• Tomasz (10/5): We will be back for sure! - We enjoyed our stay and to be honest: it was the best host in our whole Tuscany trip! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, (made specially for us!) and the view from the window was just stunning. All of this makes us want to come back for a longer stay someday – we're just waiting for StarLink and better internet! :) One minor comment: there was a rather unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. Maybe it's worth checking out :)

La colazione di Filippo è la ciliegina sulla torta di un soggiorno già magnifico. Posizione top, a 20 minuti in auto da piazzale michelangelo (Firenze) e molto centrale rispetto al paese nonostante la tranquillità di un posto isolato. Per non parlare della cena cucinata dallo chef (sempre Filippo) che era davvero spettacolare.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero positivo: colazione ottima e proprietario estremamente gentile e simpatico, che fa la differenza. Struttura bellissima anche esternamente, immersa nel verde, con un’atmosfera rilassante perfetta per staccar Uniche piccole note: il bagno, pur essendo ristrutturato, non disponeva di bidet, e il letto (in ferro), sebbene esteticamente molto bello, risultava leggermente rumoroso nei movimenti.

Ende April war dieser aber sowieso noch nicht eingelassen 😊 Wir haben ein gutes, frisch gekochtes Frühstück mit wunderbarer Aussicht bekommen, bevor wir weiter mussten. Sehr schönes Grundstück😊

Colazione da leccarsi i baffi con frittata fatta sul momento davvero fuori scala (pazzesca). Luogo meraviglioso immerso nel verde Toscano. Grazie davvero! Bravissimi. Direi niente.
• HP (10/5): - An old luxurious estate perfectly refurbished and maintained, you expect it to be owned by an aristocratic family. Instead we were heartly welcomed by a good-laughing alternative looking artist-cook, who made us very much feel at home. Usually you pay double the price for an accommodation as this. Unfortunately, it was too early in the season to plunge into the swimming pool.

• Frank (10/5): Phenomenal stay - We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. From the moment we were greeted by the owner and host, we knew we had an amazing week ahead of us. The location of the agriturismo is absolutely breathtaking, the service is amazing, the rooms are spacious and have a distinct flair, the breakfast (homemade jam, made by the owner’s mother, and delicious eggs) is absolutely lovely. We also appreciated the recommendations the owner gave us for daily trips, since we were staying for five days and were planning to see Chianti on our Vespa. The owner has great taste in decoration and interior design (he’s an artist himself). Highly, highly recommend this place.

• Steffen (9/5): Außergewöhnliche Location mit tollem Gastgeber - Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll gelegen, mit Blick über die Hügel der Nord-Toskana knapp außerhalb von San Casciano. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und alle Zimmer liebevoll individuell gestaltet. Filippo ist der perfekte Gastgeber und sein Team wirklich außergewöhnlich nett. Filippo hat uns und die anderen Gäste mit tollen Tipps versorgt und großartig bekocht. Absolute Empfehlung! Unser eigentlich sehr schönes Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, so dass man die Nachbarn aus dem angrenzenden Gebäude morgens und abends für ca. eine Stunde recht laut hörte. Ansonsten aber war alles prima.

• Levis (10/5): A wonderful stay at a beautiful property in the heart of Tuscany! - Filippo was a fantastic host! He cooked the breakfasts; gave us recommendations for restaurants, winery tours, parking in Firenze; and he came back to the property late one night to address - and quickly resolve - an issue with the water/plumbing. And he did this all with a sense of joy and infectious enthusiasm. Bravo! As mentioned, there was a small issue with the plumbing, but Filippo stayed on top of the problem and handled it so well that it did not really affect our stay. And as we left, we saw he was in the process of hiring a crew to fully resolve the problem, so that should not affect anyone's future stay.
• Kristina (10/5): - Res sem najbolj srečna, da sem našla tole nastanitev. Nastanitev se nahaja na začetku regije Chianti. Iz sobe se vam pokaže najlepši jutranji razgled, okolica je čudovita za sprehode. Lastnik je zelo prijazen in naredi najboljši, obilen zajtrk. Skupni prostori so udobni in veliki. Sobe so čiste. Najina je bila v tematiki Alfreda Hitchcocka, kar nama je bilo res všeč. Definitivno priporočam naprej. Hvala za vse 🖤 Samo opozorilo: google maps me je vodil najprej po napačni poti. Morate se zapeljati skozi vas San Casciano in Val di Pesa, nato po makedamski poti do nastanitve.

La colazione eccellente, non a buffet ma ricca e varia. La struttura si trova in una vallata e non sulla strada principale ed è raggiungibile con un tratto di strada sterrata Un pochino di manutenzione

Il luogo è incantevole, immerso nella tranquillità della campagna, curato nei minimi dettagli e ideale per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e molto ben mantenuta, con spazi esterni davvero piacevoli dove godersi il paesaggio. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale è stato il proprietario: una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili e a garantire il massimo comfort. Consigliamo vivamente questa tenuta a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica in Toscana. • Andreea (10/5): Incantevole - Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte alla Tenuta Massabò, ma è stato sufficiente per innamorarci del posto! La tenuta è immersa nel verde, con un panorama bellissimo . La stanza era spaziosa e accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Filippo, l’host, è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatte sentire come a casa. La colazione è stata deliziosa, specialmente le uova strapazzate, da provare! Un soggiorno breve ma perfetto, torneremo sicuramente!
• Heinrich (9/5): ruhiger Aufenthalt mitten in der Toskana - Lage direkt in den Weinbergen, sehr ruhig, stilvoll renoviertes Herrenhaus mit allem Komfort, freundlicher Empfang, toller Ausblick zu wenig Ablageflächen im Badezimmer und keine Handtuchstangen, Frühstück serviert ohne Nachfragen, was man gerne essen möchte

• Lorenzo (10/5): Tipica tenuta toscana arredata con stile e cura da Filippo. Colazione eccellente e camera elegante. - Bellissima tenuta con piscina per soggiornare nel Chianti. Camera deluxe ampia, pulita e con una splendida vista sulle colline toscane. Ottima l'accoglienza del proprietario Filippo e la colazione è assolutamente eccellente, dal dolce al salato.

• baya (9/5): Un sejour magnifique dans un cadre artistique. - Le petit déjeuner était soigneusement préparé par Filippo. L'emplacement est magnifique ainsi que l'hébergement.
• Tommy (8/5): Alt i alt et vellykket opphold, hvor vi gjerne kommer tilbake. - Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig vert. En veldig god frokost med bl.a. hjemmelagd omelett og yoghurt. Vi fikk gode råd om steder å besøke i omegn, både byer, atraksjoner og vingårder. Det siste kjøreveien inn til fasiliteten bar inntrykk av oppgraderinger og var veldig ujevn og støvete.

The view from the room is exceptional, the facility is very clean spacious and comfortable the breakfast is precise and tasty and above all, the great hospitality of Philipo!!! • Eliška (10/5): Překrásné místo kousek od Florencie - Nádherné místo na kopci s výhledem, překrásným východem slunce, klidem. Příjemný , usměvavý pan majitel a velmi ochotný. Připravil nám super snídani. Vše bylo v pořádku

• elena (3/5): Non basta la vista... - Location esterna molto bella immersa nel verde e con una splendida visuale La mancanza di pulizia salta subito all'occhio.. La stanza è spaziosa ma arredata con mobili vecchi il bagno non è dotato di finestra né di aspiratore e negli angoli della doccia è visibile la muffa. Il bagno era sporco abbiamo trovato capelli sul pavimento e nei lavandini. Le prese sono obsolete, il divanetto in camera era macchiato e sotto il letto regnava la polvere. Presenti macchie nelle lenzuola e nel testa letto. Nessun porta oggetti in bagno e nessun prodotto per l'igiene se non del sapone liquido già iniziato. La colazione consiste in uova strapazzate, un toast con pan bauletto formaggio e prosciutto, dello yogurt di cui nn si conosce identità ne scadenza travasato in barattolini bormioli, un croissant decongengelato e delle marmellate già iniziate anche queste di sconosciuta provenienza e scadenza/data di apertura. La colazione è sempre la stessa tutti i giorni!! Niente frutta, niente possibilità di scelta alternativa. Ci era stato detto che vi era possibilità di colazione senza glutine e quello che è stato dato è un pacchetto di fette biscottate e un plumcake del supermercato. Trattantandosi della colazione per una bambina siamo stati costretti ad andarla a prendere in pasticceria. Non vi è la possibilità di un caffè espresso ma viene sempre preparata la moka. Non ci tornerei!!! Non mi serviva un albergo per far foto da instangram ma un luogo pulito accogliente dove star tranquilla e non l ho trovato. Non lo consiglio
