Bianca (5/5): - Es gibt einen unkomplizierten Check-In und das WLAN ist sehr gut. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und Cafés & Restaurants. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung an die Messe ist einfach und schnell. Leider war die Unterkunft nur sehr oberflächlich und nicht vollständig gereinigt. Ebenso wurden einige notwendige Reparaturen leider nicht vor und auch nicht während unseres Besuchs vorgenommen. Einiges in der Wohnung ist auch etwas in die Tage gekommen und benötigt eine Erneuerung. Die Straßenbahn vor dem Haus hört man recht deutlich.
Michael (8/5): - Freundlichkeit und Service des Gastgebers. Lage der Wohnung. Schnitt der Wohnung. Technische Ausstattung funktionierte einwandfrei. Ausstattung der Küche nicht optimal. Gerade einmal ein (!) kleiner Löffel und zwei Tassen. Bettdecken waren sehr dünn angesichts der kalten Winternächte. Sehr wenig Geschirr.

Marta (5/5): Defectos - La ubicación Las estufas no funcionaban en el mes de noviembre, avisé de que no funcionaban y no mandaron a nadie para revisarlas. La cama súper dura ya que el colchón es muy fino. Los cubiertos y utensilios de cocina sucios.
Javier Txuruá (1/5): - Estaba poco cuidado sin calefacción y a cero grados Mala experiencia la ropa de cama cutre en fin no muy bien.Voy a Leipzig a menudo y no pienso repetir el apartamento
Ulrike (6/5): Insgesamt gut, denn wir waren nur zum Frühstück und zum Schlafen dort. - Die gute Kommunikation vor der Reise! Die Lage: Straßenbahn-Anschluss und ein Geschäft in nächster Nähe. Balkon und Innenhof, die Sauberkeit und der gute Schnitt der Altbauwohnung ebenso wie diesen Altbau! Die spartanische Einrichtung- und die äußerst spartanische der Küche: Drei Teller, drei Müslischälchen, drei Messer... Die Wohnung war rein funktional eingerichtet, nicht gemütlich. Und es wurde mit Geschirr gegeizt.
Ulrike (6/5): - Check in und out hat gut geklappt. Guter Service bei Beanstandungen. Moderne Möbel. Sehr unsauberes Umfeld ( Müll, Sperrmüll ) Spartanische Ausstattung der Wohnung. Fehlende Behälter zur gewünschten Mülltrennung. Dünne Bettdecken und Schweißflecken auf den Matratzen.
