• Lynn (9/5): - The location was great and the house was very clean. Instructions and communication with host were good. Would definitely stay here again. The only repair needed was the holder for the shower head needs repaired in the ensuite.

• Elizabeth (7/5): The cottage is comfy and has a lot of old furniture in keeping with the house, kitchen has everything you need. Perfect - Right in the centre of the city. Shower isn’t good, water not hot and only a trickle, the towels have seen better days. Would have been nice for a bottle of milk so could make a drink up on arrival .

• sara (9/5): Fab! - Beautiful historic house, fabulous location in the centre of the town. Warm and very comfortable. Extremely clean, plenty of chairs, large kitchen table, very comfy beds. Easy communication with hosts. A slight musty smell downstairs but we quickly stopped noticing it. Toaster mechanism had to be held down by hand but we resolved this by toasting on the grill. Dishes and cutlery provided are only enough for 6 people so need to be washed regularly. Sufficient toiletries/towels provided but not shower gel.

Sporco, maleodorante e mal tenuto: non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di usare nemmeno il tostapane. In cucina era tutto appiccicoso e non c'era un solo scarico o rubinetto funzionante. Le prese elettriche umide non ci hanno consentito di caricare i telefoni!!! Cercare qualcos'altro è fortemente raccomandato!
• Hong van (8/5): Nice place to stay within the city walls for convenience. - Clean and convenient. Easy to find and get around. Owners were responsive and easy to get a hold of. Food and drink options were close and easy to find The hot water for the showers were a bit touchy but it served our needs for one night
• jennifer (6/5): Excellent location and quirkily fun place. - The fridge was good. There was a bit of cereal and some instant coffee. Not much in the way of breakfast. The shower was a mystery. A pull rope turned it on but it wasn't marked so it took a bit of hunting. The shower water was either burning hot or ice cube cold. It was not adjustable so no shower was possible. The central heating instructions were available and mentioned in the email but it would have been helpful for tired travelers to have it labeled. People should be aware that two of the bedrooms are up very steep stairs (not for the physically challenged at all)

• O'donoghue (4/5): Central location, loved Derry. Would not stay here again or recommend. It needs upgrading. - The location was wonderful. Very central. However, difficult to find parking. There is an extremely musty smell in the house. The carpets need to be removed. Two of our party have ashma and were so concerned they looked into hotel accomodation but it was too late. Needs upgrading. There are notices literally everywhere in the house about fires. Made us very worried.

• Gerry (10/5): Fabulous House in a great location but would have loved a welcome pack containing, tea, coffee, etc. - Location was excellent as was the property. Really would have helped if there had been a welcome pack. Maybe some milk, tea, coffee, sugar. We stay at lots of Air BnBs and this is the norm now. As we were only staying for one night, we really didn't have time to go out shopping for the essentials.

• Erik (10/5): Great cozy place for a family - Very central location - within walking distance of great many of the sights. Shopping nearby etc. Plenty of cafes and pubs around and so on. The apartment itself was really cozy, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, good beds etc. A quintessential town house one could say. Cleaning was spotless. Parking was not a problem - there was some room just outside for offloading. otherwise the host pointed us towards a cheap lot very close by. In addition, our hosts were very helpful in recovering a forgotten stuffed animal.

• Trevor (7/5): The cottage suited our weekend needs and was warm and comfortable - The Location was excellent. Just off the city centre Some of the furniture was a bit tired. There was one of the kitchen chairs was very unsafe. There were not enough towels for everyone.
• Mary (8/5): Enjoyed my stay here. - Liked how accessible the location of the city was to house. Was clean and tidy and like how keys were left in keybox. Heating could of been turned up slightly higher as it was cold.
• Simon (7/5): Halloween stay - Really central to the city and its bars and restaurants. House is really old and a bit creepy. The walls on the rear on the staircase were badly marked with what looks like damp, but I guess with all old properties that's going to be an issue. Beds were weird and too short for my long legs. Skylights in the kitchen we're covered in cobwebs. It's OK, if you're not expecting plushness. Would I stay there again, probably not, but it did give off a spooky Halloween vibe which might be perfect for some people.
