• McCully (9/5): Fabulous local stay in Roma - The apartment was super cute! Felt like a very authentic stay in Roma. Plenty of space in the apartment to spread out on a quiet side street. Lots of windows to welcome the fresh air throughout the space too. The front door into the building is a little tricky, takes a couple of goes to get it but once you do it's fine! Bed was a bit tough.

The space was more than enough for a couple, and the view towards the courtyard was peaceful. Jasper was very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely recommend.

Umožnili nám ubytovat 30 minut předem a při komplikacích s bojlerem ihned poslali technika. Nevyhovující postele. Při každém otočení vás probudí jejich skřípání a vrzání. Nedostačující přikrývka. Špína, skrvny, vodní kámen. Z patra nad námi jsme slyšeli každý krok i slovo. To však pro nás a naše malé děti bylo klíčové - chceme hlavně pohodlí. Ubytování pro méně náročné turisty. Pro rodiny s malými dětmi absolutně nevyhovující dostupnost apartmánu - úzké schodiště, úzké dveře. Ubytování pro nás bylo zklamáním.

• HugoLV (8/5): - Localisation parfaite, proche du métro et de la gare. Proche du centre ville et du Colisée et les ruines romaines. Assez grand pour 4 personnes et bien équipé. Le ménage n'est fait qu'à moitié, surtout dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Les voisins du dessus rentrent tard le soir et l'isolation du plafond et de la fenêtre ne sont pas super.

• Elena (9/5): - Super cozy, quite and warm. Location is one of the best in Rome, amazing local restaraunts and bars are in a walking distance. Friendly host. Sometimes we felt the smell of cigarettes, seemed like the neighbours were smoking inside their apartments or smth like that.

• Nuno (8/5): Ideal para uns dias em Roma - Boa localização, bem pertinho do coliseu. Bastante espaçoso. Falta uma limpeza mais aprofundada na cozinha e casa de banho. Algumas janelas da sala não tinham estores o que deixava entrar muita luz para quem dorme no sofá cama. Cama e sofá cama rangem ao mínimo movimento.

• Poursanidou (10/5): Super! Highly recommended! - The apartment is in great location (area of Monti) surrounded by many local (not tourist traps) restaurants and traditional bakeries. It’s 5 min walk from coliseum and 14 from fontana di trevi. Very spacious and extremely clean! The sofa bed is the most comfy sofa bed I have ever used! And the communication with the cost was great! The only thing I would change is the provided shampoos and shower gels given, I did not like them because they were not in bottle format and were not enough for 4 people 3 nights , but maybe this is just me. Apart from that all great!

• Sofiya (10/5): Exceptional - The Colosseum Nest Apartment is a small heaven located right in the middle of historic Rome. Nice, elegant, comfy and furnished with a great modern taste, it has everything you need inside and outside ( lots of cafeterias, small restaurants and food courts). It has short walking distance to all famous sights, touristic emblems and main shopping street. Although I was not lucky to meet tge owner of tge apartment in person ( he lives in Milan!), he arranged everything in a perfect way and had been helpful during tge whole period of my staying there. He has amazing parents who will take care of you if you need. ( Good luck with Italian language!😜) Overall, a little pricy, but it’s worthy every penny. And, yes, it’s a 2.5 floor! So, think twice before you bring heavy bags there!😜I was lucky to have got help from the owner’s parents!
• Carol (8/5): Good, clean and well located - The apartment was clean and good to accommodate 4 ( couple and the girls shared the sofa bed)It was also well located to go to tourist places The things to improve: it could be really appreciated for tourists that host provide the product to do laundry… we had small luggage and thinking to do laundry but no products were supplied which we could find in other previous apartments rented when travelling. • Clare (8/5): Great apartment in fabulous location - Lovely apartment in a great location. Comfortable and well-equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay. The address was incorrect on the listing - 62 vs 62A - which meant that we were standing outside the wrong door when we called the phone number to unlock it. Also, the entry details were only posted on Booking.com a hour or so before we were due to arrive so I assumed there would be someone there to let us in (not everyone is glued to their phone every minute of the day!) Once we got into the building, the code for key box didn't work. In the end, we had to wait for the host's parents to arrive to let us in. So not a great experience, which is a shame because the apartment was otherwise lovely.
