• Natalia (1/5): Stay away if you want to have a reliable place to stay. - - I rate this hotel very poorly because our reservation was cancelled at 11:30 PM, even though our check-in was scheduled for the next day at noon. The owner of the apartment still hasn’t informed Booking that he sent me a message canceling our stay. I was told that all costs, including the extra fee I paid for early check-in, would be refunded. Until now, nothing has been returned. I even sent a message asking if any additional information was needed to process the refund… still no response. I do not recommend this place.

NADA ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ Un día antes de llegar nos comunica dicho establecimiento que no está disponible y nos propone cambiar a otro alojamiento o devolvernos el dinero. Dado que las características del nuevo alojamiento no eran las que nosotros necesitábamos, les comunicamos que nos devolvieran el dinero. La calificación que les doy no puede ser peor pues nos avisaron con ¡¡¡¡¡ 1 día de antelación !!!!! con los billetes de avíon ya pagados y echo el check-in. Los inconvenientes y agobios que nos produjo no se pagan únicamente con la devolución del dinero. Espero los eliminen de su selección de establecimientos. Gracias a Booking, no a ellos. Un sdaludo

• Raunaq Nihal (6/5): Good stay - The property was big, a lot of space, felt newly furnished. The kitchen is big and mostly has everything you need. There was this incident with the master lock of the front door of the property and that was the only door in the house where guests would come in and out. One night when we were there the master lock was not working and I contacted the handler of the house and they mentioned a mechanic would be coming. The mechanic ended up coming at 11:30pm. So from 8pm to 11:30 pm we were not able to lock the main door of the house. This is a huge security issue and the when speaking about it, there was such a nonchalant attitude from handler of the property. In addition when we arrived at night the back door and windows of the kitchel were all open. The location is alright, the bus stop is right in front of the property but is almost an hour away to Central London. All in all the security should be handled better. Better off booking an AirBnb where the person on the other end would be responsive.

• Emilie (7/5): Nice cheap accomodation for London. - Not too far from the tube station. The accommodation is rooms within a house but didn’t hear or see the other people staying there so was good. The room itself was well heated, comfortable and clean. Perfect accommodation for just a couple nights. No body wash provided and the location is a bit out of the way.

• Piotr (1/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam. - Lokalizacja W obiekcie podczas mojego pobytu nie było ogrzewania, mimo, że temperatura na zewnątrz spadła poniżej 10 stopni. Próby interwencji w tej sprawie u właściciela obiektu nie przyniosły efektu. Właściciel nie odbierał telefonu a na smsy odpowiadał wymijająco. Dodatkowo któregoś dnia przestała lecieć woda pod prysznicem. Podobno awaria pieca. Awarie usunięto kilku godzinach. Nie doczekałem się żadnego „przepraszam” ani innej rekompensaty.

Unfortunately, we drew the short straw and visited during a week when the metro was closed due to strikes, so we had to rely on double-decker buses and it took about an hour and a half to reach the central area. The room itself was smaller than expected, and cleanliness could definitely be improved. We didn’t meet the hosts in person, but we had to change our dates and they were very helpful and responsive with that. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget stay, this place does the job.

• Celine (1/5): London ist eine tolle Stadt, aber in dieser Unterkunft findet man nur Schmutz. - / Es war unfassbar dreckig, im Badezimmer war überall Schimmel und Dreck, das Personal hat man nie gesehen. Die Lage war nicht die beste aber in Ordnung, das sieht man ja vorher. Im Flur des Hauses hat es gestunken, die Gemeinschaftsküche war dreckig und dort etwas essen oder lagern wollte man nicht. Der Boden war kaputt, wenn man etwas getoastet hat ging der Feuermelder nach 20 Sekunden an. Wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir noch am 1. Abend unsere eigenen Putzmittel gekauft haben und dort geputzt haben. Wenigstens sauber sollte es sein!

Advertised as suitable for 3 adults. 1x double bed and 1x sofa bed. Double bed fine. But the 'sofa bed' was the size of a recliner chair. Just not as comfy. There were 2 separate parts on the 'sofa bed' that stuck out, making it incredibly uncomfortable. The room would suit 2 adults, but never 3 adults. Upon arrival, we had some difficulties (our fault) however upon contacting the hosts, we later found out that even if we had these difficulties, we would've been screwed anyway, because they emailed us the wrong codes! Note... the electronic lock they speak about is ON THE DOOR HANDLE. This is not made clear. The staff did their best. They were lovely and very accommodating. But the overall stay was severely let down by the advertisement of the room suiting 3 adults. I understand sofa beds aren't meant to be nearly as comfy as a bed. But to compare, I've slept better on a hill at the bottom of a tent at a festival with no mattress. Bit of a bug bare also... no TV like in the pictures. Kettle... but no tea and coffee. Facilities weren't great.

• Catherine (3/5): Good location, basic room. - Location was great. Close to Victoria line for going central and close to Wembley aswell which is where we were going for a concert! Very easy to get into property once given details and you don’t need to carry about a key which was great. Quiet area which was nice! Our room smelt so bad it was honestly disgusting. I had to go and buy air freshener (which we left hoping the next person could also make use of it). We found rubbish and open dips from pizza express left in cupboard from last people and we found hairs on the bed which was totally gross. A bit disappointed there was no TV in the room. The wee white heater only blew out cold air and it was cold in the room. The smell mainly was the worst thing 🤢
• Fabiane (6/5): Good for a short stay - The accommodation is well located, many ways of connection to the main touristic places. Well organised and it has everything. Ideal for a weekend stay. The mattress and the pillows weren't comfortable at all. Sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover had hairs on them, my impression is that they weren't changed. The bathroom wasn't really clean as well.

Passcodes on doors so felt quite safe sharing the house with others. 20 minute walk to the nearest underground station which was not convenient at all. Extremely expensive for what you get. The room and bathroom were both very dirty - floors made our socks black, mould all over the bathroom walls, shower and sink full of limescale and dirt. The shower door was broken. We received less than a full roll of toilet paper for a three-night stay. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bed was covered in hair. It is not a hotel at all. The entire house stank of mould, damp and uncleanliness. We did not receive any details for check in, so we had to call to get in. Could stay in a fancy hotel for less than the price of this place - would not recommend.

• Jordanne (4/5): The potential to be lovely but seriously let down - Lovely decor and good self check-in process. Kitchenette is handy and cute crockery. Very disappointing standard of cleanliness especially in the bathroom (the shower was particularly in need of a good clean). Had a general smell of damp and some black mould on the bathroom ceiling. Also slightly confusing door lock on the room door that isn't included in initial instructions (can't be totally sure it's locked when in the room). AC would also be a welcomed addition to the room in hot summers as the single small fan only does so much.

• Miluše (10/5): Amazing room in a vibrant part of the city - Beautiful room in a vibrant part of London. The room was very cosy, with cute furniture and decorations. We were especially grateful that the room included two fans as the heatwave would make our stay extremely uncomfortable. The codes for the doors worked also well, which can be a struggle sometimes. Everything was great.

• Candice (5/5): Good location but our rooms weren't as expected, not clean and a complicated check-in process. - Location was good to Wembley Stadium and bed comfortable. Not very clean at all - glass mugs stained/not clean, lots of scum in bathroom and hairs on the floor, also gathered a lot of dust etc on my feet whilst coming out the shower into the bedroom as the floor was so dusty/dirty. There were also a lot of hairs in the bed. Our fridge also wasn't working at all, so we couldn't use the kitchen facilities for milk etc (there was a shared kitchen but we wanted our own space seeing as it was a possibility). The fan wasn't very good at all and unfortunately there wasn't any air conditioning as mentioned on the list of room facilities. Quite a lot of street lighting came into the room whilst sleeping as there were only blinds on the front windows and not the side windows on the room at the front of the house, ground level. The check in process was also over complicated - we didn't get any codes for the rooms until we got into London, despite being promised them in the morning of our arrival, so it made it very stressful when our party was arriving at different times/from different locations, especially when we didn't have signal to access the information. Our codes also didn't work on the bedroom doors, so we had to call due to no staff on site. We also found it difficult to find the house as it wasn't labelled very well on the street and booking.com didn't say the number of the house. There was parking available on the street for our two cars but it was a little unclear if we needed a physical permit or if the hotel activated it for us (they activated it for us just before arriving - which due to signal issues became stressful).

• Francesbw (2/5): Not as advertised, disappointing - The linen was clean. Amenities were missing, the room had no oven or kettle, even though both were listed as provided. Couldn't tell you how the laundry facilities were as no information was provided when checking in. Bathroom was grimy, with a lot of buildup around drains and toilet seat with a dusty looking bathmat, inside the cupboards was dirty as well. Fire alarm was covered with cling film when I checked in and the staff provided no response when I notified them of this safety hazard through the booking.com messenger, so I had no option but to remove the cling film myself. Received no response from staff after checking-in besides an automated message on the check-out procedure.

We booked two rooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The room on the ground floor was at the front of the property. There was a sensor light that goes on an off all night that really disturbs the sleep. The room was obviously not completely dark in the night. - Not close to public transport - Didn't find any good cafe/restaurant to eat even on the closest main street

• Karin (10/5): A London Favorite - This was, without a doubt, the best place we've ever stayed in London! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp, fresh white sheets that made it hard to leave in the morning. The room had everything we needed — a private bathroom and even a small kitchen corner, which made our stay so much more convenient. Also, a heartfelt thank you for making our late-night check-in so easy and stress-free.

We managed to turn down the heating to what we thought was off but it stayed very warm. Room was not as clean as we would have liked - dust everywhere and I am allergic to dust.

• Alex (4/5): It would help if the owners would not cancel a paid for room at the last minute. Honesty is key - The bed was comfortable and the room clean and bedding warm. This was not the property I booked. I booked a self contained property weeks and weeks before the date and on the day, I was told there was a mistake on the price and the accommodation I booked was already taken and asked if I could accept an alternative. This alternative was with shared bathroom. The instructions I was given as to which room I would use were confusing as no such named room existed. I had to find an empty room and just took it and slept there hoping no one would come in the middle of the night. Bathrooms were in different floors. Very inconvenient due to my disability

Great location if staying for leisure but but of a slog for my journey into Hampstead. Great selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts super responsive and friendly. Location was slightly further out than I needed but great area. Slight smell of damp and drains in the communal areas which made me gag...other guests were noisy of an evening. The code handles were difficult to use, to gain entry. There wasn't a TV in the room, which I hadn't noted but I used my laptop.

• Didi (7/5): Comfy and worm but not clean - It's was perfect in size and appliances but it had dirty silverware in the kitchen, the towels seemed cleaned but had hairs, dust everywhere and the bed was very comfy but had bits of fluff and it didn't seem the sheets had been washed. Pillows had makeup marks (might have been washed but you could still see them)

The nearest underground station (Willesden Green) is 16-min walk away, which is a bit too far, but it is easy to get into the city center with the Jubilee line. Great wifi. I did not like the area, but at least there are some cheap international food options nearby. It is a bit weird to communicate with the landlords via last-minute messages. I got the room code while I was already exploring the city - but it was a different one that I have received from the cleaning staff on arrival. The room needs a deep clean in general, cleanness should be improved. It is nice to have a kettle in the room, but it makes no sense if there are not even 1-2 complimentary tea bags.

• Fabiola (3/5): Not recommended - The location is quiet. Not very central but it's well connected with tube, buses and there were shops nearby. WiFi was good. The room was completely different from the pictures, was tiny and extremely dirty. I've found lots of dirt under the furniture and hair inside the fridge. They just change the linens after every guest. There is a small kitchen inside the room but it's also very dirty and had no glasses/enough cutlery for the guests. I have informed the management about the problem but they were not professional enough to solve it.

• Arron (5/5): Barely passable. Won’t be staying again. - Bed was fairly comfortable. Far too hot on a night even with both windows open and no radiators on. Tiny room that looked nothing like the photo. Workmanship was horrendous there was a coded lock on the door but I felt if somebody leaned on the door they could probably gain entry to our room. Not even a small tv. No help in finding the property if I hadn’t rang them we would have been wandering around the street looking for it.

• Beatriz (5/5): Very underwhelming experience - - The bedroom matches the pictures on Booking.com so that helps manage expectations - It was great having a kitchnet and utensils on the room for some snacks - Self check in is nice if you’re not sure when you’re arriving - No blinds on the room, we got placed on the first room right by the entrance door and with a window facing the main road so apart from hearing a lot of noise, as soon as the sun was rising the room was bright and we could not sleep - Horrible bath towels, terrible material and we got pieces of fabric all over our body after after drying up - No bath mat, had to use a towel - 15 minute walk to the tube which did not feel very safe at night as the streets by the accommodation are quite dark - We were told by the hosts that we could leave our bags before our check in time, but there was nowhere to store them so we had to leave them out there in the communal kitchen which we did not appreciate - Communication from the hosts could be better
• Sammie (6/5): very comfortable bed in a relatively small room, still gets the job done! - the bed was so comfy and they gave us a nice welcome gift with water bottles and biscuits! the communication was really quite poor, i messaged 2 weeks before arriving about parking,, I didn't get a message back about it till the day we were travelling which may not be an issue for some but when travelling from over 200 miles away, i'd like to know that i have somewhere to park my car beforehand. I tried both of the numbers provided and only got a response from one saying that they would forward to the other number, not too sure why they couldnt respond to me but hey ho... no response other than clearly copied and pasted messages. understand that they may be busy but for a self-service check in, would have liked a little more communication. bath mat and a little lamp wouldnt have gone a miss too!
• Karen (5/5): With such a big fancy writeup in description I expected more. Quite disappointed overall. - Comfortable double bed. Microwave, fridge and kettle handy. Opening window. Easy code access. Very small front room close to the road and noise from other guests passing to get to the main door all hours. No space to put luggage - had to move decorative things (uneccesary) to make room (on the floor). Hall light shining into room with nothing to block it at night. No bath mat and no tea towel. Garden area very neglected, uninviting - no seats or table.
