- Clara (8/5): Lovely Apartment in the heart of Malaga - Lovely central location which had been refurbished to a high standard. Secure access system and we booked the same day at about 5pm and had access within 1 hour. We stayed in two bed apartment and had a lovely view overlooking the plaza Cervantes. Bed was a little hard but that is typical of Spain & would have loved a kettle and needs some tea towels. Bottle of water in fridge would have been nice too.

It took me quite a while to figure out how to turn on the heating—it was only 17°C inside—and there were no instructions provided. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced.

Beaucoup de bruit jusque tard, même si la musique s'arrête à 22h00. - les rues adjacentes ne sont pas toujours très engageantes. - le parking le plus proche n'est pas très simple pour se garer. Privilégier quelque chose d'un peu plus loin

- Kara Caecilia (5/5): Pretty but very uncomfortable - The apartment is spacious, modern, and chic looking. The interior has good designs too and some amenities like coffee capsule, sugar, and other basic condiments were provided. The location is also centric and there are many nearby restaurants. It's winter and the heating system DOES NOT WORK. We called the owner to complain and he said he would get back to us but never called back. It was very cold in the room it was impossible to feel comfortable. The apartment's temperature registered at 16° (daytime). In addition, there's no added security lock at the door so basically anyone with a code can barge in. It does not give the feeling of safety. Also had a hiccup with the code given to us as it did not work on time and had to call to have it working - this one they solved quite fast.
- Julie (9/5): Séjour mémorable, l’appartement était bien situé et vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix ! - L’appartement est beaucoup plus grand qu’en photo, les hauts plafonds donnent un charme !! La vue est super sympa! L’appartement se trouve sur une petite ruelle donc c’est assez calme pour les personnes non festif mais pour les clients polyvalents comme nous c’est parfait Il y a eu quelque problème avec les électroménagers ou la climatisation mais le propriétaire a été vraiment à l’écoute et répondait toujours pour venir nous aidé, une personne très gentille !!

I början kändes det för bra för att vara sant med priset och hur boendet skulle komma att se ut men vi var väldigt nöjda. Bra pris, bra läge, fint boende. Den enda nackdelen var att det inte fanns påfyllning av toapapper och soppåsar, så det behövdes köpas själv. Vi hade bra kontakt med boende ansvarig men sen vart det som det slutade svara. Jag hade frågat om vi kunde få in nya handdukar men tanken på att vi skulle stanna en hel vecka och inte hade tillgång till någon tvättmaskin. De var snabba på att svara om att det kunde fixa det, men när jag frågade om vilken tid slutade svara och kom aldrig förbi med handdukarna.

- Lisa (8/5): Short stay in a great location. - Excellent location, tidy and clean. There was nothing we didn’t like as such. However, it would be important for guests to know that the downstairs apartment is very noisy as it is next to the heavy wooden entry door and street. The upstairs apartments may be quieter. Also, it would have been nice to have the TV working. Not a deal breaker but we wanted to see some Spanish channels. If not possible it would be nice to have streaming channels usable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfortable, the lighting was warm and cosy . The only thing we could be negative about was that there wasn’t a kettle . The host was responsive even at relatively late hours. Had a bit of a hiccup with receiving the acces codes but that was rapidly cleared with the host. Underground Parking 150 m away. Big supermarket and some small eateries nearby Not for us but the bathroom might be challenging for larger people due to its space constraint limiting the entry to the shower. You can walk to most attractions within a couple of minutes Host responded slowly and there was no option to store your luggage after check-out.

The town is buzzing with bars and restaurants and - The property has been renovated to a very high standard with wooden ceilings and bare brick walls. The apartment door can be opened from your phone. The lighting throughout is superb with full lighting or soft lighting available. In particular the night light provided by the mirror in the bathroom provides enough light without dazzling. Everything was good.

- Dimitar (9/5): Excelent value and worth consider it. - The location is perfect, a bit outside of the main streets crowd. Would be nice and quiet if there's no construction going in front (as per 05.2024). We had some issue entering the first place since the provided key code was outdated and we had to wait 30 min till we get whatsapp reply with a current one. My rating is not for this place exactly but for the upper floor more expensive one that we've been relocated upon arrival due to the premises service issue that was neglected. The owner reacted immediately on this issue by providing us with a better option and we have to admit it was a professional attitude. The place was very nice and stylish and I'd differently recommend it! No complains at the end.
- Harrold (9/5): Nice apartment. Convenient for old town of Málaga city. - Great location overlooking a plaza. The room was decorated well and suited our needs perfectly. I liked the bedrooms and the high ceilings. It was a Friday night and it was pricey. However Málaga is popular place to visit on the weekend. Because it was a weekend the street below was noisy with council workers cleaning up.
- Lloyd (3/5): Avoid if you can. - The room was well equipped, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Confusing check-in with multiple emails in Spanish before hand, no staff at the accommodation, no keys and confusing online check-in to get codes for doors. Hard building to find as not on maps, and no signage up. Loud noise from apartment above, loud front door which slams shut and hot room which you cannot control the air con yourself... you can find somewhere cheaper and better than this place.

- Andrew (8/5): A comfortable clean and well appointed apartment style room located centrally in a quiet area. - The apartment was attractive and well equipped. It was clean and contained within a secluded private courtyard. It was in a quiet part of the city but still very helpful. We wanted to leave luggage for a couple of hours after checkout but this was not possible. However the manager directed us to a left luggage office close by.
- Mae (9/5): Superb - It was very central with a lot of very nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We had a minor issue with the electronic system on the door, however when we called, someone answered straight away and sorted it for us. It could do with more cleaning products/toilet roll etc.

- Jayne (9/5): Wonderful stylish lofty apartment - The apartment was superb. The location was perfect a few steps to the centre but quiet enough to sleep. The apartment was accessed into a lovely courtyard and was extremely secure. Once inside it is very well designed with lovely high ceilings with new shuttered windows and new quality furnishings. All rooms are large as was the bed which was extremely comfortable. All in all we had a wonderful stay. The only criticism I have is there is a lack of things in the kitchen such as tea towels and oven gloves. Only tiny cups and it would be good to have a kettle as not everyone drinks coffee. They did say they were changing the sheets as we stayed for a week but this didn’t happen. These are only minor points but would make a big difference.

- Cristina (3/5): Do not choose this accomodation when it's cold ot hot outside - We had 19 degree in the appartment and the thermostat was blocked to be changed by us. I contacted the accomodation said that they have changed it to 21, but the temperature was only going down. Again they responded to our complains that the ceiling is high and it takes a long time to heat, but the temperature did not increase, only decreased. In the evening and also in the morning we reached 18 degrees.. This was very disturbing, because we also had a small baby with us.. We complained to booking.com and got 25 euro compensation, but this does not really pay off the stress and the freezing. No additional blankets have been available in the apartment as well. We have stayed in Malaga in other apartments with high ceiling, and there was no problem with heating at the same temperature, even if the ceiling was high (argument of the accomodation). Similar comments I saw from other people that during summer, the accommodation also dont activate the cooling/air conditioning, so nights will also be unconfortable. Don't book here.
