Kevin (10/5): Privacy, tranquility, proximity, and all the comforts you need. The hosts are the cherry on the cake - We booked at Villa Callisto because the reviews were so favourable and sure enough they were 100% correct. We were seeking a quiet spot to relax and do things at our own pace. We hired a car so distances were no problem. Villa Callisto has the best of both worlds. Serene location and only a short drive to Rethymno city and other so many places to visit. The supermarket was only 10mins drive from the villa. Maria & Boskov the owners were so nice and so friendly and helpful and went way beyond what most hosts do for their guests. A well stocked fridge was a very nice touch especially as we had a late check-in. The room comes complete with a coffee machine to make espresso and cappuccinos . The pool was lovely clean and a good size The sunsets were truly an experience not to be missed. We arrived as clients and departed after a week having made two wonderful friends. Till we meet again thank you for everything. Lieny & Kevin In all honesty there is nothing I did not like.
