I hope they sort the rats in the roof so no further guests have to put up wi - Nothing it was fallen apart inside The fact that we couldn’t sleep at night because there was crawling rat in the cavity walls and on the ceiling kept us awake all night we left the next morning. The owner wasn’t responding to our communication and hasn’t yet refunded me for the inconvenience. Despite that it was clean and tidy however the hot water runs absolutely scolding hot or cold. There is no happy medium the place is like Fawlty Towers.
• Tomas (4/5): Bad location wrong description - It’s called Exclusive lakeside apartment 😀 It’s not exclusive and it’s not in lakeside but in Grays 😅 It’s not an apartment but it’s a shed at the back of the garden…gate are locked by pad lock You cannot open windows at the bedroom Overall it’s disappointing

• Sophie (10/5): Lovely Comfortable Apartment in Grays - Lovely appertment, spotless clean with everything you could need for cooking cleaning ect. Free WiFi and smart tv with plenty of apps uploaded and ready to use was a massive bonus.

• Angelica (1/5): The shower doesn't work - The flat was clean. One window was broken and would not close completely, making the flat cold. The shower was not working properly: the temperature wouldn't stay stable and kept changing from freezing cold to boiling hot every 15 seconds, so it was impossible to take a shower. Also the tap in the kitchen did not have hot water. They call the flat "exclusive" and "luxury" but I think this only creates high expectations while in reality the place is basic and small, full of paper notes stating what you cannot do. Also, when they say there is parking they mean in the street.

• Alastair (7/5): Pleasant stay. Ok not a 10, and no lake in sight. - The apartment was well equipped and clean. Everything functioned correctly. Bathroom and shower ok. Kitchen, fridge, Microware, oven and utensils ok. Bed comfortable. Towel was hidden in the wardrobe not on the bed or in the bathroom. The plumbing has a weird humming noise during the night. Found that it was the water heater under the sink in the bathroom. This property is not a 10 as listed and there is no lake in sight. Parking is on public streets. Light switches and positioning of items is weird.
