• Steven (8/5): Lovely studio - Great location, lovely little studio, will definitely stay again. Only thing is the Heating as it comes on with the rest of the house. Hot day and didn't need Heating on but it came on at 5pm and 6am making studio really hot and stuffy . Not really moaning as we had a great stay just letting you know.

• Linda (7/5): Fantastic location right by the beach. - Fabulous location across the road from the beach where is it safe to swim and near the pier. Short walk to the town and supermarkets etc. Beautiful walks along the seafront in either direction to reach Landguard Point with nature reserve, old fort, port and ferry to Harwich, or the other way to the Bawdsey ferry. Wifi and mobile signal limited. Bit dark so if you want to read you might want a lamp with you, or use a kindle.

• Clare (10/5): Perfect Location, Quiet Apartment and Friendly Host. - Perfect location. A stones throw from the sea, everything close by, but also nice and quiet in the apartment. Good sized apartment for a comfortable stay. The towels and bedding were nice and clean. The host was very helpful.
• Clare (10/5): Fabulous Location and Quiet Too. Accommodating Host. - The location is perfect, on the seafront but very quiet and peaceful in the apartment. Very accommodating host. We had such a great time that we booked an extra two nights. We had stayed last year and will return in the future. The apartment has everything you need and has plenty of space, especially the kitchen.
• Virginia (7/5): Excellent location for a relaxing trip to the beach. - Excellent location, steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed. Large kitchen area with washing machine. The windows are partially blocked by garden sheds. The bed/access to bathroom arrangement is a bit quirky. I didn’t find a hairdryer.

• Walters (10/5): Great location and the unit had everything we needed. - Great little space and perfect for the two of us. Very close to the promenade. We were able to walk to all our destinations. Nothing.
• Clare (9/5): Great Apartment, Well Thought Out And A Perfect Location. - Seagull Studio is a well laid out, comfortable and clean apartment on the seafront. It is quiet being set back slightly from the street. It is close to a good bathing beach and shopping plus a short walk from the "Beach Street" which has great restaurants and shopping, a great place to sit and enjoy the weather. The apartment also has a good sized kitchen, a nice shower room and comfortable seating, The towels and linen smelt fresh. The owner was very kind and replied to messages quickly. We will come again.
• Natalia (9/5): Superb - I loved the space, they were plates, bowls, cups etc. All the necessities to basically live like its everyday. Bed is super comfy and the TV is honestly the best, it's adjustable! I mainly didn't like that the lights in the first area were flashing, the kitchen light was flashing aggressively and blinding us so we never turned it on. Apart from that we never had any issues at all.
• Cheryl (9/5): Superb - The studio was compact but flowed well with plenty of storage. It was clean and fresh in an excellent position near the sea and centre of the town. Friendly and accommodating host.

Property did not smell very nice. Bedding in particular was unpleasant, smelt unwashed, and we had to get it washed. Shower was dirty and we had to clean it. Kitchen cupboards and drawers were not very clean

Although quite small, everything is laid out well, giving all the amenities you need with plenty of space. A fully functioning kitchen including a washing machine which comes in very handy.
