• Gioia (5/5): Gute Lage aber sonst etwas alt - Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral. Wir konnten früher ankommen und das Gepäck dort lassen bis zum Checkin. Es gibt einiges zu renovieren z.B. fällt einem ständig die Abdeckung des Spülkastens entgegen, die Duschkabine ist winzig und uralt, die Matratze ist alt und man spürt die Federn und das Gebäude an und für sich ist sehr heruntergekommen. Wir fandes es komisch, dass wir für ein Reisebabybett 15 Euro bezahlen mussten. Das mussten wir noch nie!

• Ming En (9/5): Convenient location in the centre of Zagreb - Perfect location since everything is close by such as supermarkets, trams, restaurants and its on the highest floor so no issue with outside noise since it’s on a very busy street Ksandro was very responsive and attentive Sofa were very comfortable to sleep on vs the bed Enough amenities for a short and long stay 2 AC to cool the whole house, totally needed since it was very warm The lift could be very scary but works perfectly fine as expected from older buildings We did feel that the mattress could be better as firmer since its very soft and bed makes noise when trying to move Bathroom is veryyyyy small and high step in for the shower Cutting board missing in the kitchen
• ΜΑΡΙΑΝΝΑ (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, κοντά από εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και τα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα του Ζάγκρεμπ. Ευρύχωρο, άριστα διαμορφωμενο, το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα μέχρι και 4 άτομα. Άριστη επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές του διαμερίσματος. -ανελκυστηρας παλιός αλλά σε καλή κατάσταση -το διαμέρισμα το οποίο βρίσκεται στον 6ο όροφο δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι
• LIRIAN (9/5): - Everything was fine. The location is perfect. Just missing small touches to make it even better like offering shower gel, new pillows ( they are completely flat). The lift is terrifying. Very old.
• Mariana (7/5): Bon emplacement - L'emplecement est ideal, a moins de 5' a pie du tram, exactement au milieu de la ville haute et basse. Grand appartement qui peut heberger jusqu'a 4 passagers. Assez des placards. Presence des flyers, maps sur la ville. Les fourmis qui sortent de l'evier de la cuisine et envaissent le plan de travail tout le temps. (Sujet deja evoqué par autres passagers mais pas ressolu). Bouilloire plein de calcaire. J'ai du acheter un produit pour la nettoyer. Les draps troues et recossu a la "Frankestein". L'absence de savon, shampoing et support pour produits dans la douche. Porte serviette instalé en hauteur, impossible d'y acceder.

• Frank (9/5): Central, clean and perfectly hosted - The apartment was large and centrally located. It was clean and comfortable. And, in a country full of old buildings and stairs the apartment had a old-school elevator which was excellent.

• Lukáš (9/5): Superb - It is a nice and spacious apartment really at the heart of Zagreb. In general I enjoyed my stay. Be aware of the small step to the shower, which is big just enough.

• Shanton (10/5): Great Stay in Zagreb Centre. - Loved the location, nearby to most attractions, food, pharmacies, coffee shops etc. The flat is beautiful and spacious and Ksandro was a very thoughtful and kind host. Everything was perfect.
• Traceadventures (5/5): Central location but let down by functionality - Central location, on 6th floor (elevator) with no street noise. Apartment is managed by an agency who were great, very responsive to any issues and had clear instructions for checkin. Salt and pepper in the kitchen - tick! Instructions for washing machine in English - tick! Large lounge room - tick! On the surface, this is a lovely apartment. However functionality lets it down somewhat. Good size bedroom, but you can’t walk around the bed when the large door is open. The bathroom is tiny, with no bench space and you need to turn on the spot to move. Cleanliness is not up to scratch. It’s the little things that have been overlooked that make a big difference to the comfort of a stay: - The bare minimum utensils are in the kitchen - Lumpy, cheap pillows - No caddy in the shower to hold soap or shampoo. - Stained toilet brush - Fitted out with cheap, flimsy IKEA furniture that won’t last long. It’s clear it’s been presented to photograph well but not be very user-friendly for more than a couple of days stay. Which is such a shame because the location is great and it’s a very quiet apartment. Toilet has a very soft flush and won’t push down toilet paper, we needed to use a bucket full of water to flush properly.
• Margaret (8/5): Apartment Gold is a very good place to stay near the Mail Square. Ksandro is a most obliging manager. - Plenty of facilities Shower could have been larger. The lift was good until another resident forgot to close the lift door, rendering it inoperable until it was closed properly.
