• Tomas (9/5): Family stay with a baby - - property was tidy - kitchen had lots of cutlery and appliances - replies from staff were quick and interaction was very friendly - nice location that is convenient and also quiet at night - floors were a bit dirty so slippers would be appreciated - the bathroom looked a bit bigger on the pictures but it was still nice and clean - check in process was a bit lengthy despite the fact that we filled in everything beforehand online, we had to confirm all information again on the spot through a tablet and take pictures and video of all guests staying over on said tablet

Apt 101 ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Fenster geehrte zur Straße. Nachts stehen draußen Leute und diskutieren. Das andere Fenster geht tut den Nülltonnen wo ab 6.00 Uhr morgens der Müll entsorgt wird und es echt laut ist. Die Temperatur der Dusche kann nicht verstellt werden. Der Schalter klemmt. Das Wasser ist so heiß, dass man nicht duschen kann. Später haben wir die Temperatur des zentralen Durchlauferhitzers in der Küche niedriger gestellt. Dann war es etwas besser.

• Boontiwa (10/5): A pleasant day in an all in one convenient studio - It is value for money given Tokyo price. The room is spacious and is very good for a couple. It has everything that we need. I think the position of the lamp above the dining table has to be fixed. It is too low. My husband keep hitting his head on it. And the pillows need to be more firm and perhaps have more options of pillows.

Wifi was good, I was able to sleep well because it was quiet. It was comfortable, just like the picture. There were no slippers. My socks get dirty easily. The TV doesn't have YouTube. The air conditioner was only blowing near the bed, so the kitchen and other areas were cold. At first the bathroom had a bad smell.
• Thai Thanh (3/5): Horrible lock issues and requested partial refunds - Location and quietness room good cleaness Batery-run lock on the door malfuctioned. First, I was assigned to room 201, the lock crazily malfunctioned with some alarming red light and refused to open the door even though we pressed the given pass code and it was still good the day before. The staff man who happened to be there frantically fetched the physical key and changed the bateries. But it was no, use. I was then given the physical key to open the door and stay in room 201 for 1 night. . Upon my request, they assigned us to room 204 and we had to transfer to this room, Yet the pass code of 204 room seemed OK and we just close the door and enjoyed this high-priced room. however, the next day when I shut the door to go out for business, it came to me that the door could self-open without pressing code. We called and and made video of the malfunctioning the clock to send to remote staff again. When. I met the staff at 18:00 pm, he checked the lock, the door of the room 204 and he decided that we should move back to the room 204 and use the physical key again. We experienced horrible situations: not being able to open the door, or left the door open all the time, and move our belongings back and forth between room 201 and 204 during our 5-night stay. We frantically called staff who worked in shift so we had to explain again and again. I had to cut short my business, changed time with my business partners and bore tons of spirit and economic losses bucause of these scary situations the we suffererd from Roppongi Place. We request that Roppongi Place management have to partially refund to make up for the losses we sufferred. We leave it to you to decide the appropriate compensation number.

• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful discovery and it will be our home whenever in Tokyo. - Loved the location and layout of the apartment; spacious and comfortable with all the facilities needed (a/c, microwave, tv, wash machine, separate wash area from toilet room…), and a balcony where we had morning coffee and evening sake to birdsong. Lots of take/out places nearby and the Roppongi subway stop 4 minutes walk! Heaven…. The appliance instructions were not for the actual appliances so we had to use Google Translate for the a/c controls, washer instructions, etc. but the most surprising was the kitchen dish shortage when the apartment was for 6 people. There were only 3 cups, 4 glasses, 1 table knife! And one of the kitchen cabinet doors is broken so it didn’t open properly so you had to squeeze plates through one at a time. Good thing we are adept at chopsticks but the glass and cup shortage meant constant washing. Small snags in an otherwise great venue and we will definitely return.

• Li (10/5): Perfect - Roppongi Place is in a fantastic location. After a long day of sightseeing, it's only a three-minute walk from the subway station. It's so comfortable and clean, and I love the interior design. Although this apartment is located in the bustling and lively Roppongi , it's tucked away in a quiet alley, it's very peaceful and bright.

Easy for sightseeing and easy if you want to party/enjoy the nightlife in Roppongi. No small rack to hang towels.

• Chi (8/5): A cozy little place with a tight toilet - Very cozy and like living at home. I saw some reviews mentioning about the check in process but all I have to say is if you follow the instructions sent to you after booking it's literally like scan your passport and get room number and code. The TV did not work, it turned on but didn't receive anything, would have loved to have some background noise. And the toilet, didn't expect this kind of issue. I'm 179 cm and the toilet is certainly accommodating for the height it's just that the toilet seat is positioning so close to the wall, or rather the room is so compact, it's very awkward and difficult to bend down to sit.

The apartment was very damp and freezing when I arrived. I think it is more of a summer rental rather than winter.It warmed up after 3 days of contact heating.
• Ratih (8/5): Strategic location, sparkly clean room. - The property is in central area in Roppongi, but very quiet and tranquil. Very close to Roppongi & Nogizaka MRT. These 2 stations can practically bring you anywhere. Room was sparkly clean. Amenities was pretty complete. Mini kitchen was very functional. My room has dining and sitting area as well. WiFi worked greatly. The downside of my room was, while they have a washing machine inside the room, they have no dryer. There was no clothes line/rack to hang your damp laundry. They have no dryer function as well in the bathroom. You have to walk a bit to use coin laundry machine near the apt.

The air conditioner was working, but it was just not enough to keep the room warm enough. Unless we were right under the air conditioner, we couldn’t take off our jacket. Maybe other rooms aren’t like this and in other seasons, it would be fine.

• Gerd (8/5): Very good - Location is very good next to Roppongi Station in a qiuiet and narrow little street.The apartment was cozy and well fitted. Everything you need including washing machine, iron and some kitchenware. Comfortable bed. What I didn't like at all was that all the windows are 'blind' . You can't look through. That makes you feel like in a prison and you don't even know how the weather is. The appliances including air condition have japanese displays only. You never know which button to push.
• Donya (4/5): Poor WiFi in Residence - The room is a decent size for luggage and check-in was an easy process. The wifi was incredibly poor, we had to rely on our esims to go on the internet. There is also no safe in the property and so we felt concerned for our items. It was quite loud outside with building work in the early morning and people walking around at night. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper.

• Melissa (4/5): Disappointing - The WiFI connection was poor and didn't work for a huge portion of our stay. The check in process was also disappointing, we had already done the check in process online remotely, but had to redo the application process once at the property. The ipad used to check in was also extremely slow and lagging – it would frequently freeze and reboot itself and was forced to redo the check in process six times. There was no number or email provided to get help on this either.
• Hwa-nim (6/5): nice location with room for improvement - really good location. i chose the roppongi place because it's just a 3 minutes walk away from the national gallery and the roppongi metro station and convenient stores. the decoration of the apartment is nice and follows a simple style. the floor is very clean and most of the facilities are well organised i completed the guest information two days ahead of our arrival, where it's clearly said that we are two people. and still there was only one bath towel, which has hair on it from previous guests. the only existing bath towel was not usable. by contacting the landlord/staff asking for two bath towels they only replied that they would bring them later, which was actually in the early evening of the next day, when we returned to the apartment. the sliding door of the bathroom has no security stopper. my finger got squeezed in it and is still not healed till now. also the small furniture beside the bed has some sharp edges. when accidentally stepping on it, the feet get hurt easily. the room in general looks clean on the first sight. however the sheets are not clean, small hair on the sheets and pillows could be found easily. there is no possibility to dry the laundry, unless i read the house rules and manuals, there is no such things as described. i guess it's only missing in our apartment.

• Haley (10/5): Very happy with our choice, would stay again - One bedroom apartment was perfect for us. The spaciousness made it easy to unpack and pack again and stay comfortably for 5 nights. Everything was clean and nicely decorated, bed was super comfy and room temp was nice. The shower and tub felt great, and best yet the sink was separate from the toilet, so access wasn't blocked off to the sink while someone was using the toilet. Location is great...very close to 1 metro station and just a few minutes more to another, made it easy to get around...area is quiet with some great restaurants nearby. I was happy with what we paid and I'd stay here again in a second. Nothing

• Lam (6/5): If you don’t mind the nitpick and strict rules that don’t bother you, overall it’s not bad. To compare to small hotels i - Location was great. Blue bottle cafe right outside and few other small restaurant/bar. Train station right at Tokyo midtown mall which is across the road less then 5mins walk. Upscale shops, supermarket, convenient stores, pharmacy & restaurants in the mall. No parking lots as it’s in the alley street of houses. Cozy but spacious. Kitchenette is equipped, fridge , towels, shower gel provided. There are units on the first floor. My room was first floor other then trash truck passing by in the morning that’s only few mins of music, I was unaware and disturbed by what seems like a routine officer checking the fire detector my units. Fortunately they show their pass n there’s a female officer as well. It would be nice if the owner have a heads up. Also I arrived half an hour early, thinking most accomodation would buffer half an hour. But the self check in iPad was very on time. Strictly on the dot on check in time not even 1min early. The owner is very diligent to make sure if you ask for early check in / late check out even half an hour to pay extra. 10mins before check out time there are cleaners knocking away on all the units inform you they r coming to clean. Felt like an army camp.

• Mohsin (10/5): Great place to stay! - This gem is on a quiet street, walking distance from Roppongi station. I booked it instead of a hotel and it turned out to be a great alternate - What we got was private rooms with private balconies + common area (kitchen & living room) + a walk out terrace which was relatively big. Had everything we required: AC, kitchen, cleaning material and detergents, laundry machine, toiletries & iron. Bathroom & toilet are detached from each other which was great! Checkin process is pretty much contact-less, something I am getting used to. We were totally impressed by the space. TV could be upgraded to SMART tv. It would be nice to have some tea and coffee items (at least for the 1st day). Would be great if there was luggage storage service offered.

Comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. Checkin was super easy via the IPad at the front door. Floor was dirty when we arrived and we had to vacuum. Bit of a mouldy smell in the building. Instructions to tv/digital box and washing machine would have been great! No room to hang washed clothes apart from a small hanger in the wardrobe.

• Georgi (8/5): Great place in the heart of Roppongi. It’s cosy and comfortable. - It’s located on a very quiet street in the heart of the Roppongi district which is really nice. The apartment was clean and cosy. The window was really weird. Its glass couldn’t be entirely closed and during the night there was cold air coming in.
• Rebecca (6/5): nice location, spatious - host was unknown but reception was a video call through iPad with a lady who checked our documents. a bit bureaucratic form but worked well. the apartment is spacious, it was clean and had good location and pleasant street and surroundings. roppongi is a central area, easy to access chyoda line to shibuya and major other places. i feel the pictures are overselling the apartment. no charming plants of fluffy pillows. the living room sofa is too old, and the glass central table, with edgy corners, lead to my husband hurting his leg badly. the dinner table is unstable for having a proper meal. the balcony could have more charm. The most disappointing factor was that we were not informed of the lack of elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor by stairs. two good size bedrooms and one small, but proper, it would be a good feature to offer more than one pillow per person.

I would book again. - Like all accommodation we stayed at in Japan, it was compact, but nonetheless was comfortable and very clean. Big selling point for me was location. Roppongi seemed fairly lively as a location, however, the accommodation was in a very quiet residential street. Easy reach of a couple of metro stations, as well as local attractions e.g. National Art Centre and Tokyo Tower. Aircon unit could have been a little quieter.
• Alfrence (10/5): Like a home away from home - The place is on a quiet street, easy to get to from the station. Very comfy bed and spacious. Great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes.
• Mae (8/5): Very good - Comfortable unit. Don't expect any help as it's not a staffed facility. Check in was smooth. Location was convenient from Roppongi. Lots of food options around. Quiet location. Bed was comfortable. Good laundry. The room windows are all frosted. So can't see through. Not a pro or con just mentioning for future guest consideration : Not a staffed location. You get to the door and check in process via a device. If you need something delivered you will need to wait
• Adel (10/5): Comfy studio apartment in a great location - Location, cleanliness, WIFI, easy to access a bit expensive, Pillow was not comfy enough
• Karina (9/5): Well maintained apartment style accommodation, good for multiple night stay. - Simple check in procedure, safe building, great location, good facilities. I will stay here again. I had some problem with the entrance door code, it was my my own error but it took some time to resolve and I couldn't find a support number to call when I was stuck.
• Jane (8/5): Highly recommend Rappongi Place- do not hesitate to book. - The location couldn’t be better! The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Easy check in, very modern, clean and spacious, all we needed for our stay. Loved the extra touches of pillows and rug for sitting on balcony plus the deck chair. Lots of little excellent traditional restaurants in alleyways nearby with outstanding food and good prices. The subway is approx a 3 min easy walk, as is the art gallery. We loved the property, after 5 days here it began to feel like home. A few suggestions though: - We could not find a sharp cutting knife to prepare food. - There should be instructions on how to open the cupboard containing the crockery. We nearly broke the cupboard trying to open it, only to discover a button underneath that electronically drops the cupboard down to open. - I think tea towels must be a western item, none of the dwellings we rented in Japan provided tea towels to dry dishes. Perhaps this may be something for property owners to consider providing as the majority of renters will be expecting to find them. - Rubbish ‘bins’ could be labeled for plastics, paper, food items.

• Wonhee (10/5): Ideal place for single or couple travelers - you couldn't ask for more, at a very reasonable price! - Location in the heart of Roppongi was very convenient but it was also quiet being on a narrow backstreet. It's very close to Tokyo Midtown Roppongi and National Art Center Tokyo. Also, there is a Bluebottle literally a minute walk away! Facilities are clean and convenient with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable double bed and large wardrobe. The only thing I would mention is the self-checkin process as I found the passport scanning function quite fiddly. However, this is a very small and minor inconvenience and perhaps due to my unfamiliarity with the tablet used.
