- Djordje (10/5): - Odlicna lokacija za sve koji zele da im centar, kao i vecina atrakcija budu na svega 10-ak minuta hoda. Dobra komunikacija sa domacicom Ritom. Uredno, cisto, sredjeno sa ukusom, udoban smjestaj. Dvoriste objekta je jako slatko, imaju i 2 terase koje su odlicne za vecernje uzivanje ako se odlucite ostati kuci, ili za jutarnje kafe. - Castangia (9/5): Piacevole - La struttura molto molto carina e accogliente, vasca idromassaggio in camera, una cucinetta carina e letto comodo. La zona che comunque è molto vicina ai siti di maggiore interesse. Gli abitanti del quartiere li abbiamo trovati molto disponibili e gentili. L’unica pecca forse è la zona, perché appena si arriva sembra di stare nel degrado, però poi, una volta che ci si ambienta un attimo, la gente che ci abita ti fa cambiare idea.

- Susanne (10/5): Top Apartment liebevoll eingerichtet und in zentraler Lage - Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit zwei Loggias zum draußen sitzen. Mitten in der Stadt zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig und idyllisch. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Nachbarin Maria, die sich herzlich mit Rat und Leckereien um uns gekümmert hat. Die Kommunikation mit Rita (Host) war ebenfalls hervorragend und problemlos!

Il bar dove avremmo dovuto prendere il caffè era chiuso. Comunque abbiamo fatto una colazione a spese nostre in un bar li vicino, fantastica come tutto il cibo in Sicilia

- Jacek (10/5): Super, wyjątkowe miejsce. - Wyjątkowo piękne, oryginalne miejsce. Piękne rośliny i bardzo miła rodzinna atmosfera. Bardzo blisko do lokalnych sklepów, piekarń, 10 minut spacerem do centrum. Bezpieczna okolica. Czysto i przyjemnie. Można posiedzieć wieczorem na patio na dole lub na tarasie na górze.
- Luketic (10/5): - Smjestaj je čist, udoban i vrlo topao. Uređen je tako da odiše Sicilijom sa svim svojim detaljima. Parking je u blizini smještaja i do centra ima desetak minuta. Domaćica je jako ljubazna i dala nam je preporuke za obilazak Catanie. Svakako se vraćamo opet😀!

Location is near the harbour and industrial area, at the evening it looks not cozy or safe, but there was no problems, just a feeling. Finding parking near the apartament took us some time.

- Aurélie H. (9/5): - Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Mizzicahome Solemare. L'appartement est mignon, propre et décoré avec goût. Notre hôte a été charmante : la communication était facile et elle s'est montrée très disponible et réactive, avec plein de recommandations pour découvrir Catane. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, il est bon de savoir que l'appartement se trouve dans un quartier populaire et authentique de Catane, à environ 15 minutes de marche de la Piazza Duomo. Cela permet de s'immerger dans la vie locale, mais le quartier peut sembler un peu moins soigné que le centre hyper-touristique. C'est un détail à connaître, mais cela n'enlève rien à la qualité de l'appartement lui-même.

Susedia sú takisto milí nám pomohli :) .. všetko od ubytovania je na pešo v okolí. Byt je vybavený všetkým čo sme potrebovali, v izbe je aj virivka, ale tú sme ani nestihli otestovať lebo sme celé dni boli na výletoch v okolí, dá sa ísť aj vlakom do krásnej Taorminy a tam na pláže my sme boli na Isola Bella. Super sa nám spalo lebo izby majú zatemňovacie závesy takže v izbách už aj cez deň bola ešte tma

- La Rosa (1/5): Terribile esperienza - L' unica cosa che ci poteva essere di carino erano le sole immagini visibili su booking delle stanze. Posizione terribile, un vero e proprio ghetto, dove non esiste il parcheggio promesso come nei servizi forniti dalla struttura. Penso di non aver mai visto in vita mia quartiere e posto meno sicuro,degradato,sporco e malfamato. Gente che gira per il quartiere senza casco in motorino e senza regole stradali usando controsensi, dove ho rischiato pure uno scippo.Inadatto ad una famiglia che rientra in tarda serata dopo una cena. All'ingresso della struttura una scritta "Welcome" colore arcobaleno, davanti la porta d' entrata ci siamo ritrovati un uomo di mezza età a torso nudo e peloso con indosso solo un pantaloncino da pigiama in pieno pomeriggio e infradito. Quartiere puzzolente e situato in una pessima posizione. Abbiamo deciso di pagare la penale e scappare via.

Parkovanie pred ubytovaním síce bolo bezplatné, no ulica, na ktorej sme parkovali nepôsobila bezpečne a čisto. Riady pri príchode neboli najčistejšie. Ako raňajky boli na stole zabalené keksíky a balené croissanty, čo nie je možné považovať za raňajky. Chýbal kávovar(kanvica), prijali by sme viacej riadov. Batérie v kúpeľni a v kuchyni neboli v dobrom stave.

- Katarzyna (8/5): Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze. - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Cudowna Pani z sąsiedztwa. Bardzo blisko do sklepu spożywczego, piekarni i do restauracji. Blisko starego miast ok 20 min spacerem. Zawiedziona byłam brakiem czajnika. Gotowanie wody w garnku, który był tylko jeden do wszystkiego spowodowało, że zrezygnowałam z ciepłych napoi. Śniadanie to jedynie słodkie przekąski, które nie są preferowanym posiłkiem na śniadanie.

Sconsiglio di soggiornare in questo appartamentino a tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di farsi uno shampoo, perché il phone c’è ma ROTTO (allego foto) La pulizia della casa lascia desirare.. La zona dove è situato altrettanto! l’unica nota positiva è che lungo la strada non ci sono strisce blu e puoi tranquillamente parcheggiare. Finestra del bagno senza tenda, quindi la signora dell’appartamento di fronte ha la vista completa mentre fai la doccia 😜 ( ho dovuto mettere una tovaglietta da cucina per coprire il vetro. (allego foto)) Munirsi di tappetino per il bagno perché non esiste. Al piano di sopra dove è situato letto,vasca e tv (senza internet ) trovi un bel balconcino per nulla curato all esterno ! Inoltre c’è solo metà tenda che copre gli infissi (altra metà zineffa era rotta) per cui mi sono dovuta attrezzare con le mollette dei capelli per cercare di oscurare i vetri dal sole. Insomma esperienza da non ripetersi assolutamente 🤨

La calle está en el.pepr barrio aunque a 10 minutos andando. Las calles llenas de cristales y papelesm Muchas escaleras si vas con equipaje. Ibamos 2 adultos y 2 niños que durmieron en un sofa_cama incomodisimo. En el piso de abajo había hormigas (incluida la cocina). Las escaleras para ir a la cama de arriba en el piso de arriba eran muy empinadas y peligrosas. La cama muy incómoda, con muelles y las almohadas llenas de bollitos. Creo que había pulgas en el colchón. El techo bajo y te dabas siempre con la cabeza.Nos cobraron el desayuno 3 euros.por persona y día, pero el hervidero de agua no funcionaba (me dijeron que usase una olla). Había solo bollería industrial en la casa para comer (1 bollito por persona y dia).Podías desayunar en un bar horrible cerca un cafe pero.para los.niños.no había ni leche, sino un zumo de pera. Cogimos.el.apartamento cuádruple.

- Cristina P. (3/5): - Internetul bun, se vede că au intenționat să aibă grijă la detalii, spațiul pare îngrijit. TV cu ecran plat, Netflix. La baie săpun, gel de dus, prosoape suficiente. La bucătărie sate, ulei, putina veselă, suficient cât să te descurci o zi doua. Noi am avut o noapte de cazare, pentru că eram in tranzit și am vrut în apropierea aeroportului. Am ales în baza pozelor și ni s-a părut că e ok. Ne-am dat seama apoi că pe Booking apar doar 2 poze din apartamentul in care am stat noi, deci în poze e alt apartament. Patul a fost tare rău, nu am dormit, a fost tare greu. Salteaua este moale, de proasta calitate, dacă dormiți cu un copil în pat, se adună toată lumea la mijloc. Lenjeria sintetica, lipsa calității se vede. Am avut un singur cearșaf subțire să ne învelim, am tras cu toții de el. Nu exista geamuri la locație, iar de când intri in casa se simte asta, cu un miros jilav, umed. Nicăieri, în nici o încăpere nu sunt geamuri. Este aer condiționat, a trebuit să stăm cu el pornit, ca să avem aer. In camera de sus se stă aplecat, spațiul este foarte jos. Este clar că s-a făcut "din rahat bici", înțeleg și apreciez efortul, stațiile este până la urmă cât de cât locuibil. Însă dacă sunteți pretențioși cat de cât, nu recomand. Zona unde este amplasat este murdară. Nu am avut mari pretenții, însă nu ne-am așteptat chiar așa.

- Roman Romanovski (5/5): For those who appreciate unconventional choices - We only stayed for one night, so it's hard to point out anything particularly good. If you're arriving late in the evening, it's definitely better to take a taxi straight to the place — it's easier and safer. What I didn’t like was the general feeling of the area at night. It might be perfectly safe, but walking through unfamiliar narrow streets after a long trip made me think: “Why did I book this place?” The door lock was sticky, stiff and took some effort to open. The apartment looks like it was reluctantly renovated just to make some beautiful pictures. The photos are nicer than the reality. It was stuffy inside — the air conditioner worked only in one room, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to street noise and noisy neighbors. During the night, we were visited by a cockroach the size of a small animal. We didn't stick around to ask if it lived there or also stayed overnight. As for the “breakfast” — it turned out to be a couple of stale pastries and some coffee from a bar nearby. That doesn't sound like a breakfast to me. Maybe the 50% discount from the original €150 price seemed attractive at the time, but next time, I’d rather pay more for a better and more honest place.

- mariopro (9/5): - Alloggio carino a 10 min. da Piazza Duomo e 5 min. da Castello Ursino. Comunicazione con l'host perfetta e vicinato davvero accogliente ed educato. Se posso consigliare sarebbe utile una macchina del caffè con delle cialde invece dibrecarsi al bar per un caffè. Consigliato!! Nulla

- Iryna Motenko (5/5): - Сад и соседи Не работала плита, убирали плохо в ванной комнате висели на душе чьи-то волосы. На втором этаже под кроватью не мылось. Плюс посуда вся грязная. А ещё и самое главное при открытие двери на улицу ручка остаётся в руках. На кухоньке уютной кран скоро отвалится. На одну ночь остаться сойдёт. Плюс был это дворик и балконы. Цветы там шикарные и супер соседи.
