• Sergey (10/5): - The apartment is conveniently located, close to two large supermarkets and a shopping center. Despite being a busy area, it's quite quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping at night with the balcony open. I especially want to mention the cleanliness. It's rare to find this in rental apartments: dishes, bed linens, and towels are spotless. The kitchen has well-equipped appliances from reputable manufacturers, and everything works. The furniture is comfortable and fairly new, mostly from IKEA. There are plenty of extra touches, like sunbeds on the balcony, beach chairs and towels.
• Maria (8/5): - La casa estaba muy bien cuidada, y con muchas cosillas que hacen la diferencia,.como sal, cafe, aceite, etc. Si se viaja en coche la ubicación es muy mala. Es imposible aparcar. Durante los 4 dias aparcamos en un descampado ( el unico sitio que hay en todo Puerto de la Cruz) que estaba a 20 minutos. Creo que deberian ofrecer una plaza de parking con el apartamento.

• Annett (8/5): kleines, modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt - Die zentrale Lage des Apartments hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Keine 5 Minuten zur Promenade und zur Playa Martianez. Der Gastgeber war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist sehr neu renoviert, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir 2 Wochen dort und haben sehr viel in der kleinen Küche gekocht. Ein rundherum gelungene Aufenthalt. Nichts. Alles war gut!

• Sergey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything in the apartment is well thought out for the most comfortable stay, everything is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of supermarkets, the beaches in the city center and Lago Martianez.
• Vic (8/5): Comfortable - Location and availability of everything inside and outside the apartment. While booking I send an email to the owner to inform about the times and hours of sunshine on his beautiful Terras. He replied that in November en December sun was shining on his Terras from 12h until 18h. In reality a small part of the terras was sunny from 14h until 16h.
• Julie (10/5): Our stay was EXCELLENT & met all our needs. - Perfect location. Exceptionally clean & extremely well equipped containing everything required. Everything in as new condition. Nothing it was all superb !! A small suggestion would be for an English speaking television channel would have been very much appreciated.
• David (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is comfortable & recently reformed with new IKEA furniture throughout. Electrical items are in good condition. Air con works well. Nice terrace with loungers. Kitchen is very small in the entry hall but fuctional. This is not 4**** as described in publicity. Fotos give image of a big new apartment in a modern aparthotel complex. The reality is that this is a reformed hotel room in very old hotel from the 1980s.
• Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional - The location is just perfect!The apartament is fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Everything is perfect!
• Jake (9/5): All in all, perfect property and excellent host! - Property was ideally located, right in the middle of tons of restaurants, bars and beaches!! The property had a spacious balcony, which had plenty of sunshine throughout the day, this was perfect to chill at if you didn’t fancy going to the various beaches or pools. The property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. On one of the days we stayed, I managed to lock myself out of the property. I contacted the owner and he drove out late evening a long way from his home to let us back in the property very quickly!! Nothing majorly bad to say, only things we missed were not having a mirror in the room and a kettle!
• Filip (10/5): Would definitely come back. - From reception, to the location and cleanliness, the property is a place we would love to come back to. Everything was new, or in pristine condition. I have no negative words to say.
