• Daniel (3/5): Demasiada suciedad - Valoro la locación del hostal y la pieza era amplia. Cometí el error de hacer la reserva sin leer los comentarios que tenía el lugar, y puedo confirmar que me impresionó lo sucio que estaba. El lavamanos sin lavar, la ducha que está adentro de la pieza estaba tapada y con pelos encima, estaban todos los muebles llenos de polvo, quisimos abrir las cortinas y había una suciedad acumulada impresionante. Se me cayeron unas cosas debajo de la cama y fue horrible tener que sacarlo, habían hasta envases de condones debajo. Siento que el lugar y el espacio sería muy agradable si se preocuparan de hacer un buen aseo.

• Leon (1/5): Awful - Nothing. I was more concerned about getting a disease or something. Everything. Even the basic things like a mattress or pillow covers were not provided. Everything was dirty, the wifi didn’t work, I could go on forever. I’m not sure how this property is allowed on the platform.

• Kyohei (3/5): ファミリー向けではない - 金額に対して、利便性が高い駅の駅近で良かった。 お風呂がシャワーしかなく、足拭きマットの汚れが見えていたため、そもそも使う気を失せた。 洗面所も共通の割に綺麗さに欠け、歯ブラシやコップを一時的に置く台もなく使いづらい。 部屋の防音性が低く、隣室の話し声が筒抜けに加えて、赤子(推定生後12ヶ月未満)の泣き声がダダ漏れでした。(もともと同じ部屋のマンションを部屋分けしているため、築古の木造アパートより壁厚が薄い印象を受けました。)

• 丸尾 (5/5): 駅近くで安く宿泊できたので、いろいろ突っ込み所はあったけど我が家としてはOK！ - ・家族3名（大人2名、子ども1名）でリーズナブルに宿泊できた ・部屋は、家族3名が宿泊するのには十分な広さ ・日暮里駅から徒歩5分程度のロケーション ・斎藤湯という銭湯が近くにあり、風呂はこっちで入れた ・出入りがある意味自由で、遅くなっても締め出される心配はなかった ・コンビニもそこそこ近かった ・受付の女性（中国の方？）の態度が激悪い。部屋番号が聞こえにくかったので確認のため聞き返したら、「〇〇〇号と言ってるだろ！」いきなりとキレられる。宿泊代金が安いのでしょうがないと思いますが、あのタイミングでキレられるのは理不尽。 ・どこまで土足なのかわかりにくい。説明書きもなし。結果、部屋の中まで土足OKだった。 ・部屋の鍵がチープだし、施錠の仕方が昭和の鍵。施錠の仕方の説明がないと若い人はわからないと思う。 ・部屋が寒い。何か配線を窓サッシの部分に通してるので、ちゃんと窓が閉まらず、夜中部屋の温度がかなり下がる。冬場ならエアコンの温度設定は高め（24度以上）をお勧めする ・ベッドのマットが激固い ・かけ布団激薄い、寒い ・1名ずつしか入れない風呂がフロアに1つしかない。シャワーのみ。ソープ関係は備え付け→近所の銭湯をおすすめする ・壁、扉が薄いので、廊下・階段を歩く音はモロに部屋に響く

• Holcomb (6/5): Good location. An older building. - The location was close to Nippori station. The local area was not nearly as busy as other stations making for a relaxing walk back to the hostel. One shared bathroom per floor was odd. It was also very cramped. Otherwise, you could tell it was a little rundown. Secondly, I waited an hour and a half to check out. We even called multiple times. When we finally got an answer, a lady said she was coming. We waited another 20 min and they were still a no-show.

The woman in the front desk acted rude on my colleague and started to speak Chinese as she doesn’t want my luggage to be with me in my room and rather to put it downstairs where the door was open and unsecured. The woman also displayed a violent manner of hitting me as I was trying to let them understand that I can manage to bring my luggage upstairs. In addition the other room was very noisy where in the middle of the night a child kept banging the Wall.

• Iwan (8/5): Overall facility good - Near to train station. Kind owner and cheap price. My room on 5th Floor, no elevator for.. Need extra effort to bring lunggage.
• Mijo (4/5): Disappointing - I liked that it was really good conected with other parts of town. I chose this so i wouldnt sleep on tatami floor but this was just a thin board with blanket on top so it was almost impossible to get comfortable and sleep. It also wasn’t very clean.

• Dariia (8/5): Very good - The location and area are really convenient. The room has all described facilities. Shared toilets were clean and comfortable. The dust was on the table and bed. The pillow didn't have a cover.
• Michael (4/5): Accomodating staff, great location but not recommended for single ladies - friendly, helpful, everyday rubbish collection, location close to station, lots conbini and eating places sewage smell coming up from in room sink, room clock broken, no TV, couldn't open curtains(no sunlight), very flaky WIFI, noisy room(too thin wall?), room and shared spaces better be cleaner but didn't seem to have they have professional cleaners. only saw the lady is cleaning the room and the other guy(male worker or husband i dunno) is collecting rubbish, had to ask for new towels

• Km (10/5): more than i bargained for - request and you shall be given what you need. near supermarket. easy to go to airport perfect location private bathroom and bath with slippers i had 7 luggage definitely enough space kind staff able to speak in Chinese decent pricing stairs but staff helps to carry anything.

No elevator, living at 5 floors with luggage’s very tired. No body at no font desk connection, only communication was by sticky notes.

• Elanie (8/5): Decent - The location was good for the hotel, not too far from the train station. The room had pretty much everything you needed aside from a microwave. The bed could be softer and maybe a microwave in the room, other than that, it was fine.

• Kawthar (7/5): Good location, and good neighbourhood! - The location was very close to the Nippori train station. There were 2-3 convenient stores around. Easy 2 mins ride to Ueno, you can walk to some main parks as well. 10 mins away from Tokyo centre. Enjoyable distances! The check in was very tedious, I arrived at 7am because of my early flight, and the reception was not opened until late at 7pm. The check in was supposed to be done at 3pm, according to the hotel. However, my room was not ready until 7pm. I had to sleep in a dorm room and share bathroom accomodations with other guests. However, the receptionist was accomodating.
