The location was just perfect to catch the early flight ✈️ from Marconi Airport (10min by car). The host’s recommendations were very helpful and so much appreciated. We only spent the night so there was nothing we didn’t like.

She provided everything to make our stay enjoyable (a assortment of teas, many clean towels, etc). Perfect location for those arriving at Bologna airport. I would gladly return next time I am in Bologna.
• Özgür (10/5): The best host.. - We felt ourselves as if we were at our own apartment. Everything was well considered for a 4-people-family. The apartment is warm, cosy and peaceful. You can find even some board games for your kids. There is a lot of original furniture and stuff also. The warm and helpful approach of the host, Anna, was pleasing. Not bad but maybe, the water heater system can be enhanced. That's all.

One of the few places where one feels "welcome into a home", rather than "here's where you'll spend the night". Would definitely go back!!

• Radoslaw (10/5): Good value for money, clean and spacious - Well designed apartment. Clean and spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, good size and comfortable beds. Our son loved the dinosaur toys left for him to play. Clear instructions from the host. Bus stop and supermarket a few minutes away. Towels could have been a better quality but fine for a short stay.

• Kristina (10/5): Take this apartment, you won't be sorry! - Perfectly clean, spacious and furnished apartment with everything you could wish for! I don't think there is a thing/device that you could miss. Detergents, salt, sugar, kitchen towels, soap, toilet paper... everything you could remember and more! Location 10 minutes by car to the center of Bologna. The apartment is located on the ground floor, free parking right in front of the building. Peace and quiet. Everything was just perfect!

I loved the decoration and that everything was exceptionally in order and organised. It had all the amenities you might need . It not very close from Bologna’s Center so you almost definitely need a car .

Host was easy to communicate with and assisted with instructions for the washing machine. Checking in and out was easy. We were able to prepare simple meals during our stay. We had a comfortable stay and slept well. We were able to find parking on the street near the building. The apartment was a good base for our visit to Bologna and surrounding areas. • Amber (9/5): Superb - The host was very helpful and accommodating. It was a very nice apartment with nice sized rooms. There are 2 things you should know if you rent this apartment. It has no air conditioning. We were there when it was 98 degrees and all the room had was a small fan. we spent 2 very miserable nights because it was so hot. The 2nd thing is that this is not in close proximity to the city center or anything else. There is a bus stop close by and once you figure out the bus system it will get you where you need to go

The owner very kindly stored three bike boxes in the garage, until our return two weeks later, even though, at time of booking, not surprisingly the accommodation was fully booked. We corresponded to arrange collection of the boxes, as needed to stay somewhere else for the night before our flight home to UK Could not of been easier. Highly recommended, Bologna is such an amazing city and the accommodation excellent. We will be back. Thank you for your kindness and an amazing stay :) Nothing, everything was perfect :)

• Andrea (9/5): Clean and stylish apartment close to Bologna airport - We stayed in the apartment just for a night to catch an early flight in the morning from Bologna airport. The apartment was stylish and had a very cool interior. Next morning we all commented how comfortable the pillows and mattress were. As we stayed in the apartment for a very short time, we didn't have a chance to explore surroundings other than a cozy local pizzeria were we had the best pizza we had had on our Italy trip so far. In conclusion, a very clean and lovely apartment which has everything you need!

With a lot of beautiful accessories around the house.So sad we did not book for more days. Definitely recommended The morning was a bit noisy from a construction site in the building.

• Jaqueline (9/5): Homey and fun with all the necessities. - We chose this property for its close proximity to the airport and for the number of beds and rooms. Turns out it more than just that: it’s a cosy, artful and homey space that we wished we could have stayed in much longer. The property owner was so easy to communicate with and so helpful. We were provided with water and little snacks which was much appreciated after a long journey. The kitchen was well stocked with oil, salt, pots and pans. We were really impressed with the large collection of dishes and coffee paraphernalia - too bad we weren’t there long enough to try them all out! Lots of windows and plants through the space made it feel more like a home instead of a just a hotel stay. Despite being located close to a busy road, it was very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Like most of the homes we have stayed in Italy, the floors are concrete and tile, so it may be a good idea to bring your own non-slip slippers or socks. One of our littles took a spill coming around the corner. speaking of littles: there were paper and markers available in the desk which they LOVED and proceeded to draw for hours on. So thoughtful of the owners. That we didn’t stay longer ☺️ It’s the only reason I didn’t give it 9 stars!
