Guest Reviews
- Wilshaw (4/5): I wish that we had started taking videos on the first day with my phone instead of my partners just to give you more evi - It was in a good location. There was a few things,we found it to have a funny smell when went in,there were ornaments broken, the tv didn’t work until my partner had to fix the cable/aerial.there were burn marks in the living room carpet, the slats on the blinds were either broken or bent.we found 2 tablets on main bedroom floor which our dog could of ate which we googled and found out they were codiene,we found cannabis/skunk in a egg cup in kitchen cupboard.half a bottle of vodka, and few half drank bottles of fruit shoot in bedroom cupboard. The place hadn’t had a good clean, sink had all hand wash all way down where sink obviously had not been cleaned, all of blinds were dusty.the hoover didn’t work even after a good hour charge, ashtray full of cigarettes on table on decking.
- eric (1/5): Uncomfortable - The caravan was big, plenty of space to move around. It was dirty, and had a very strong poignant smell in the living area, and on the couch there was a very strong smell of pee, under the cushions was dirty we found various items, a dummy a toy etc, some of the blinds off the window had broke and was on the floor, no frying pan, we contacted the owner and the cleaner brought a new one, but we had already been and bought one, we showed the cleaner the couch she also smelt urine, and showed her the other things that was dirty, we had to wash the glasses and cutlery before we used them, there was other things like dirty windows, the oven and cooker was dirty, I sent the pics to the owner. He sent the cleaner round to investigate, she said she only gets an hour and half to clean it,

- Niomi (5/5): It’s nice but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re disabled. - They lay out was beautiful, it looked very modern and let dogs come with you at no extra charge It was falling a part in place.
Like, decking was broken or damaged.
The plug in master bedroom bathroom , sticking when there kids in the caravan. Also the bed was fitted that great
There’s very others bits
Also the mix between two camp sites to go swimming, or getting anything from the shop or getting a meal in the morning. It’s too far for anyone who’s has mobility issues. Which I should been told when making the booking or been clearer on description. As the map they give you is out of date and had to understand.
Also we struggle to book anything for my oldest as the app/website wouldn’t let us on. And we had no WiFi all weekend.
- MARGARET (10/5): The caravan was lovely, Everything you’d need for your stay is already provided. - The caravan was excellent, larger than we expected. We would book again without hesitation Nothing to do with the caravan itself. We were a little disappointed they didn’t allow dogs in the on site club. Didn’t spoil our stay though.
- Paul (8/5): Enjoyed are stay very much - We didn't have breakfast the site was grate felt really safe The shower was blocked I put a bottle of drain cleaner down the drain after it was fine
- Jodie (9/5): Lovely, cosy and chilled - This is the second time we’ve stayed here, great location, comfy and cosy living space. Comfortable beds and thick duvets. Great kitchen/dining area too. Dish cloth, tea towel, bin bag and washing up liquid provided, was a lovely touch. Close to the beach and great to use as a base to visit nearby places. We stayed between Christmas and new year, didn’t realise places would be closed but to be honest I never thought to check, didn’t spoil our break as we stayed snug in the caravan and chilled like what we had intended to do.
- Louise (5/5): Was nice just wasn't clean - matress was very comfortable caravan was easy access not hard to find and ut was not cold it warmed up nicely once the heat was on very cosy The bedding was from previous visitors dirty and dusty,,the cleaners had not been in before we came as we had the people befores underwear still in drawers,,had to clean whole caravan, the hoover didnt work and was grey pubic hair or some kinda hair on floors
- Louise (9/5): Clean and comfortable with a good location. -
- Christopher (9/5): Lovely weekend family stay! - Lovely clean property. N/A
- Frances (10/5): - Everything was lovely and comfortable and nice touches like recycling bins, cushions ornaments in the past when we stayed in caravans it's been bare and I understand it's because of avoiding any damage to the contents we felt at home immediately We don't have any complaints really the only thing I will say the caravan needs some TLC which now the season is nearly over it probably will get
- LISA (7/5): - Location was fantastic, next to beach, clubhouse and food. The caravan was clean but a little worn.
- Sonata (7/5): -
- Matthews (10/5): - It was a lovely caravan, very clean and comfortable we had fresh towels and bedding There wasn't anything we didn't like
- Adrienne (9/5): Brilliant stay! Can’t wait for next time! - It was a lovely caravan and right at the entrance to the park, so was great for going to use the facilities on the park. Just had a very good experience overall. So much so, that we have booked to go back again next year and for longer! The owners were lovely and communication was fab. The only tiny thing was the front decking near the French doors. It was very small and our little one loves to run around the van. But that’s just me being fussy. There is also very little phone signal and no internet. This isn’t an issue with this caravan though and it even provides WiFi, it’s a problem across the area. But just something to be aware of if you need to be contactable.
- Jayne (9/5): Nice caravan good location - The caravan was perfect and clean and had all facilities,
The owner was very helpful. The facilities unfortunately the room with the entertainment was extremely hot and condensed.
- Czarina (5/5): Acceptable - Cleanliness not so good. Oven was not clean, dirty foil still there. There are left over frozen food.
The sofa has food crumbles and under the cushions has popcorns.
Needs updating with kitchen utensils and pots.
Good location though close to the beach.

- Lana (3/5): Look before for you book - Staff on site were very helpful and polite Caravan was dirty,tv areal sock on wall was apart I had to fix to get tv to work ,pan were unwashed, bird dirt on windows dirty carpet, garden chairs full of rust bedding smelt musty setee smelt musty ,caravan could do with good clean certainly not worth £630 for the week I came for break after losing my partner I spent day cleaning how a cleaner can pass that as clean is beyond me it ruined my holiday we normally stay in b&b in Yorkshire but thought let's try caravan break the state of caravan and money I wasted I feel has made me feel cheated
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional - Very responsive and helpful, lovely top spec caravan very clean and reasonably priced. Extra little touches made the trip all that bit more special. Thanks for a lovely stay.
- Alan (7/5): Kids enjoyed it plenty for them - Late disco
- Dean (9/5): Superb - No swings for kids.
- Demi (10/5): Excellent - Everything Nothing
- Samantha (8/5): Great base for a short break good value for a family with all essentials available - Lovely caravan , modern , clean and comfortable, situated at the front of the site with easy access to clubhouse bar and good parking for cars .
Great communication from host and no problems at all , close to lovely beaches and things to do for the kids Not a huge problem but although there is WiFi it doesn’t work and the phone signal for Vodafone is zero , EE seemed a bit better but not great , okay to cope with for a few days but it is difficult
- Andrew (6/5): Bit disappointed but had a good time - Location was very good. Size and layout of the van was very good. Very warm and comfortable. It hasn’t been cleaned on arrival and even though it was an error by the cleaning staff it was rushed meaning it wasn’t throughly cleaned. Dustbin the blinds and the cooker was dirty.
Double bed was uncomfortable.
WiFi was useless and didn’t work at all.
- Natalie (8/5): Very good -
- Kez (9/5): Superb -
- Bercaru (1/5): Bad -
- Jodie (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - The caravan is the best we have ever stayed in, it was beautiful and modern, it was perfect for 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 small children. Plenty of room and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The shower was amazing, no need to mess around with the temperature, the kitchen was fantastic with everything you would need to cook a meal. We have loved the place! I can’t say anything wrong about the property, it was really lovely.
- Caz (10/5): I really enjoyed this caravan and my daughter settled straight in, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - It was well equipped, clean and childproof with everything we needed and the shower was lush, I found some books and bits for my daughter on the very last day as I was checking my daughter hadn’t put stuff in the drawers which was a nice touch It got a little bit cold at night as the wind blew through the double doors where you park the car
- Tilly (10/5): Amazing. Such good value for money - Nothing negative to say about this property. Very clear instructions on arrival and super comfortable Can’t name anything
- Charlie (9/5): Lovely stay, loads of space and comfy. - So much space for a caravan, and super comfy. No tea towel to dry dishes. Not sure where the bin area was, could do with a map of the site
- Iona (10/5): Great family get away. - Location was great, caravan was big and spacious. Modern and clean. On-site entertainment. Not far to travel for other entertainment, fairs, pubs, arcades, shops. Near the beach also. Nothing to not like.
- Sean (8/5): Very good - Excellent spec caravan with everything we needed and more. Included washing up liquid, sponge and toilet paper. Amenities were close by. Unfortunately wasn't as clean inside and out as it should have been (owner did offer to clean it) Parking wasn't available outside of the accommodation for us as they don't allow works vans on the park, which had an impact on our stay.
- David (7/5): Good - Would happily stay here again. Good value for location.
- Vicky (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing at all
- Kieron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Perfect short notice 1 night stay - Clean, everything we needed. Great value at short notice.
- Demi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (10/5): Stayed one night to visit the air show in Rhyl. Sofa and bed were comfy after a long day out :) - Gave a clear and detailed email which covered all information needed for arrival and departure.
Caravan was easy to find.
Facing facilities which we did go into but it was really busy and no place to sit, went for a walk off site as there are plenty of places to go nearby too.
Bonus points for providing the little things like hand wash, bath mat and sponges :D
- Tony (10/5): A very nice caravan on a well positioned site with plenty of activities - Spacious and tidy. Very nice caravan. Nothing.
- Neil (10/5): Wonderful family holiday , using Oscars as a base to go exploring North Wales. - Very comfortable and great location Nothing
