The description of this property is incorrect. it is not on the ground floor or wheelchair accessible. No access for a wheelchair user and lift not working. Not on the Ground Floor as described. The building the flat was in was very unkempt. I have since tried to advise the owner/host that he needs to change the description, but he is very rude and insulting, and refuses to give me a refund, even though we didn't stay there.
