Abbiamo potuto usare il bbq a disposizione, il wifi funzionava perfettamente e c'è possin-bilità di parcheggio dietro l'abitazione. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. In 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Kingscote. il letto è troppo morbido

• Martin (7/5): Gute Option für einen Aufenthalt auf Kangaroo Island (aber nicht zuviel erwarten). - - Gratis Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. - Zentrale Lage in der Inselhaupstadt. - Die Unterkunft war sehr groß. - Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung vorhanden (alles da für z.B. kochen und waschen). - Es gab einen eigenen kleinen Garten mit u.a. Grill. - Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig, da die Wohnung doch schon sehr abgelebt und nicht durchgehend sauber ist (v.a. das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich, aber es gab z.B. auch Flecken auf den Kissen). Das Bad ist hiervon ausgenommen, das wirkte ganz neu gemacht und war sauber. - Das Bett ist eine wacklige Konstruktion, da kein Lattenrost sondern nur lose Bretter die Matratze tragen (mehr oder weniger).

• Biscan (9/5): - Quiet location close to Kingscote cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. Many to choose from. Gorgeous beaches close by and plenty to do. Not staying long enough!
• Mark (10/5): Clean, comfortable and well maintained. - Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the business district in Kingscote. It was a clean, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner provided clear directions to the property. The owner provided clear communication (via booking.com site). My stay was just another great part of my say on Kangaroo Island! I disliked nothing.

• Jennifer (9/5): Nice for a short stay - Spacious parking lot. The AC was very loud.
• Cynthia (4/5): Avoid, old and not particulary clean - The owner seemed to be nice, reaching out and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Free parking. We were disappointed with the accommodation. The house is old and not particularly clean, and for what it offers, it is very expensive. As we had a packed schedule and arrived late, we did not want to lose time changing the accommodation, but in hindsight, we should have done so. The doors do not lock properly, and therefore bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects came into the house. Some of the doors are very old and difficult to close. The washing machine was filthy, and I spent a long time cleaning it

• Lily (10/5): - The owner is very friendly. The villa is nice and clean with all things for living, kitchen and laundry. It’s a home away from home. Central location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our stay so much 😀
• Seth (8/5): Great host and a great location for Kingscote - Jane was very communicative from the time I booked til I saw her in the driveway on arrival. The location of the unit is great, easy to find and easily walkable to everything in Kingscote. There was nothing I didn't like, it was slightly dated but had everything you could need. I can see where people might not think the value is there as it was a little bit more then maybe it should be but I was there in December which I believe is the start of tourist season so imagine prices are higher then usual.

• Mary (8/5): - Jane was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Her unit was well furnished and well stocked. Had everything I needed and was on a quiet street but easy to find . I enjoyed my stay very much.
• Richard (1/5): Disappointing! - As I told the owner, we were very disappointed with the accommodation and the site of the unit. The building was drab, the furnishings were a curious mix and rather mediocre, and the bed was not comfortable at all. In addition, there was a noticeable musty and not at all pleasant smell in the property. The end result was that we found a room at a local hotel and went there straight away!
• Alison (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and could have stayed longer but the decoration needs refreshing in places - Jane’s mini house was comfortable, homely and well equipped with everything you could need for several days stay. The easy off road car parking was very convenient. The accommodation is only a few minutes walk from a quiet beach and a little further into Kingscote. The accommodation was clean but some of the paintwork, especially around the skirtings and door frames was a little bit scuffed and unkempt.

• Steven (10/5): Easy, would stay there again. - Location was excellent. Three minute drive to town. Ten to fifteen minute walk. Comfortable, quiet, clean all amenities provided. Funny clunking sound in the roof, may have been hot water system. Front door didn’t close properly.

Fantastic place to stay. Next time we go to Kangaroo Island, this will be the first place we call. Way above expectations.
• Tracy (8/5): Clean tidy and convenient. - This was just a base for the night before heading home. But the facilities were great. It seemed to have everything. It's really only suitable for a couple as it is small. I had 2 teenager boys, who did not want to sleep in the same bed, but it was just a bed for the night. If I was on my own it would have been perfect. The host was lovely with an added suprise in the fridge which was a nice touch.

• Beverley (10/5): A great stay at a great price and a great location within walking distance to Central Hub. - After a previous booking being cancelled and to get this accommodation on short notice, I was impressed. ane was lovely and very accommodating. The unit was great for our 3 night stay. She told us of its recent upgrade. We found the essentials provided were fine for us. We did make a couple of suggestions for kitchen utensils and was thanked for feedback. The price was impressive and I thought was great value. Very comfy bed and pillows. The air con did the job on the warm nights.
