- Shaun (7/5): Pleasant quiet stay, but not entirely as expected - Lovely staff. Breakfast Indonesian was good As others have mentioned, it's not a private pool despite the description. Check the photos carefully, the pool is shared among rooms and is also in full view of the lobby/lounge area. Bathroom plumbing needs fixing. Not pleasant.

The hosts are super welcoming, treating you like a family member taking us along to the breakfast market. The room has a comfortable bed and a good working air-conditioning. The Indonesian breakfast is delightful; even the best we had during our trip in Indonesia. Nothing.

- Lukminto (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful villa - The room, the facility, the hospitality. Staff are very friendly and cater to our needs, even woke up at 4 for early check out and extra unplanned night. Breakfast is good and prepared fresh daily with home-cooked kentang kering our favourite. We love Piko the dog and the green surroundings. Peaceful and quiet place, great for couple. Bathroom is spacious enough, but the closet and shower are located in the middle on the opposite sides, resulting in closet and toilet paper always wet because it's in water flow's direction. Need towel hanger and shelf for clothes.

- Dana (10/5): Just amazing! - The property is just amazing and is set in a nice kampung around 10 minutes away from the centre by scooter. Our room was nice and big and was overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. They have a scooter for rent which was very convenient for us. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful, he helped us find and book transport to cemerolawang and even prepared breakfast in takeaway boxes since we had to leave at 5am. He also recommended a restaurant which had Italian and Indonesian food which was nice 🙂 The prayers at 4am are something that we are not used to but that is not something that the property can control.

- Gergő (9/5): Superb - Everything. Its a very good accomodation, the room, the pool, the location. Yogjakarta is 20 minutes by Grab car. Borobudur and Prambanan you can make it with a 1 day tour with driver. The food and local breakfast very good. The owner and staff are very kind and open minded people. Its a perfect place to buzz in Jogja at the daytime and after just relax next to the pool. For me the sleeping is not easy so its just personal: the noisy roosters every day at 4am, and our last evenings were a bit disturbed by a Russian guest with his loud, but the host can't do anything about that. Thats why for us its 9. They never empties the trash, it was not good in the toilet. But despite these, its a very good place!

- Gsimbolon (9/5): Superb - The host was really friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our request. The breakfast, though simple, was top notch with high-quality ingredients. The architecture and interior design of the property were beautiful. The uppermost room (Banyan Room, if I wasn't mistaken) was quite noisy at night and early morning by the sounds of electric water pump. The common room can get hot in the middle of the day (no A/C).
- Dominique (9/5): Nestled in a small village in the South of Yogya, Jipangan Home is a little gem to be discovered! - I felt like I was in Bali, thanks to the modern atmosphere and the beautiful swimming-pool of this villa. I also enjoyed the warm welcome by the host, as well as the comfortable bedroom. Frankly, almost everything was perfect. Maybe the host should invest into a proper coffee machine, but he's already aware of that... ;-)
