• Heike (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt in guter Gegend - Super gelegen, um Neapel zu erkunden: Metrostation und 3 Funivias quasi ums Eck. Ruhig gelegen in einem Innenhof, jedenfalls unser Zimmer. Am Vanvitelli-Platz um die Ecke viele Cafes und Restaurants, eine gehobene Gegend. Das Fort St. Elmo mit grandiosem Blick über Neapel ist auch nahebei, ein guter Einstieg in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten angenehm und die Gastgeberin freundlch und jederzeit über Whatsapp zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Es ist schade, dass man garkeinen Ausblick hatte: unser Zimmer, im Erdgeschoss, hatte Milchglasfenster und ging bodenbündig auf die Einfahrt hinaus, also garnichts zu sehen. Aber wir waren nicht viel dort, Neapel bietet so viel...

Kvart je dobar i siguran čak i noću. Što se tiče sobe, opremljena je svim potrebnim sadržajima poput kuhala za vodu, minibara, sefa i televizije, a u zajedničkoj prostoriji se nalazi kuhinja s frižiderom i aparatom za kavu. Kreveti su jako udobni, te je soba prostrana. U sobu se svakodnevno ulazi na čišćenje i spremanje kreveta, što nas je ugodno iznenadilo. Doručak se poslužuje u obližnjoj slastičarnici gdje na raspolaganju imate jedan krosan i jedno piće po želji. Nema mogućnosti self check in-a.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore del Vomero, a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana e dalle funicolari, il che rende ogni zona di Napoli raggiungibile comodamente. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale alla Signora Agnes, sempre disponibile, cordiale e pronta a dare ottimi consigli. Consigliatissimo! Nota sulla connettività: All'interno della struttura il segnale telefonico (rete mobile) è debole, ma il problema non si pone minimamente perché è presente una connessione Wi-Fi eccellente e velocissima che funziona perfettamente in tutte le stanze. Siamo riusciti a navigare e lavorare senza alcun intoppo.

La struttura è situata nel Vomero, uno dei quartieri più chic della città, a pochi passi dalla funicolare e dalla fermata della metro Vanvitelli. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti raggiungerete Castel Sant'Elmo e uno dei belvederi più belli della città. A due minuti a piedi potrete trovare un grande supermercato. Ampia scelta di posti dove ristorarsi nella zona. Sig.ra Agnese molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha indicato anche alcuni luoghi dove poter mangiare. Camera ben riscaldata, ampia e nuovissima, oltre che molto pulita. Anche silenziosa. Presente anche una cucina in comune, con frigo, macchinetta del caffè e cialde già disponibili.

Beautiful neighbourhood, everything is nearby, super clean bedroom, modern shower, great service. Just couple of blocks from metro station and funicular station. Vomero Boulevard is nearby with lots of restaurantes and bars. Very safe area. Definitely will chose this again on my next trip to Napoli.

Also, we had washed some clothes and hung them to dry in the room, and they never would have dried if the housekeeper hadn't hung them to dry on the little private outdoor area. I am so thankful for that. Agnese directed us so well and helped us tremendously. Very accommodating.

This time, due to bad weather, I had to arrive quite a bit earlier than the normal check in. I contacted Maison Morghen to ask about an earlier check in possibility- they went over and above to accomodate me. Couldn't have been more pleased. Nothing to dislike at all.

Perfect place to visit Napoli. - The place is located in a very central area, well connected to all places through public transportation (metro Linea 1 and Funicolari). The area is lively and safe. There are several places to be visited at walking distance. The room is comfortable and new. The period of the stay was in low-season but the price was not that cheap.

• John (10/5): Tucked away in a quiet corner of a lovely hilltop neighborhood, this is a small gem of a place. - The location is a quiet corner in perhaps the loveliest neighborhood of Naples, the Vomero, and this contributed mightily to the pleasures of my stay. I loved going around the corner to the free breakfast at one of the best cafés on Pza. Vanvitelli. The small staff-- not on site, but available at the touch of a finger-- also made it easy to get in and out, especially at the end of the stay, when they held my bags while I had lunch with a friend. I have no reservations at all. Another sort of of visiter, who expects a breakfast in the room and a staff constantly on hand to help with every little thing-- that sort of visitor should look elsewhere.

• Jackie (10/5): A place where you need to be when visiting Naples - The location was close to all that you need while visiting Naples. 2mins to the supermarket, 3mins walk to the Metro, 15mins walk to Castel Sant' Elmo and a lot of restaurants to eat. The area is very quiet with it being a residential area. The B&B has all that you need. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Aircon is very cool and quite. The shower is one of the best thing we had and the espresso machine is heaven! Room service is being done everyday, to which the housekeeper does it whole heartedly. Agnese is an amazing host. She is very approacheable and always willing to go above and beyond-- advising us where it is best to go, taking into consideration the restaurant that served kid- friendly menu. We really enjoyed Naples because of the location of the B&B. We don't usually eat breakfast and when we have decided to give it a go on our 3rd day, it was with a shop called Cloud 9. The lady at the till was very grumpy and a bit impatient. Decided to have an afternoon snack so came back to Cloud 9 only to be told that it was at St. Honorè now due to previous maintenance work being done days before (only been informed on our 6th day). The downside was that a staff member asked my husband to go out and move as we are moving shops. I said to the staff at Cloud 9 that I don't mind paying if it wasnt possible to use the cards but he called out a staff at St. Honorè and then we moved. The pastries at St. Honorè was good and the coffee is very nice. This feedback is for the breakfast/snack arrangement with guests really.
• Ota (1/5): Do not pay in advance! - Unacceptable and very expensive accommodation without parking in the basement. Do not pay in advance for this accommodation. I wanted to cancel my booking approximately two months before arrival. The accommodation refused, often did not communicate with me. When I requested a change of dates, they drastically increased the price. I had an accident on the way, and even in this case, the accommodation showed no mercy and refused to refund my money. I travel to Italy every year for two months, but I have never encountered such behavior. It's clear that this accommodation only cares about money, not about satisfying guests. Only two out of four adults received a small prosecco, which we didn't understand either. The lady was somewhat confused and was not pleasant to us. Parking next to the house very expensive. You cannot leave your car on the street in this area. This accommodation, which is in the basement and the rooms are very small, does not correspond to the very high price.

Mrs Agnese is a great host and very cute, she welcomed us with an italian espresso. She explained us all things we should know for Naples and even walked us to the train station to explain us how it works and how to use it. She is a genuine host! The breakfast service offered can be improved.

The host is friendly and tried to help us with everything. Breakfast is in a bar, they have very tasy croissant and crostone. The view from the window is limited.

• Sijia (10/5): Clean, quiet, and comfortable room in a great location - The location was great - a few steps from Piazza Vanvitelli and the metro/funicular, but away from the tourist centers of Napoli. The room itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with new fixtures, and located in a building within a safe, gated compound. Also, you get breakfast vouchers for a nearby café in Piazza Vanvitelli, which gets you sweet or savory pastries and a drink. The room was a bit dark and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but we ended up getting a spare roll from our travel companion, who had the room next door.

The breakfast which was included (available at a BAR only 3 minutes away) was delicious with a massive variety of fresh pastries. we also loved the Coffee machine in the kitchen which was very easy to use and the coffee tasted really good. The facilities are excellent and the place is kept spotlessly clean. You can use the kitchen to make your own breakfast and/or meals, but the facility to get a free breakfast or snack in one of the local cafes is a very welcome treat! The rooms themselves are soundproof from the other residents but there was some occasional noise from above - difficult to avoid in an apartment block.

The staff, amazing could not praise them more, they were so very helpful, even allowed us to leave our luggage there on the last day so we could explore more, they helped us with suggestions on where to go etc and were so welcoming and accommodating.
