Guest Reviews
- Alistair (10/5): A wonderful way to spend quality time with family and celebrate a milestone birthday. - Bamurru was an exceptional experience. A wonderful location surrounded by nature and wildlife. The staff were excellent. The food was brilliantly prepared by Head Chef, Adam. Facilities were outstanding. Having to leave.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Mikhail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warren (10/5): Excellent opportunity to see NT wildlife up close with small groups of visitors. - Location, food quality, friendly staff, knowledgeable guides, peaceful and quiet. Poor room lighting and no hair dryer.
- Liz (10/5): See some of Australia's best wildlife then sample their best wine, food & hospitality. - Beautiful location, fabulous staff, great food, pleasant pool on the deck, nice room with amazing views, wallabies and water buffalo wandering around. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed meeting the team and other guests. The trips were very good and it was nice to have a drink and canapés at sunset at a different (always stunning) location each evening. The airboats were great fun and we loved skimming across the water to see the plethora of bird and plant life, the binoculars in the room were a nice extra touch. Overall a great experience. It's hard to find anything that we didn't like, if pushed I would say that it would have been nice to wander around the property a little bit, I know it could be dangerous to walk far but just 200m from the dining area are so many cool birds to watch.
- Brett (8/5): Very good - I thought staff member Jai was a highlight.
His easy humour and passion for the wild life.
His night tour was a particular highlight with all whom participated enjoying it immensely. Was left waiting at the gate despite calling and alerting Tom at 11.00 am of my arrival at 2pm.
Upon continuing to drive in (as the alternative would have been to drive an hour or more for mobile reception) I was told I shouldn't have driven any further and that I hadn't called.
I was appreciably upset at the assumption I had not called and that I should wait indefinitely not knowing if we would be met.
I made the best decision possible given the circumstances.
I was later apologised to by staff member John, which was apreciated however I believe Tom should have made that apology and John an apology for his disbelief that id called and his lack of understanding of the position I was placed in.
