- Kumar (1/5): Disappointing Experience at Achyutam Homes - Only the concept of staying in a home away from home Despite informing the staff about our short family stay, we encountered inefficient service and a lack of concern from the team. The wifi was not working and the staff did nothing to get it sorted and just gave lame issues. We had asked for a simple dinner for our family but that was so poorly made that it was inedible It seemed like the staff was only interested in collecting payment, as their attitude changed drastically after we settled our bill. When we needed assistance with an early checkout at 5 am, no one was available to help. Our calls went unanswered, and the security staff refused to accept our property keys. To make matters worse, the staff started calling us repeatedly after 12 pm, speaking rudely and demanding the return of the keys. This experience left a sour taste, and we would not recommend Achyutam Homes to others. *Rating:* 1/5 stars (if there was negative rating that would have been given) *Tips for Improvement:* - Improve staff training to ensure efficient and courteous service. - Ensure that staff is available to assist guests during early checkout hours. - Review and refine the checkout process to avoid confusion and frustration.

- Somnath (7/5): Ok stay near to Lulu Mall - Great location. Very near to Lulu Mall which was convenient. Not in any congested place. Good security as it is in a gated flat complex with security. Spacious flat. The property was not cleaned when we entered. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, multiple old newspapers, clothes on the cupboard etc. The owner with all good intention has kept a maid who comes everyday in the morning. But probably she only sweeps the house and does not think she needs to do anything else. She has to be trained to remove leftover items. We also had issue with hot water.

- Mohit (9/5): Superb - The location is within a gated society and is an apartment. Security is not an issue. Caretaker was available at the property before arrival and helped in transportation of luggage inside the apartment. Pets are also welcome in the apartment. Apartment was good and spacious. Welcome kit was provided. All necessary equipment in kitchen were available and all appliances were working. There is problem of power outage in the society or maybe something was faulty at that day. Owner told me that there was an issue with DG set and was resolved.

- Kunwar (10/5): Exceptional - I have travelled through out India but I have never come across such a host who is always there for a guest on one call at what ever time you call him. The facilities that he has give is unbetable at 5his price. The cleaning staffs, the cook and the helper boy a really good. I can say only one thing he has given as 5 star like hotel treatment. I personally recommend you to stay in this place if you are in Lucknow you will really love it. The location is mind blowing lulu mall medanta everything is close by.

Rooms were neat and clean ,and the in house food was so yummy It was very far from the centre also the construction noise were so loud and it was coming from the next tower only. Milk powder should be provided to make tea. 3.On morning 6AM ,I have to leave for next trip but caretaker taken much time to collect the keys as there is no option to submit keys before arrival of caretaker at 7AM. 4. Water bottle should be provided along with meal.

Lush green view from the apartment. For the shopping experience the LULU MALL is at hardly any distance. I would recommend my friends to experience the stay instead of wasting money for the not highly required luxurious ambience of a Hotel, whenever they are in Lucknow Hygienic place, good & secured society. The owner has provided all the help.at the finger tip .the have a care taker named golu who is always available for the food or any things needed at the place .I.have been traveling many places across country .I must say I rate them 10 out of 10 . A must Stay if ur in lucknow . The food was awesome and on demand. I guess the cook chotu is cooking nice homely food. I loved the stay .I will recommend all my friends and family .it was a home far from home .

Had very nice sofa and very good view from balcony. Owner was very helpful and always available over call to help. Would like to stay again in future whenever we plan for Lucknow trip. Ola and uber was available but sometimes had to wait a bit. Rest everything was very comfortable.
