• Jones (10/5): I would actually return here! - Spacious clean tidy and very fresh!! Communication was on point! I didn’t like it was located in someone’s back garden however they didn’t bother us! X

• Carr (5/5): Passable - It had everything I needed for the stay. Some of the fixture and fittings need fixing and upgrading. The tap on the kitchen sink was wobbly, burn marks on some of the plug sockets, bit of damp in areas.

• Richard (7/5): Overall a decent stay and value for money. - Hosts were friendly and welcoming and let us park off the road in their driveway. Area was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was nicely presented. Property was clean. Some of the property was looking a bit tired and could do with freshening up. In particular, the kitchen tap and shower head needs fixing.

• Colleen (7/5): Basic and self contained - The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed and was spacious. It was basic and had a worn and cluttered feel. The unit is situated in someone's garden. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. All in all though it was fine for what we paid.

• Jason (10/5): Highly recommended - A wonderful little appartment in a quiet area of oldham yet within 10 minutes walking distance to oldham centre, very clean and modern furnishings, your own bathroom with a good shower and toilet, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, TV and great wifi connection if needed. Good sized bedroom with an ever so comfortable double bed. All in all a great accommodation and next time I come back I will surely check its availability... The only thing I didn't like was checking out 😁
• Edith (5/5): Friendly hosts. Adequate for very short stay. - Location was ideal for our needs Drawers and or wardrobe needed. More towels needed. Bigger cups would have been nice.
• Mark (6/5): Ok but wouldn’t go again - The apartment was nice and comfortable I didn’t like how it was an annex on the back of the owners home. This made me feel very uneasy and also the location is not the best looks very rough round the area
