• Gergo (7/5): Nice and modern apartment, but prepare to park on public streets. - The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has modern, new-looking facilities. We liked the kitchen area, the fridge was a usefuly bonus. The bathroom looks very nice, and the hot water pressure (a bit of a pet peeve of mine) was very good. I'm an old fashioned guy, I missed the human touch. The entry is fully automated and you only get a code to enter. Also, I booked the property filtering on properties with a parking spot, but it turns out there's no parking belonging to this property; you can park on the streets nearby or in a public parking garage. This meant that despite my original plans, we had to haul all of our luggage into the room for a 1 night stay.

• Анастасія (9/5): Comfortable and clean - Very nice place, comfortable and the location is perfect for short visits (it’s right next to railway station). Clean and has everything that you need for a stay. There is a kitchen on the floor, you got your pin on your phone so you don’t need to arrange the time of checking in and out. Maybe it will be nice to have other scent of shower gel - the current one has very strong masculine scent. Otherwise everything is great!

• Koudelová (10/5): - Přijela jsem sice jen na jednu noc,ale z ubytování jsem byla velmi mile překvapená. Pokoj krásný, vše čisté,nejen pokoj, ale i společný prostor s kuchyňkou. Ubytování je hezké, stejně jako na fotkách.Ubytování je bez recepce, ale všechno skvěle a rychle fungovalo, bez problémů. Nemám co vytknout.

• Annett (10/5): Super Lage, gerne wieder - Super Lage mit einem leckeren Inder vor der Tür, einem Konzum, Bäcker, Späti etc. Tolles, geräumiges, sehr sauberes Zimmer, mega gutes Bett. Alles was man braucht. Da gibt es nichts 🙃

• Vasilena (10/5): - Comfortable accommodation, super easy automated check-in, spacious bathroom, all perfectly clean. Will stay again when travelling by. The owners of this place are doing a very good business in what seems like not-so-easy conditions. Surroundings can be a bit dodgy at night due to the location, even though it is very convenient. The town seems to have a somewhat troubled history and a bit of a gloomy post-communist feel. Against that backdrop, a few great accommodations and restaurants are doing an absolutely fantastic job. This is one of them.

• FABRICE (10/5): endroit idéal pour séjourner à Ústí - 5 mns à pied depuis la gare centrale. Très facile à trouver. Très grande chambre. Propreté impeccable

• Alena (9/5): Čisté a pěkné ubytování v centru - Ubytování v podstatě v centru, blízko hlavního nádraží. Check in umožněn i pozdě večer, proběhl bez obsluhy. Odhlučnění podkrovního pokoje zřejmě není dobré, byly slyšet i kroky hostů.

• Petr (8/5): Nice and cozy space with no staff (you will get the instruction to enter the property via email). - I enjoyed the location (very city centre) and the spacious bathroom. The owner let us park our bikes inside the hall (there was no special bike storage room). The heating was not working even though it was below 10 °C at night. The reception software sent tens of emails before and after the check-in.

• Elisaveta (1/5): I do not recommend this place at all. - The only positive was the automated entry and exit system 11 AM, a cleaner barged into my room without knocking and started yelling that check-out was at 10. At that moment, I was on an important business call with my headphones on, and all my things were already packed. I immediately left the room and moved to the shared kitchen on the second floor to finish the call — but the same cleaner followed me and rudely kept shouting at me to leave the hotel. Then, downstairs, I was confronted by another woman (older), who also started yelling and demanded I pay €12 for an “overstay.” She physically pushed me and blocked the exit, refusing to let me leave the building. All of this happened while I was still on my business call, reporting quarterly results. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable — aggressive, disrespectful, and invasive. Otherwise, I do not recommend this place at all.

• Arne (8/5): Verhältnismäßig preiswerte und angenehme Übernachtung. - Ziemlich frisch renovierte Pension in idealer Lage zum Bahnhof (3 min. Gehzeit) und zum Stadtzentrums mit großem Marktplatz (5 min. Gehzeit). Sehr gutes Bett, geräumiges und sehr sauberes Bad, perfektes WLAN. Gut eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsküche. Einchecken mit Passwort gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hatte ein strassenseitiges Zimmer - Strassenverkehr teilweise nachts recht laut. Schreibtisch zwar vorhanden, aber sehr schmal und ohne Beleuchtung / Schreibtischlampe fehlt.

• Gary (9/5): Could have been a 10. Will use ofter when I am in the area. - What is there not too like. Next to a bar, 2 mins walk to the railway station and above an Indian Restarant. Note Indian closed on Mondays. All clean and tidy. Modern. Needs a glass mirror at the sink and not behind your back! The room is a tad small. Therefore, there is no room for a sofa, which would have been relaxing in the evening. If you like your tv, there isn't one... oh, please sort out the automatic lights in the shared kitchen. Waving my hands every 3 seconds slowly grated on me....

• Kamil (3/5): - - host was communicative, despite the answers, what all is not working - appartement was clean - bit colder in the evening and night. When we asked about heating, host purely replied, that it is set on "summer mode", so in other words "help yourself with a jumper" :) - new aircon in the room. When we asked, if it's working > reply: it is brand new and not installed yet - TV in a room. When we asked about the Czech channels as we were not able to find them > reply: "TV just switched from O2 TV to OnePlay and it is not installed" - shared kitchen for several appartement > for shared kitchen you would expect a bit more cups for coffee than 4, the same for plates etc. - no place for bikes. If you ride the Labska bike path, be prepared, that there is a problem with bike storage - appartement is right in the Usti centre, so be prepared to do your shopping during the day, the environment is a bit dangerous - not to forget: you are supposed to check out before 10am. The cleaner was sitting in a chair in front of the door since 9am looking directly at the door for like 30 minutes to show us, how late we are :) very uncomfortable to even go to the shared kitchen and clean few cups. We left the appartement before 10am as expected

• Jörg-Ingo (9/5): - Zentrale Lage (keine 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, mitten in der zentralen Einkaufsmeile), die Dachzimmer nach hinten raus sehr ruhig, sehr komfortabel, ein neues gutes indisches Restaurant direkt nebendran. Check-in übers Web und mit Schließcode ist etwas unpersönlich, hat bei mir aber anstandslos funktioniert.

• Tomáš (9/5): Skvělé umístění i vybavení - Skvělé umístění blízko "centra" a hlavního nádraží. Moderně zařízený. Bez klíčů, odemykání pouze kódem. Ostatní ubytovaní se tedy nemusí přizpůsobovat tomu, kdo má klíč. Blízko zastávek veřejné dopravy. Pěkný výhled na ulici a projíždějící veřejnou dopravu. Vybavená společná kuchyňka s lednicí v patře. Postel, na které se dá vyspat. Mám rád tvrdší matrace. Většina ubytování je má měkké, na takových se mi blbě spí. Jediné mínus je, že jde slyšet hluk z chodby. První noc mě někdo brzy ráno vzbudil pravidelným klepáním.

Upratovacie služby TOP hlavne práca pani upratovačky, ktorá sa o čistotu penzióna stará. Je to veľmi príjemná pani, milá a ústretová. Ďakujeme za pekný pobyt. Vrelo odporúčam.

• Alexej (9/5): Modernisierte angenehme Pension!!! - Pension liegt sehr Zentral in Ústí , mit zahlreichen traditionellen Restaurants. Ich habe auf Durchreise eine Übernachtung (2 Zimmer für zwei Personen.) gebucht online und würde nach Erfahrung gerne wieder buchen. Rezeption gibt es nicht, man erhält online App Zugangsdaten, Code und Tür öffnen geht über pers. Smartphone. Simpel und einfach. Das Haus Korida ist von innen komplett neu Saniert, super große bequeme Badezimmer, Ideal eingerichtet, sehr sauber gehalten und bequeme Betten. Beide Zimmer in unterschiedlichen großen waren in 1A Zustand. Wasserflasche, Tee/ Kaffe steht zur Verfügung, so wie im Flur auf beiden Ebenen Gemeinschaftsküchen, mit Top Ausstattung und wieder alles sauber, sogar Salz, Pfeffern, Zucker da zur Nutzung 🙏👌. Anbieter Bilder stimmen voll überein. Gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung! Parken ist etwas komplizierter, da zentrale Lage. Aber wer sucht der findet.

• james (8/5): Great little place to stay, clean and comfy. Much better than the Clarion Hotel which is in Usti. - Very clean apartment and building. Beds were very comfy, and all the family were very surprised at how nice it was considering Usti Nad Labem is not the most glamorous town. Don't actually have any negative comments for this place.
