, close to the port, restaurants and shopping area. Very friendly host and super easy self check in/out. When I forgot the building key in the room, the problem was solved immediately, during 10 minutes. Nothing.
gulsah (10/5): Très bien ! - L'accueil était très chaleureux et on m'a autorisé à rentrer plus tôt dans la chambre, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre est très bien équipée. C'était mieux que je ne m'y attendais. Merci !

DIMITRIS (7/5): - The host was very polite and helpful The room was nicely designed with modern decorations and decent space The location was really good, close to supermarkets and cafes. Finding a taxi nearby was very easy The fridge door had some issues and could not close properly unless pushed hard. I was not aware of this and I had to throw away most of the stuff on the first day as the fridge door stayed open for the entire night and there was no door alarm. The room at night was not dark enough. There are lights on multiple places like the "Exit" sign, the electrical panel and light from the street outside as there are no shutters on the windows, only blinds. There's also noise from the street outside but that's to be expected from a place so close to the center.
