• Tomasz (10/5): Świetne miejsce na tygodniowy pobyt w Rzymie. - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji czyli w odległości spaceru do każdej wybranej atrakcji, a mimo wszystko trochę na uboczu więc unika się hałasu od restauracji/klubów. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz.
• Mateusz (9/5): Zdecydowanie polecamy :) - Marco to świetny host, a samo mieszkanie było naprawdę cool. Kompletne wyposażenie, bardzo czysto i naprawdę dobra lokalizacja. Podejrzewamy, że to nie problem samego mieszkania, a budynku, ale z toalety (która jest tuż obok sypialni) kilkukrotnie wydobywał się niemiły zapach.
• Sharkquay (10/5): The charm of Trastevere. - This is a lovely apartment in the atmospheric area of Trastevere. My goodness the food in Trastevere is delicious. Lots of bars and gelaterias too. Within easy reach of St.Peter's, Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo. Marco is very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I would gladly stay here again. Nothing
• Idzik (9/5): All great for a short stay and a very helpful host! - The flat is nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. It was great for a short stay. Especially the host was super helpful and friendly. I recommend to everyone! It is an old building with very thin walls so you can hear the noise from the neighbours and the front door downstairs is loud.

• yvonne (10/5): Perfect - The location was perfect and modern but still with trastevere charm all the atmosphere on your doorstep but inside the property was extremely quiet Even though we was told by the host that there was no washing machine and given directions to the local laundry it would of been perfect if there was one at the property especially that we where for a long stay
• SUSAN (10/5): Spot imperdible en Trastevere!!!! - Marco fue un excelente anfitrión, Llegamos con nuestra bebé de un año y nos tenia una cuna y un colchón súper cómodo para ella además de su silla para comer. El departamento está en una ubicación excepcional, se puede llegar a las principales atracciones turísticas caminando y si te quieres quedar en el departamento a pocas cuadras toda la acción de Trastevere, abajo un restaurante y mini markets y farmacias muy cerca. Dejamos el auto aparcado en la calle, muy seguro, todo perfecto. En general todo perfecto, pero en esta temporada hizo mucho calor en Roma, aunque teníamos aire acondicionado en la habitación, creo que con aire central no regresábamos a UK
• Sarah (9/5): A great comfortable stay in ideal location. - A comfortable and modern space. It had everything you needed and was easy for two friends, one on the sofa bed in the living room and one in the bedroom to share the space as there was plenty of room! A great location too, right on the river and only a short walk to Travestere neighbourhood. Very easy communication with Marco, easy check in and let us leave our bags at the apartment on check out day to collect later.

• Kasun (10/5): Phenomenal - An excellent place to stay in Rome. Book without a moment’s hesitation because you won’t regret it. Marco is an excellent host, so kind and even when we forgot the initial tourist tax, he was so accommodating. Made us feel welcome and at home. Excellent room, quiet, safe and super comfortable. Not a bad word to say about this place. Please book this flat as soon as you can! Nothing - a phenomenal stay!

• Aleksandra (8/5): Overall, the apartment is in a great location with helpful hosts, but the lack of heating and noise from the building ma - The apartment is ideally located, with easy walking access to the city’s main attractions. The host was very helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which we appreciated. He was quite friendly. Although the apartment had all the promised amenities, the heating was the one thing missing. It was quite cold during our stay, and unfortunately, both of us ended up catching a cold. One downside is the strange ceiling construction, which makes it easy to hear every step of the neighbor upstairs. Additionally, the exit door to the street is very loud and slams shut every time, waking us up frequently. It was impossible to rest in the afternoon.
• Simon (9/5): Superb - The good far outweighed the couple of negative points. The apartment was tastefully decorated, fully equipped, bed & sofa were comfy & even included a washing machine. The apartment was in a busy area, just off a main road, but bedroom was at the back of the property & quiet. Location was great,10mins walk to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo & Trastevere ( lovely restaurants & bars in the evening to socialise ). Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps & Pantheon all within 30 to 40 minutes walking. Last but not least Marco was a really helpful host, kept in touch before & throughout our 6 day stay. We arrived early & the cleaner was in the apartment so he let us collect a key & leave our luggage in the apartment. Also he tried to book a taxi back to the airport for us but wasn't guaranteed, so he took us to the airport himself. Great host. Communal entrance to the apartment block on arrival didn't give a good first impression as it was in need of cleaning & decorating. Some mold on tiles in shower.

There is a small kitchen, television, aircon and a washing machine with a small outdoor section to dry clothes. Marco was a fantastic host and provided us great recommendations for our trip to Rome. He checked in daily to ensure everything was well.

The location was perfect and private. We were able to walk to all the sites that we wanted to see. So many great restaurants in the area. Marco was more than an excellent host. He kept in communication with us as to our arrival time and met us at the property to show us around. He was more than eager to help if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone staying in Rome.
• Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a calmer part of Trastevere with a fantastic host - The apartment is beautifully restored and decorated, with high ceilings, a spacious living room and bedroom, highly functional kitchen and bathroom, and everything you need for a pleasant stay in Trastevere. The location is away from the crowds and noise of the quarter, but still close enough to be in the heart of the action in a few minutes' walk. The front windows overlook the Tiber river and in back there is a small terrace that allows light into the bedroom and provides a place to dry laundry. Marco is one of the most conscientious and gracious hosts I have ever met. He offered good advice on various things, moved mountains to make sure the apartment was ready for my arrival, and checked in with me to see that everything was satisfactory and going well. He also arranged for a friend to take me to the airport. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in a beautiful, relaxing space in Rome hosted by someone who will go out of his way to insure that you have a wonderful time. Nothing. I had a great experience and would stay there again.

He is genuinely available 24/7 should you need him. The location in Trastevere is definitely where you should stay in Rome to get a little local feel for Rome. You can walk everywhere to see all of the things that make Rome so wonderful. Marco couldn't do enough for us. We would stay with him again for sure. Nothing

The host takes care of and helps in all matters. Under the windows is the best restaurant where we had dinner every night because it was so delicious. If we go to Rome again, we will live only here.

Marco (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. He was extremely helpful - gave us lots of good recommendations, booked us a taxi and even a table in his friend's restaurant (which was amazing btw!). We were unfortunate (and silly) to leave the keys to the apartment inside and shut the door - Marco's response was great, he arrived as soon as he could, even though it was Sunday and he was away from Rome with his family. • Dominic (7/5): Pleasant but have experienced better at a similar price. - Beautifully decorated and very quiet. Quite a bit of mold in the shower. AC does not cool properly—one AC unit for the entire apartment is not sufficient. Printed instructions for appliances would be helpful.

• Gintare (10/5): Wonderful stay at Rome, Trastevere - The apartment was just amazing. We could see that it was renovated recently, because everything is new. The host was welcoming and helpful. The location is just awesome - we walked everywhere by foot - Vatican, Piazza Novana, Spanish steps, Fountain Trevi... etc. You can find restaurants and grocery stores in 10 min by foot or you can find typical roman restaurant in the building downstairs. I missed the cutting board in the kitchen, the iron.

Marco was really excellent as a host! The communication with him is great, responds very quickly and has great tips. We can recommend this accommodation 100% and will definitely book it again on the next trip to Rome!
• Weiwei (10/5): great stay in a new, modern apartment with the best location. - You can’t beat the location. it’s 10 mins walk to Vatican and 10 mins to the trastevere restaurant neighborhood where we had the best dinner of this trip. We had many bags so we took a cab from Roma Termini to the apartment which only cost us 12 euro. the apartment was sparkly clean. My friends slept in the bedroom and I slept on the pulled out bed in the living room. Both beds were super comfortable. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were well equipped. The host allowed us to leave our luggages on checkout day while we toured the Vatican. The communication with the host was fast and easy. None

The location is amazing, a neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and streets full of charm and just a few minutes walk from the main monuments of Rome. In the flat you feel at home, no detail is missing and it is decorated with exquisite taste. Marco is always attentive to offer you the best possible experience. I definitely recommend this apartment because it was a 10/10

He made sure that throught our stay everything was good, and he always asked if we needed anything. -The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, clean and new. It has everithing that you would need. -The apartment is situated in the best zone possible. Every major tourist attracion is very close. We didn't need to use public transport because of how close everything is. Walking through rome is amazing. Overall the stay was great, there is nothing bad to say about this place, I strongly recommend this apartment.
