• Viktorija (6/5): - Quiet place, kind people, beaches and restaurants in a walking distance. No proper ventilation, no warm water in the evening.
• Cristofer (9/5): - Las instalaciones están super bien. Bien equipada, cómoda. Buena ubicación de la playa y el centro. Buen trato con las personas. En la ducha quizás debería colocar una cortina Para no salpicar agua hacia afuera. Todo lo demás es excelente 👌🏻

• Chiuselli (6/5): - Posizione - Pulizia In struttura solo una persona parla Inglese/ Italiano. Veniva chiamata per telefono perché spesso all'estero per lavoro. Ci era stato detto che il nostro piccolo cane poteva stare in struttura, ma poi alla fine non era possibile lasciarlo senza la nostra presenza.

• kekka (4/5): - stanza pulita, posizione centrale nella struttura vive una famiglia in mezzo alle 3 stanze. al momento del check in, la signora lì presente voleva 10€ in più non si sa per quale motivo. mi era stato detto che ci sarebbe stata una persona che mi avrebbe accolto che parlava italiano, in realtà c'è una signora che appunto vive lì che parla solo albanese, nemmeno inglese, sapeva solo dire okay e bussare al muro se qualcuno parlava la sera tardi nella stanza affianco, infatti c'è una porta comunicante però chiusa in una delle 2 stanze che abbiamo preso. per altro il giorno dopo l'arrivo, la signora entra in stanza portando un tappeto per il bagno pieno di formiche. cucina completamente priva di piano cottura e le 2 stanze erano separate da vicoli stretti inquietanti, ti ritrovavi al buio la signora all'improvviso

• Pınar (10/5): really clean and quiet place - I was amazed at the cleanliness of the room. Maximum 10 minutes walking distance to the city center and beaches. The bathroom was a bit small and it was not very comfortable to use the sink. There was a lot of sun coming through the glass on the entrance door in the morning, causing me to wake up.

• Leos (9/5): Superb - Simple but good enough for us and a really good value for the price. We appreciated it was not far from the beach. We didn´t find a cheap restaurant mentioned in another comment of this place it should be close. We always found just "tourist" prices in Ksamil regarding food, it is hard to find a big supermarket with normal prices for Albanians or cafeteria. But regarding the stay at this appartment we were satisfied.
