• Julie (8/5): Charmant studio dans quartier Calme et romantique - Appartement charmant et très bien placé dans un quartier très calme et magnifique. J'étais avec ma mère et mon fils de 5ans j'ai fait exprès de prendre un appartement avec petite cuisine et c'était parfait. Literie, Salle de bain, tout était ok. Station de vaporetto pas très loin, le musée d'art moderne est à une rue. Quelques restaurants sympas se trouvent à proximité. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour ! L'appartement est évidemment très sombre étant en rez-de-chaussée, mais pas là pour rester là journée à l'appartement donc ce n'était pas grave. Petit problème avec la porte du frigidaire.

• salvatore gregorio (8/5): Piccolo ma strategico - Piccolo ma posizione centrale. Che il lettino poteva essere messo nella parte superiore che era libero in maniera da avere più spazio. Ma ci siamo adattati per come ci hanno predisposto lo spazio ed è andata bene così.

Cudowne miasto i lokalizacja bardzo dobra :) - - Dobry kontakt z właścicielem - Łatwy dostęp do lokum, klucz w skrytce - Czysto, łazienka + kuchnia, są potrzebne sprzęty - Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko - Działało wifi - Ogrzewanie, ciepło - Cena naprawdę przystępna! - Miasto jest piękne! - Trochę skrzypiało łóżko - Dosyć ciężko otwierało się drzwi, trzeba się nauczyć techniki - Osoba wysoka musi uważać przy wychodzeniu z łazienki, mąż co chwilę uderzał się głową o futrynę :) - W zasadzie wszystko ok, nie mam większych zastrzeżeń, to super miejscówka i polecam bardzo!
• Kasia (7/5): - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, do wszystkich zabytków da się dojść pieszo, blisko most Rialto. Pokój zakurzony, lampki, zasłonka. Rączka od prysznica zepsuta, więcej wody ulatuje nieszczelny wężem, niż przez rączkę.

• Isaias (8/5): Experiencia aceptable - El anfitrión es muy amable sinceramente creo que es la mejor experiencia que e tenido nos ayudó en todo momento Es un poco incómodo para dormir. Ya que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, las ventanas y puertas no detienen. El escándalo de la calle. Pero lo recomiendo gracias!!!!
• Pietro (8/5): Ottima posizione, ci siamo trovati bene. - L’appartamento è in una ottima posizione per visitare la città, a 5 minuti di passeggiata dal ponte di Rialto. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito, ottima la disponibilità del manager, ci siamo stati comodi in tre. L’appartamento è al piano strada, quindi è naturale che si senta del rumore proveniente dall’esterno, specialmente la mattina presto quando passano i carretti della raccolta differenziata. Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nei dintorni sono presenti ben due supermercati e un negozio di articoli per la casa, quindi non ci è mancato nulla. Nonostante sia bene attrezzata, rispetto alla foto che fa da sfondo al nome della struttura, in realtà mancano sia l’armadio che la cassettiera (in quella posizione c’è il divano letto, che diventa letto singolo (non molto comodo), utilizzato da mia figlia) quindi non abbiamo potuto disfare le valigie. È presente uno stand appendiabiti da negozio con alcune stampelle. Altre grandi assenti sono le zanzariere, quindi è necessario dotarsi di repellente per zanzare.

• Lale (4/5): Disappointing - I liked that i was able to cook and had what i needed to cook.the sheets and towels were clean. Very tired property that needs renervation bathroom had been cleaned but very old. Mould around the shower. Floors felt dirty and dusty. No wifi and even my own phone network would not work inside the property, almost as if it was being blocked. The phone worked when you left the property. There is a mezzanine bed but very steep ladder which i would not have been able to climb so was happy the other bed was prepared

• Φανη (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, quiet though close enough to everything! Less than 5 minutes from San Stae station where you can take a vaporetto and around 10 minutes from Rialto bridge. Our host Lorenzo was friendly and helped us with every kind of suggestions!

• Andrea (1/5): Warning!! Complete rip-off! Avoid it like the plague! - The only good thing I can say is that it is in a central location. It was uninhabitable due to an intolerable smell of mould. Apart from that the amenities are not fit for the 21st century: the shower is over the toilet, the fridge is unhygienic and taped with duct tape, the kitchen benchtop is warped, random stuff is deposited in the loft in clear view. It has the ambience of a dump. We had to find alternative accommodation at an extra expense. The property owner refuses to refund our money.

• Mike (6/5): Venice is delightful and inspiring. Be prepared to get lost in the maze of streets/canals! - Not applicable There was no kettle. Voices from adjoining property (possibly above) seemed intrusive. Instructions to find the property sent by the owner were in Italian. The Google translation led us on a long frustrating walk through many streets and Google Maps did not seem to work at all well. After an exhuasting hour reverted to the Booking.com map and found the property relatively quickly.

• Kasner (6/5): we were counting on the washing machine as we had been travelling for the past 3 weeks and that was important to our boo - great location when we tried to get the key there was no wifi and the woman only spoke Italian, therefore my phone couldn’t translate to English. I had found a nice young man and he spoke with her and after much arguing we were able to get the code for the lock box. the washing machine was held together with tape and wouldn’t work. It had a service light on and was to be fixed after our stay.

• Piotr (5/5): If you are looking for a perfect place to stay in Venice it's definately not it. But if comfort and cleanness is not - The location is amazing - right in the center of the Venice. The neighborhood is quiet as there is not a lot of tourists. It was really dark, old and badly maintained. The bed was narrow and uncomfortable. The cleanness wasn't great either.
• Ryan (1/5): Would not recommend, better accommodation out there - Would not recommend this to anyone, stayed here in August as we were backpacking and book this with intentions of cooking our own meals. When we arrived we were left sitting for 1 hour waiting on host to reply, when they did the place was horrendous. The place was covered in flies top to bottom and there were piles of these stuck to the walls especially at night right beside the bed. The bed was not comfortable as it was so low and was like a kids double as we could both bearly fit on it. The cooking utensils were dirty, cracked and chipped. The area overall we did not feel safe at night. WiFi didn’t work either and could not get much signal. This is highly overpriced for what is provided.

Working can provided after much complaining to the unhelpful hosts Disgusting cleanliness, used sanitary products found down the side of the drawers etc. Toilet and shower are face-to-face and when shower runs the toilet gets warm and produces an awful smell Damp is evident, which is probably causing smell
