• Miriam Gabriela (10/5): Lugar perfecto para descubrir Napoles y alrededores - Este apartamento se merece 1000 de puntaje, no 10!!! Ubicación: está a 50 mts. saliendo por el lateral de la estación Napoli Centrale, desde ese punto se toman los trenes y buses a cualquier zona cercana. En las inmediaciones hay varios supermercados, mercados locales, verdulerías, pastelerías y pizzerías. No es inseguro, es sobre calle tranquilísima y de noche se puede andar perfectamente. Confort: Tiene todo! Baño completo, cocina equipada con lo que necesites para cocinar, lavarropas, tender, closet, calentador de agua, cafetera, etc. La cama es comodísima, al igual que las almohadas. La presión de la ducha es magnífica y agua caliente sin intermitencias. Está en un primer piso y hay ascensor, aunque la escalera es muy llevadera para ir y venir. Las ventanas de departamento que me tocó dan a un patio interno de varios edificios, y he dormido con las ventanas abiertas y no se escuchan ruidos exagerados y, en tal caso, si te molestara alguno, al cerrar las ventanas aisla perfecto. Anfitriones: Rafelle es tan amable y atento que cerró perfecta esta estadía maravillosa. Napoles es hermosa, la subestiman porque es un poco alocada, pero ahí está su magia. No tengo dudas que voy a volver a visitar esta ciudad y sus alrededores; y voy a volver a este alojamiento que me hizo sentir en casa ❤️ PD: las fotos publicadas no mienten Todo me gustó
• Christine (10/5): Lovely apartment close to the train station. - The apartment was lovely and very spacious. It had everything we needed and was a short walk from the train station. Our host was wonderful! He let us check in early and offered suggestions for meals etc. We were worried about getting to the airport the next day due to a transport strike but our host offered to drive us there himself for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Mie (5/5): 入るまでが困難 - 駅から近いところ 到着時間を23時30分と連絡していたのにオーナーと連絡がつかず、中に入れない。 同じビルの方にエントランスまで入れてもらうが、何度もメールするがオーナーがでない。だいぶ待ってやっと現れた。 真夜中に外で待つのはとても危険で信じられない。
• Martine (9/5): Nous avons découvert la gentillesse des napolitains et la beauté de son histoire. - Idéalement placé, à côté de la gare Garibaldi, pratique pour les voyages à Pompéi notamment. Quartier populaire comme on aime.
• Nigel (5/5): Disappointing. - It was close to the station and it was a good size with a comfortable bed and decent bedding. It wasn’t that clean. The shower is quite mouldy and the shower heads are dirty and need replacing. The crockery was dirty so we had to wash everything before we used it. The sink facilities are not good with no draining board so difficult to cook there. The worst thing was that it was cold in the apartment and we had no access to heat at all as there are no heaters and the air conditioning units are out of reach. It may state that it is air conditioned but if you do not have access to the controls, it is not. A very disappointing stay.

• Adriane (10/5): We came to Naples to visit places outside of Naples, this was the perfect base, right next to the train station. Wonderf - Clean, bright, right next door to train station which is so convenient. Had everything you could need or want for a stay with a kitchenette.

• Tanya (10/5): Beautiful hideaway - This apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The apartment has everything you need. Even a washing machine and a balcony to dry your clothes with clothes horse ! Spotless ! The host is the loveliest man ! So friendly. With my poor Italian and the hosts limited English , we still communicated really clearly! We liked it so much we stayed again when we returned!
• Citoula salgado (9/5): A pocos minutos de la estacion crntral de Napoles - El señor muy atento. Bastante grande, en la habitación cogen tres personas y en el sofá cama dos adultos. No había nada para beber ni comer. Ni agua ni café.
• Satnam (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The host only spoke Italian, but for anything important he would communicate via Google translated message. He even took us to the local market just 50 metres from the apartment to show where to buy the best mozzarella,or what stall to buy the best fruits and vegetables. Don't be put off by the location not far from Naples mainline train station. In fact it's a perfect location for all amenities and transport connections.
• Nicolle (10/5): Perfect accommodation in Naples - The apartament is new, very clean, with all the necessary facilities, very close to the train station (for those who have early flights) and about 20 minutes to the city center. The owner was very nice and helpful!
• Margarita (10/5): Picobello Appartement mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr nettem Gastgeber - Wir waren zunächst ein bisschen unsicher, wie die Unterkunft sein wird, da man außerhalb von Booking nicht viele Infos zu dem Appartement finden konnte und bei günstigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkünften kann einen ja theoretisch eine recht große Bandbreite erwarten. Wir waren dann aber sehr positiv überrascht: Das Appartement war geräumig, sehr praktisch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht um sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten oder auch richtig zu kochen, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Und es war picobello sauber. Die Doppelcouch in der Wohnküche ist naturgemäß nicht ganz so bequem wie das Doppel- und das Einzelbett im anderen Zimmer, aber unsere Kinder haben prima darauf geschlafen, was auch der Klimaanlage zu verdanken war, beide Zimmer hatten eine. Unser Gastgeber war super nett und hat uns direkt vor Ort zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Er hat uns erlaubt, am Abreisetag unsere Koffer noch bis am Nachmittag im Gang des Appartements zu lassen, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung in der gleichen Straße hätte uns einiges gekostet. Meine Basiskenntnisse in Italienisch haben bei der Kommunikation geholfen, nur mit Englisch wäre es evtl. etwas schwieriger geworden. Was die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs angeht, so findet man bei allen Unterkünften in Neapel einige Bewertungen, die sich hier extrem unsicher fühlen, ich fand das nicht so tragisch. Ich würde prinzipiell in so einem Viertel meine Wertsachen nah am Körper behalten und hätte meine Kinder auch nicht am Abend allein rausgeschickt, aber eigentlich war es relativ ruhig / normal auf der Straße. Es kann aber sein, dass das für uns einfach nicht so sehr das Thema war, weil wir immer in der Gruppe unterwegs waren und da wird man vielleicht prinzipiell auch mehr in Ruhe gelassen. Aber ich fand es jedenfalls für die mega zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof völlig ok.

• susanna (10/5): La comodità è fondamentale in vacanza!!😉😉 - Appartamento in posizione strategica a 3 minuti dalla stazione centrale: fornito di tutto come a casa ( bollitore, microonde, forno, lavatrice , phone, Wi-Fi…,). Considerando il meteo “bollente” aria condizionata molto importante, anche se la struttura era ben arieggiata. Il signor Raffaele, premuroso e simpatico, poi ci ha spiegato dove fare eventualmente la spesa, dove mangiare o fare la colazione …consigli preziosi…sotto il palazzo c’è pure un deposito bagagli. Da ritornare sicuramente!!

Very clean, good facilities in the room and the man was very good at showing us what we had in the apartment. The sofa bed was very creaky - just moving slightly made it squeak & creak.

• Barbara (9/5): Overall my stay at the apartment was great - Property was very okay close to shops and everything I stay at the apartment with my daughter,I didn’t like that nobody comes to clean daily and change the sheets plus towels plus there was not enough supply of tissue paper I had to buy plus no extra bin bags plus kitchen tissue and we were bitten by a few mosquitoes so it needs some fumigation

He doesn't speak English, but because we speak Italian, he recommended us all the closest places to eat, to shop, to travel, etc. Very open host. We recommend him even if he doesn't speak English. I am sure he was able also to do all these recommendations through google translate. Enjoy the History, enjoy the Pizza & the Food, enjoy the Landscape !!! I didn't like very much the location. It is close to the Central Railway Station, which was a very big advantage for traveling, but in Italy all the Central Railway Stations are very dirty and full of bad persons around. But we finally were safe and none "touched" us, even if we saw some of bad persons, who opened the pocket of the backpack of some Germans, while they walked in a big hurry. It was a crazy scene. We stopped them a little bit, because we yelled to these bastards, but after they continued their job. Uffff. Bad situations. So, pay attention with your bags and backpacks in Napoli !!!

I would stay at this apartment again. - Great location, nice and clean apartment, great water pressure in shower ( very convenient for washing long hair). Good view for Maradona fans-check picture below. The sofa bed was pretty noisy.

• Kaylyn (10/5): Exceptional - The setup was perfect for our group. You enter through what I imagine was the original apartment door into a hallway with the 2 new apartments. We rented both apartments so we could leave our doors open without being open to the main hall. The host didn't speak much English but was incredibly friendly. He showed us through both apartments and stopped by before we left. He lives in the only other unit on the same floor and was accessible if we needed. The apartments were exactly as advertised and we found them spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure, and a shelf for your shower toiletries. We also used the clothes washers without any problems. All worth mentioning because not all apartments offer these amenities. Although Naples can be noisy, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not loud at night in the apartment.

• Berkay (10/5): Excellent! - It was a very central location, 100 meters from the main train station, many shops around the neighbourhood. The flat was super new, super clean. The best place I've ever stayed! The fridge didn't have the freezer part, it was a problem for me as I needed a freezer.

Host was warm and welcoming, spent the time to show me round the apartment and how everything works. Better than the photos. Shop is literally round the corner at Supero and it's relatively cheap so if you're planning a trip to Naples and travelling to and from this is a great place to stay and was a great end to my holiday.
• Sidney (10/5): Super clean and modern apartment - We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment! It was absolutely spotless, and everything looked like it was in excellent and brand new condition. Less than 5 minute walk from Napoli Centrale. The apartment also has a washer that was very convenient, and drying racks to hang your clothes. The host did not speak English, but he came across very warm and welcoming to us. Our stay was short but if I'm ever back in Naples, I would definitely choose Nea Apartments again. Nothing!

• Dario (10/5): Excellent. - The property is like on the pictures, very clean. What I liked the most, that the owner was very kind, caring and gave his best to help us. The door from one room is hard to open and makes a loud noise by opening, it’s not great when you sleep.
• Shuk (10/5): Warm and comfortable apartment, you get all you need. - The location is good and the host is really nice. He tried hard to explain everything and could be approached easily at night time cause he’s living in the next door. We have long stay in Napoli, the kitchen and washer makes our stay more comfortable. The apartment is new with modern furniture and there’s a supermarket nearby. Thank you to our host and his wife who helped us whenever we needed, thank you. If there could be some shelves or cabinets in the living area for small stuff will be perfect, but it’s still good enough now.

• Federica (8/5): great stay, I would be back, however hopefully the price will be lower next time - Lello, the host waited for us at the car parking (which he had suggested) and then walked us to the apartment. very kind of him the price was quite high, likely due to the bank holiday and the great demand, however I found the costs excessive.
