• Stephen (10/5): Clean apartment and very convenient for our stay. - Pleasantly surprised with the apartment, it was lovely and clean, and equipped with everything you need. it . was also very quiet no noisy neighbours. if i need to stay in Normy again this will be my first port of call. The communal area was grubby and needed a good clean, the area littered was with peoples postal items strewn everywhere, not a good first impression but when i opened the door to the apartment everything was ok.

I liked almost everything, comfy bed, well maintained and everything you could need, I would score it 99% the only thing it needed was a blackout blind or curtains in the bedroom. Other than that I couldn't fault it.

• Terry (9/5): - Warm and comfortable, very clean. A Christmas tree and fairy lights were a lovely welcoming touch. I like the bedroom to be dark so found that the blinds let the light in. Just a personal opinion which I know will not be shared by all guests. A Otherwise no complaints.

• Annette (9/5): Superb apartment in a good location for many Yorkshire towns and further afield. - The apartment was in a great location for us as we wanted to stay in Normanton as my friend had ancestors from there. It was super close to the motorway so we could get around to other locations quickly and easily. The apartment was spacious and very clean and had everything in it that we needed. It was a real home from home. For us, we would have preferred a walk in shower (arthritic knees !) but that is just our preference. There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

• Catherine (9/5): Excellent place for a short family break - Spotlessly clean, well equipped, modern, quiet, had everything we needed, it's obvious the owners care about their guests. A welcome pack e.g. with nearest shops, local restaurant recommendations, takeaways etc would have been useful. Location wise we had to drive to find a shop for milk/bread but not an issue if you have a car or maybe better local knowledge.

• May (9/5): Superb - Host is very thoughtful and kind by accommodating our small requests. Overall we have a pleasant stay and have everything we need for a few days stay. Some uncomfortable smell from the toilet but you can spray with air fresheners.

Quiet location with good private parking Very minor but the kitchen could be better equipped with utensils etc The TV is too small and would attract interest on the antiques roadshow Not much in the way of pubs, shops and restaurants within a short walk
• Rachel (9/5): Superb - The property was clean, warm and comfortable. The water was hot - even when the 4 of us showered one after the other. There was no bath mat so we used the hand towel. But this would be easily sorted.

• John (9/5): A quiet comfortable apartment handy for the road network. - Easy parking for our large van. Quiet place to stay before we collected our new kitchen from DIY kitchens. Comfortable beds and seating. Everything was just simple so saved time. The key for entering the main door wouldn't work and a friendly neighbour helped get us in. He knew the technique.
